Tail end of 2020, many on here were suggesting/assuming that ODX would complete TT in the first week or so of Jan. I always thought that was too optimistic, but unless there are futher delays, I'd expect TT to announce in the next 2 weeks, given they've done this before with mologic.

I need to read better, the "£6.1B" is of course £6.1M, but thats PA's fees.

Doesn't change my opinion regarding the document.

This is potentially the most important document I've seen lately.

Of key is the following:-
1) 2M LFT from UK suppliers (as previusly mentioned)
2) Detailed scale-up plans in place for selected UK manufacturer has to complete by 30 Nov. ODx has done this.
3) Pre-scale up production testing with selected uk manufacturers has to complete by 31st Jan. ODX should be working on this now.

Of course no manufacturers are called out by name, as it's up to PA to sort that out. But I think most would see this as the first public evidence that supports ODX's ramp-up.

The overall services that they are advising on in this contract have an est year 1 call-off of £6.1B. That of course is an estimate for all the deliverables they are advising on, which includes many more things than just LFT test, but still.

there is "scope" (the word used by abingdon) to extend the contract from 10M-15M units (1M actually ordered), but abingdon did not reveal whether this was within the terms of the original supply dates or not.

Do both thriva and Innova LFTs test for two separate antibodies ?

we've been through this just yesterday on another thread (do people not read threads ?).
The faq on the survey company's website, and also the video, shows an antibody test that tests for two antibodies.

ODX does not make such a test.

No idea what you are on about. The link to the survey the gov has commissioned shows it's using a test that shows 2 antibody results.

1) ODX does not have such a test, it is therefore not an ODX test.
2) Whoever is supplying the test, it will have MHRA approval, as the test is both administered and read at home.
3) Ck in a presentation said he was not aware of another test that had applied for MHRA approval. Either there was a test that he was unaware at the time, or one applied after he said it. Either way the ODX test, commissioned by DHSC, appears to be behind this other test in MHRA approval.

Its not the RTC test. But as it is clearly intended for full home use (both taking the test and reading the test), then it requires MHRA approval for such operation in the same way that the RTC test requires it.

Either CK's understanding was wrong and there was another test submitted for home approval of which he was unaware when he said it, or it's been submitted after he made the statement, in which case its got approval whilst the RTC thus far has not.

The more important question is, why is DHSC commissioning a survey using an at-home antibody test, that is not the antibody test that it commissioned, i.e. the RTC test ?

Also why is the RTC still not MHRA approval, but apparently this test is ?

Well at least that kills the "there's secrect NDA-ed orders that they won't tell us" Qanon theory.

If Omega were to receive orders for any tests that would impact the performance of the business, or the expected performance of the business then they would need to disclose these via RNS.

I dont claim it. The government reported it. They have not reported previously, they have not reported subsequently. There may be top secret LFT variant reports that they are holding back I guess.

It does appear from the information that it intends that the user reads the lines and makes a determination him/her self. This would indeed be full home self testing. I recall CK clearly saying in a presentation that he was unaware of any other LFT test application for home testing, which is interesting.

The test in that presentation video only show two antibody lines, and the FAQ only refers to two antibodies, G & M. the 3rd line verfies whether it was a valid test or not. Its called the control line.

The visitect test has 4 lines, control and A G M.

This test is not being supplied by ODX.

It says 5 test have been evaluated against the new variant, it names them, Mologic is not one of them. That is the only doc released by UK gov calling out names of tests that have been tested against new variant.. To suggest it might have been tested before, or it might be being tested, is suposition, and frankly it is hope. I'm dealing in facts.

If you don't see those facts, I can not help you further

It is when the title refers to it.

Its fact in that document that on the 23rd december, gov said that only 5 tests were tested for the new variant as part of their phase 3 evaluation. The tests are named. Mologic is not one of them.

Its fact that mologic was trialed in Liverpool community, and also investigated at school of tropical medicine several months ago. This is in the public realm. So CE mark has ZERO to do with being trialed or evaluated.
