RKB was the one who stated FG was only paid €60k per year so don’t you think we should know why the actual figure is over 5 time this again according to RKB’s figures when he checked the accounts. We just need honesty and the same applies with the updates. Then people can make their own decision whether to be invested or not. Mutual respect is all I am saying. If the company do read these boards then I hope the do realise this as I am sure I am not alone in asking these questions. Others may not want to put their heads above the parapet because any dissenting voices get called a deramper or a troll and picked on by others.

I still want this company to succeed but I am only looking at the facts we know which the annual accounts. I hope the experts do see where this company is going forward and do stick around. However, as I implied yesterday don’t we deserve to know a timeframe for updates? The poor communication from the company is causing this negativity and I do include myself in this. Let’s hope before Christmas we all get the big present we are hoping though.

The employees have all been split into teams, do they or anybody other than FG know the full story. I really hope I am wrong but the longer the delays the more the share price could fall and FG still get his annual salary. We lose he doesn’t.

My issue is we have had no sales and FG had been paid over €700k in two years. That is the problem. Not deramping just honest facts I would say. We need a revenue stream quickly. Everybody has been given share options whereas FG actually gets paid cash and his alleged salary is only €60k pa. Only one winner so far out of this company in my opinion.

As a short term poster on this share but having held for well over a year and long term board reader. I think it is a shame how this board has reached this stage.

We have people having a go at each other all the time without seemingly reading their posts to see if any reasonable discussion points have been included. Yes we have issues but look at the bigger picture.

It very much reminds me of the school playground, you have the favourites, with their look at me all the time. The ones who just argue for the sake of it. Then in the middle ones who just listen quietly, take it all in, make a reasonable choice based on fact. They just want to have a quiet life and get on with people.

Isn’t the point of this board just to have reasonable discussion in a polite positive manner. We don’t have to agree but we can all be polite and listen to others point of view.

Sorry for this post but it is getting silly and we need more mature quiet middle people on here in my opinion. Please filter me if you disagree. That would be your choice and I totally respect that.

We all want QBT to succeed but need to consider it may not. Nothing is guaranteed.

I thought the expert was acting a consultant’s role. I thought that was said by FG in the first interview.

I would also like to know how somebody on €60k salary earned €710k+ over 2 years. If he only gets 10% of the money we claim back that means did we get back €5m+ back from all the litigations over the two years and where has that money gone if that is the case of the excess amount? Only thing I can think of is FG is getting massive pension contributions but that is just a thought and no proof etc.

I understand what you are saying but somehow FG has to show faith in the company to the shareholders. If not by buying shares then he needs to do something to turn a lot of people frustrations around. I agree more publicity would have definitely helped because I still think up to 30% improvement on any asic was great news. Fingers crossed FG understands this and improves how to get his message across better in a clearer manner.

I think the next thing to look out for is the REPO, will he extend it again. He seems to me to be waiting for litigation money to come in to pay his debts. As people have said before it would be good if FG actually bought some shares himself rather than getting freebies. That would show proper faith in the company. Put his money where his mouth is. That would have a massive positive effect on shareholders in my opinion.

We need a more accurate timeframe of when things (licences, patents etc) will occur. We keep getting we can’t give a time frame but at what point do you say we will go with this, for a patent, then add another patent at a later date. That way we may get some revenue coming into the coffers.
We still don’t know fully about FGs total package which seems to increase year on year whilst our investments decrease year on year.
We keep hearing how honest FG is, well I think he needs to be honest with shareholders and give us some definitive dates that updates will occur by. Mutual respect not blind faith in what we have been told.

Thank you for your insight but you always seem to be very cryptic. As a non chess player I would appreciate honest straight forward opinions based on these facts. Is A Villa planning a takeover and if so at what price do you think this will occur?

It is all this mixed unclear messaging from people that I believe has created the toxic culture on this board. Facts and honest (non abusive) opinions that can be discussed in a constructive manner are what I believe will turn this board around.

Here is what could be classed as controversial point. Based on what RKB said yesterday the only person to benefit from a lower share price is FG, as he will receive more shares for his €30k annual pay.
RKB also went on about more shares held in HL nominees accounts. So who is buying all the cheap shares and I would say why? Is somebody trying to organise a takeover of the company on the cheap? Very cryptic but unfortunately at the moment our investment is rapidly diminishing.

If I am reading what RKB has said correctly FG has been paid €380k last year in addition to his basic salary and money from historic claims. That is quite a big amount!

So his basic salary is €60k but his total package was over €400k+ last year and previously €267k the year before
I think we need to distinguish what the actual total remuneration is so people see how much FG actually earns each year from QBT

The numbers don’t add up for me unless FG is taking the €250k+ as a pension contribution which I would still class as earnings. I know it can’t be from legal settlements because they would show in this financial year not last year’s accounts.

If FG only receives €60k then who is the director that receives €327k, as it does say in the annual results, and what do they do for the money?

Are you saying the results are wrong with regards FG’s pay so where does the other €250k+ go? Or does FG actually get that extra amount as a pension contribution?

Sorry the sums don’t add up for me any clarification would be appreciated.

Thank you for your information. However, I have one question (maybe 2 or 3). You state it is not a favourable time to release new but I thought the company would have to update shareholders if they applied for a patent or starting licensing their software? Is that not the case, can you choose to defer the news?
