We have no official announcement that we are working with the professor and his team. All we had was one of RKB’s cryptic tweets. If we are working with him then what is he doing for us or indeed what are we doing for them? Why did FG not announce something Friday or wait until today? Until we get hard facts on the alleged tie up I for one am not taking it as a positive. We just don’t know.

I know we employ a cryptographer but all we get are far too many cryptic messages from the company (and RKB who insinuates he is on very close terms with FG regardless of not being an insider). Hopefully by the end of the month we will know something but will the share price be above the 5p option price, at this rate I would very much doubt it.I would love to be proved wrong if only to stop all the arguing on this board.

I agree this is very positive but reading the article it seems to me that it could be many years before there is a quantum computer you could actually use for mining. If you produce the world’s first quantum computer just think of all the demand for it from different companies, governments etc. So the odds on us using it seem remote unless the Sussex team, we hope we are affiliated with (assuming RKB is correct) decide to run our algorithm to build up funds to scale up their product. As I have said previously will there be any actual bitcoins left to mine when we can start using this theoretical algorithm?

Thank you for the tweet info, a quick question do we know who controls the twitter account? Is it TB and his team or is it Michael?
Is TB implying this is the sort of valuation he places on this company?
It is all very cryptic, let’s hope we get the FDA update soon. I assume it must be by the end of March if the letter said applied for at the end of the year and a 90 day turnaround.

Good luck in the future to you and your family. I think the gesture from Eddie was the best thing I have ever seen on this board or any other. It shows these boards can have a positive effect far greater than a share price. That is worth far more in my opinion.

Drutor, I totally agree it served no purpose. It seems to be that FG gives an interview when there is a build up of worry on boards like this. At a guess CTW monitors the boards and says people are worried (again) we had better do something. Hence, FG agrees to do an interview from his spare bedroom. FG does not seem to actually grasp that the shareholders are all waiting for definitive results, a patent, a tie up with one of the NDAs etc. If I was getting paid what he was then I probably wouldn’t be in a rush either.

I also feel more and more people on the board are starting to get nervous but when they express their worries we get told to sell up, move on, stop trying to effect the share price etc. Some people on here don’t want to hear anything negative about their life changing investment. Maybe it will not be life changing in a positive way as some people seem to have invested large amounts based on the promised 10 fold increase etc.
If CTW is reading the chat me needs to stress to FG we need hard results asap.

A serious question, do we as shareholders get a say in what the directors get paid? At the AGM does their pay have to be approved by a majority? You hear about larger companies CEOs facing a backlash from shareholders but I am unsure how this works for AIM companies?

I would like to hear the justification for the salaries and share options of a company that has no revenues or indeed a verified product?

So having watched the video all I can surmise is that we are no further forward! Why not test by actual mining some real Bitcoins? We need somebody in charge who actually says enough testing let’s file the patent and protect what we already have. The options that expire in February what are they for, testing?

Am I the only one who is beginning to think we need somebody who can make a business decision in charge rather than an academic who seems to be on a cushy number with a very decent salary?

This is becoming more of a risk by the month in my opinion. FG seems to think an interview every few months is an update.

I guess I will be castigated by quite a few on here but yet again no hard facts. Very frustrating! We have no sales in fact we have no product to actually sell.

FG needs to start delivering to all shareholders and not just himself. Sorry for the rant but how many excuses (large data) and delays are we going to accept?

Apologies these are my thoughts, yes I still own but for how much longer I am not sure.

Hopefully we will also hear about de novo application for IB zero to the FDA.
The company in my opinion seem to have great products that can help a lot of people but they need to get them into more hospitals to make easier for “the word to spread”.

At the moment I would be happy with a given timeframe for patents, manufacturing, mining etc. All we get is soon, near future etc
We don’t want a RNS like November which had no facts and actually reduced the share price.

I don’t know if Insightking or somebody else can kindly explain what the charts are looking like at the moment. But this share price seems to me to have increased on the news of Dr Grover but has now started a downward spiral in my opinion

Hard facts as I see them and I am sure many will disagree and have their own points of view.

Quantum computing
Great news we have Dr Grover unfortunately he appears to be checking an algorithm for a quantum computer that doesn’t exist yet?
When the quantum computers do exist how many bitcoins will actually be left to mine?

SHA 256
We do not have a definitive speed increase validated yet. Also surely we would need at least a patent application to be able to monetise this?

ASIC
We don’t appear to have manufactured or even designed our own chip regardless of thickness yet. Again do we need to apply for a patent when we do have one?

NDAs
No news on these

Court cases
No reported income from these settlements

Alt coins
We haven’t even mined a single bitcoin yet let alone Alt coins.

Share options
Yes we have lots of these due soon including end of February but as we no these can be amended. Also we would need one of the previous points to happen to increase the share price in my opinion.

Losses
These definitely keep occurring

Income
Virtually zero, a few tax credits etc

FG
He gets paid regardless and when will he pay of the money he borrowed for tax reasons?

Communication
Pertinent information regarding actual hard facts seem non existent

Great we have sorted but as of yet they just seem to be more people lured by the share options. What have they added to the company?

So do have issues in the company? Most definitely.

Do I still hope the company comes good? Yes

Sorry for the whinge but we all keep saying soon but these hard facts look very similar to the ones many months ago. Time for the company to actually tell us what is actually happening or at least say we will have news by a given date.

No I am not on twitter any more, sorry I don’t really do social media.

I just like to keep checking in here and seeing the relevant informative postings. I don’t really want to be involved in ramping or deramping on here. People are entitled to their views but then so are other people and the childish” he said” “she said” detracts from the valid discussion points.
We all want QBT to be a success but I have issues with the lack of communication at times even though they (the company) know this and said it would improve.
Anyway thanks for all your postings I am learning more about Bitcoin and shared as times goes along

Totally agree, we need an update with hard facts. People keep saying be patient etc but how long does it take to validate results and file a patent? The last update was two and half moves ago and that was not enough facts to generate market interest. The company still ain’t communicating with its shareholders in my opinion. The minimum we need is confirmation of a patent being filed. Without that we can’t be selling any products to other companies.

Just to clarify I have been in this share for well over a year. Patience is fine but so are hard facts. The fact is we have no actual product as of yet that we can sell. We all keep saying just wait but at what point do we say hold on a second we have no actual marketable product. FG needs to communicate far better. If he is incapable of this the the NEDs need to take the lead on advising him in my opinion.
The volume of shares been traded has dropped dropped significantly since we had the bounce due to D Grover and the alt coin news.
I would love to be proved wrong but can it be done quickly please.

If as we keep getting told that the company reads this board then it looks like they have no respect for shareholders’ thoughts or feelings by their persistent lack of proper updates. How long does it take to verify the increase and apply for a patent? Surely we need to file a patent asap if we are going to try and market it to others?
Or indeed an update on what is happening with the court case money. It looks to me if there has been no RNS then we haven’t received anything yet including from the insurance company. So all this talk of court case wins means nothing for the company unless the money goes into the company’s bank account.

Hard facts not cheap talk is what is needed asap.

I have already started to think about selling some of my shares because in my opinion the risk is increasing not decreasing due to the lack of actual sales, income, court case money, patents etc.

It will be interesting to see when the accounts come out how much FG has been paid over the last 12 months. Maybe he should be paid by verified results!

Hopefully we are proved wrong very soon but I am sure we all said that months ago!

Just a thought which will probably upset some people on here. When was the last actual update that included hard facts; patent, verified increase in speed etc?

I know people will say it takes a long time but how long is long enough? We keep getting RNS’s that teases what the progress is, who we have working with us but what verifiable product, patent or sales do we have?

It is now nearly February and we are still in the same position. I know we have Dr Grover etc but when will FG actually realise a product, sales, patent or even a tie up with one of the NDAs. Yes our share price increased but it is now starting to slide again even though Bitcoin is starting to gain a bit of momentum.

I for one would actually likely to see an update that contains something tangible. We all keep saying it will come eventually but the longer it takes the more chances others can get a similar product to market first.

Great analogies. I have been invested in IQAI quite a while now and at times just can’t grasp how specialist hospitals in Europe are not buying their imaging technology. The benefits for their patients and I would say time saving and accordingly cost savings must be worth them looking at the product.

Hopefully this year people shall see the benefit of the work they are doing especially any patients their technology can help. Reading all the information on the company and what they have achieved and have in the pipeline the MCAP seems ridiculously low. I know people always mention TB but if I remember correctly couldn’t he have cashed out at 20p? If so he must value the company way beyond that.

Can I ask what may seem a silly question, you say buy someone cheap who has already done the R and D but do we know what Bayer has paid for Blackford? I am just thinking we don’t want Bayer to buy IQAI on the cheap. What would people consider as a true value of IQAI based on the Blackford sale?
