In comparison Surescreen got paid:-
£20M in January
£7M in Feb
£13M in March
£34M in April.

That's approaching £75M over 4 months, out of a £503M bidstat contract (unlike the ODX bidstat contract, the surescreen contract doesn't state a min-max range, just £503M).

April was to be our month to produce 2M tests a week. Surescreen actually having a test that UK gov wants, at the time when they need it, has unsurprisingly meant they have been knocking them out like billyo, whilst ODX/GAD check their emails each day to see if the gov has told them what test they want.

Although it is of interest to note that as of today the mologic test STILL hasn't made phase3a, it is also worth remembering that a mandatory requirement for the HMG test is phase3B validation. Clearly you can't get to 3B unless you get to 3A, but I wonder why we don't have a list of phase 3B validation. We know the surescreen test is validated.

what happened to the notion protrayed by the rampers that the uk was busy getting rid of "crap" chinese stock, and also the innova test could not be used going forward because it did not meet the remit of being more nose friendly. innova building a factory in wales might just go against those thoughts a bit...possibly ??

Never mind that *the company* decided it was important enough to state an unconditional production volume for April that did not happen, who in their right mind thinks that production is not important for a manufacturing company !!, hilarious.

Odx tweeted “2M lft per week in April”, back in feb with no conditions placed on it. It didn’t happen, otherwise they’d be shouting about it from the rooftop, and not talking about producing bits of plastic casing. For a listed company to make such an unconditional statement of fact and then for it not to happen, is in my opinion scandalous.

you could've spent 2 minutes checking the official ODX twitter account to see that on the 6th May they stopped using that graphic and thereafter replaced it with one that had the word "soon" under it. "soon" is not a time specific term.

On the 06-May they also tweeted "A final decision is yet to be made on which test or test the gov will choose", which for the avoidance of doubt means it is factually IMPOSSIBLE for the company to be making HMG tests.

Of course if you don't check the tweets and simply say "someone else said", it does provide you a rather nice deniability option "I was just saying what someone else said"

Well who gets what contract is determined by a number of things.

Factually, since the beginning of supply, Innova have had a new contract as each previous Innova contract ends. I think we are on the 4th or 5th Innova contract. In other words, the end of the last 3 or 4 contract did not mean that was the end of Innova, therefore you can not read that innova is no longer involved because the current innova contract is coming to an end. In case some investors have forgotten, Innova have expressed plans to build manufacturing in the uk.

UK gov have expressed a requirement to have uk manufacturing capacity. 200M volume has also been expressed. But as we all know, ODX have said they have not been told what test the uk gov have selected. So ODX don't know if it's the test they have already TT-ed, or will they have to TT another test.

So whether Innova has to continue to supply uk is based on
1) What stock the uk has of LFTs
2) its burn rate of said stock
3) how close odx (and the others) is to being able to make antigen lfts, this in turn is based on when uk gov decides to select a test, and whether said test requires a TT process, the last one of which took ODX some 4 months.

What it has nothing to do with is dates of bidstat contract, which on their own do not infer when purchase orders are raised.

5) When hospitality opens up, you'll need a test to get in.
6) When people start travelling

The next big hope apparently is either another peak (what a thing to be basing rewards on), and if not that then it'll be the next booster shot, oh yeah, they'll definitely need antibody testing for that. Or if not, just wait for the next pandemic, ODX will be quids in for sure !

RTC launch, Christmas, Feb, April, End of may, Court case, TT, MHRA, Tender, Gov decision, another TT, Purchase order,....always appears to be "just that one thing" that is stopping ODX exploding in their mind. You gotta conclude eventually that its just been consistently poor decision making and setting unreasonably expectations.

All the while ODX sits on their hands can't find buyers for the tests they can make, and can't make the stuff that half their factory is set-up to make....what a strategy for a manufacturing company.
