Here's a cut'n'paste of a post of mine from some 5 months ago. Unfortunately, just about everything in it remains the same today. The only difference is that ODX have TTed the Mologic test, and we now know that the test has been failed multiple times by Porton Down. I think we should all be very interested to know when the test first failed Porton Down, and how, if at all, it ties in with the Directors cashin in their options.

A contract is coming, there are no orders at this time, there is STILL no indication that ODX an LFT manufacturer with apparently 1M a week capacity at this time is make a SINGLE LFT.

As a reminder, Elisa test is dead, turned into a lab facility, no orders.
Visitect antibody test, no orders
RTC test no orders.
Mologic antigen test heading to week 12 of TT, not complete, TOTALLY missing from the recent update.

The level of consistenancy of ODX thus far in picking dead ducks is remarkable

there was never a chart for production. the chart was for capacity.

it would be a unique event if odx ever mentioned either actual or future production in an official document.

It's worth noting that that ABDX announcement does not mention covid, it appears to be an agreement to make generic strips not full tests. Although it has not resulted in much movement in the SP as yet, at least its not like the baby step RNSs that ODX would have put out, which would been something like:-

1) In discussions
2)Agreed the terms.
3) we've "formed the TT team"
4) We've started the TT
5)the TT is progressing
6)The TT is taking "a little longer"
7)The TT has completed.

It is certainly always best to check out the bona fides of posters before assuming that because they can string some coherent sentences together, they are actually saying anything of relevance, or indeed have a proven record of making good judgements.

No, I don't know where he got that figure out of, and he did not realise that the contract was a simple access agreement that had no volume associated with it. ODX has not announced any actual orders for this lab service.

I'll let you read that for yourselves, but lets just say that less than 4 weeks later, his opinion of the same person has "changed a bit ".

The gov antigen bidstat contract haad stipulations that the gov could check at any time that what was being billed to them was actually a real cost for the contract, i.e. things had not been inflated. Appears that the RTC contract had similar stipulations and the billing and charges are being audited.

Screen4 took out a zero volume capacity access agreement with ODX for access to their elisa antibody testing facility that they launched when they could not sell the actual elisa test.

There has been no announced use of the elisa testing facility, Wallbrook confirmed at the time that the sign contract di not include any minimum volume, and ODX has never suggested that the lab would be used for PCR testing.

But other than that, everything else you wrote was spot on :)

Both the RNS(non) today and the RNS on the 6th of June, made it unambiguously clear that the Emergency use authorisation application in the US is for professional use only.

"We are very pleased that the regulatory process to make our VISITECT(R) COVID-19 Antigen test available in the US professional use is progressing well. "

So the only people talking about home use in the US are some casual posters on here that don't even bother to read the RNS, ODX couldn't be more clear that the EUA application is NOT for home use.

the next possible RNS is that the gov has picked a test and that ODX will be TTing it. It will not be a purchase order until ODX can actually make and supply something the gov wants

Is the gov to blame for CK telling investors he believed a mass vaccination program would require mass antibody testing, for it to transpire that not a single country in the world has done so ?

Is the gov to blame that out of all the covid tests that odx have TTed in the last year, not one of them have gain any sales orders ?

Is the gov to blame that the officially twitter account proclaimed unconditionally that they would make 2M LFT per week in April, when clearly there were conditions that would result in that not happening. ?

Even for you that is a startling level of misinformation. One of the issues is that some people have a very poor (note NOT zero) antibody response to infections. As you get older, you ability to effectively fight infection is in part as a result of a poor antibody response.

The 2nd dose of vaccine increases the level of antibody response, the 2nd dose isn't because the first dose has worn off, you thicko.

Some people clearly don't bother reading reports or contracts on here, but seem more intend on post feckless point scoring banality.

To be fair, it hard to compete with ps_1988 's level of insight, for example, from the 6th of April...
