unless such news results in the mologic test being selected as a sov test(no validation from porton down even though it has been CE-ed since 2020), ODX will have to go thru a TT process which will mean no gov output until aug/sept working on their previous TT timeline.

unfortunately "the devil" as you put it, in those remarks is "the evaluation of covid lateral flow tests" not specifically innova tests. If you see that as "awesome" are you shorting ?

Anyone watching that will see that although the story relates to Innova, the discussion afterwards was just about "should we use this type of test". There is a danger that all LFTs are going to suffer due to the bad press from the Innova issue.

Talking about arguments,lets see how some of his more recenting postings have turned out:-

It’s more than simply a recall, which suggests that something has turned up after it was allowed to market, it should never have been available in those markets in the first place. It’s kinda equivalent to mid last year when several home lft/antibody tests were made available in retail outlets in the uk, but were very quickly pulled off the shelf’s when it was revealed they were not licensed to be sold.

nice rise today and on decent volume too, most volume in over a month.
3 or 4 more more days like that in the next couple of weeks and a lot more people will be a lot happier.

Save for the few redacted bits, the contract is on public record, can be viewed and referred to by everyone, so exactly in what way is it "non-disclosed" ? Is this the super secret contract that no one knows about because of an NDA ?...comical !!

CEO has said they don't know what the sov test is only a few days ago..simple as.

Or when you can't argue the facts, cite an NDA which conveniently by its nature can not be proved or disproved. 'NDA' is one of those things the desperate hang onto when there is nothing left to hang onto.

Sledgey121, never posted an original thought on the forum, doesn't discuss just tries to bash down people without. As evidenced above, doesn't like what he read, and really doesn't like that he can't argue against the facts.

No I make it sound as it is, ODX has failed since Oct to announce a single sales order. The simple truth of that is that in that time, whatever Covid tests they have been in a position to sell, no one has wanted to buy. Be that the visitect tri-antibody LFT, or the RTC antibody LFT, or the Elisa lab services, all of which have been available to sell since 2020.

Either their sales team is awful, or the products are not in demand, it's that simple. Regardless of the reason, a manufacturer that can not sell it's products must take the blame for poor decision making. It can't always be the MHRA, or good law project, or Jon deeks, or the BMJ, or derampers, or local elections, or "crap chinese tests", or uk gov or ufos.
