Thank you for this clarification. So 90 days is 18 weeks roughly (or longer if any questions). So that would mean it could be sometime in May for a FDA decision.
So we could have to wait another 3 months. Fingers crossed it happens sooner rather than later

Thanks for the email from FG but that now makes me more worried about QBT. Another company can quite easily find the same regularities and may have done so already. More importantly where does that leave the SHA algorithm and its uses in the future. If the blockchain can be solved by ML (brute force) does that mean it is not as secure as previously thought?
Sorry not anyway near an expert and I am sure others can explain this far more clearly. But do we have a product that can be sold or not? Or have the company just shown that an unsolvable algorithm can be broken more easily than thought previously. Apologies once again but to me your email raises many questions. Sorry if I have misread things.

So yet another frustrating week of no news.

3 months since the last R and D update
No update on the court case appeals or money being collected. Do the people who accepted the decisions have to pay up or are they waiting for the appeal as well?
No patent applied for.
No details of a manufacturer or NDA link up
Same as every other week really.

So people on the board just vent their frustrations on each other. I wonder how many have actually asked the company or CTW for any update? Maybe that may remind the company we shareholders still exist and would hopefully calm the mood on this board. How about for lent people try to stop the personal insults. If people don’t agree with each other maybe try to help explain rather than insult them. Those who have more experience. In say reading accounts help educate those who don’t.

Will we get an update this month before the first share options expire? Nobody knows.

We all want it to succeed but the company has in my opinion failed in its promise to communicate better with shareholders. FG’s interviews I do not class as shareholder updates.

Anyway I hope everybody had a good and relaxing weekend. Fingers crossed for next week.

A lot of 25000 (and 50000) shares purchased today
220000 in total, all at 3.07.
Some people obviously think something could happen, hopefully soon.

Do we know if the FDAs 90 days are working days or calendar days? If calendar days then possibly 4 weeks maximum before we find out if successful or not. Then let’s see if people take notice of what the company has to offer.

This is the reply I got from the company when I asked what was happening.

“Each year we review and update our Terms and Conditions to adapt to changing circumstances arising during the administration of the scheme. The terms and conditions for our vouchers are printed on the reverse of the voucher and are available here:

These state that “only shareholders holding shares in certificated or nominee form are entitled to the vouchers.”

HL was only told of the change to not issue to SIPP holders on the deadline day, 11th December I believe. So it was MAB not HL so a bit surprised AJ Bell have still issued them to SIPP holders.

Patent pending is not what I meant, we are waiting for a new patent to be lodged so that most definitely is FG’s control and he said in the interview 30% as clarified by Eddie’s communication with The company.
Major companies discussion is FGs control to the extent they are chasing our company information allegedly.
Court case money RKB has alluded that FG will make sure we get it, so again at least update us.
Would I still be saying things if we were 100% up, I would love to be in that position and I imagine so would many others?

At what point do we think about sales rather than more and more R and D? A competitor who is behind us but has a product to sell will make money than us. If we have the competitive edge then why not submit a patent? It has been 3 months since the last update and we were promised better communication.

I don’t think I am being melodramatic. I am offering an alternative opinion. Do we actually know the experts are all working together or are they all working remotely with the exception of FG and Rita? We just don’t know and that is the thing with this company we are all invested based on what we have been told so far.

Anyway thank you for the alternative opinions and I appreciate the manner in which they were expressed. Long may this manner continue.

I would also add what do all the experts think as the share price keeps dropping and their big paydays may never arrive? Will they start jumping ship if we don’t get news soon?
How about keeping your staff happy as well as shareholders or are they all privy to inside information we don’t know of? If they are working in discreet teams does anybody actually know the big picture of where all this research is at. Are they all left wondering or being promised things will happen soon as well. As per normal we have no idea what is going on.

How long would you envisage a product like this take to come to market and help sufferers? If we get orphan drug status would that shorten the time? It seems a great treatment that could help many cancer patients if all goes to plan. Would we as a company actually have the financial resources to actually progress its development?

Wasn’t it RKB who insinuated the Sussex professor was working for us as one of the experts? I can’t remember him telling us that’s wasn’t correct. Also yes he did mention the February share options. I do hope he is still invested and saying a strong buy. The meetings with FG must have given him some indication of the company’s future and I don’t just mean saying FG will get a Nobel prize for all his quantum work? I would prefer a product we could make money from rather than our CEO being paid a fortune to get a Nobel prize but no actual saleable product.

Let’s see what RKB’s opinion is on his next cryptic update.

Sorry whinge over but I like straight answers not a Times Crossword clue and at the moment we all need some reassurances that we are not being taken for a ride.

Totally agree but you are not allowed to say anything negative about the company or FG otherwise others will basically attack your thoughts regardless of what is happening.
It is 3 months since the genuine update but even that didn’t contain anything new, upto 30% means nothing unless we can patent it.
I wish those calling us derampers etc actually spoke to the company and tried to get them to announce a proper hard facts rather than attacking other shareholders. Unfortunately those hard facts may not lead to the multibagging share they assume will happen. As I have said before I am reducing my holding, just in case, but the longer this drags on the greater the risk in my opinion.
We have no product, no sales, no income from court wins but we are not allowed to say anything negative.
FG just give us something positive in a RNS not a freebie interview. CTW if you are reading this please pass on my thoughts to FG but I assume it will make absolutely no difference.

Yes I am becoming more disillusioned and have decreased my holding but still hold 7 figures worth of shares. Like many I admit I have FOMO but will look to decrease my holding again if we don’t get any actual facts by the end of February. Saying all that I also think this could return a good profit if we do get a manufacturer on board but my target price for selling would be a lot lower than people who seem to be in my opinion too heavily invested and think this could be life changing.

So it looks like we do NOT have a tie up with Sussex Uni.

More and more it becomes apparent we know very little about what QBT are actually upto. I am sure somebody will repeat all the promised things to come but yet again these are not facts! The same as our tie up with Sussex uni that is not a fact.

Another interesting point is that the Sussex Professor’s team seem able to file patents. They have filed two in this month already. Maybe they can help our professor and show him how to do it!

But at what point will TB loosen his grip so that he can look to sell? If we get FDA approval will he think this is his big chance to sell. In which case is he wanting way above the 20p that the share price reached previously? We have products that must surely be on the radar of much larger companies. It will be interesting to see what happens after the FDA make their decision.
