An airbus order is the holy grail. My concern is that as we only have 5 large reactors we are limited in our production. It appears to take 12 months from ordering a new reactor to it actually producing an invoice. Hooray! we get a new one in the autumn! We are developing a larger reactor but only a part of Bicester is apparently Nadcad credited. I've been here 10 years or more and things don't seem to get any quicker. I'm fully confident in the companies future but it is almost, for me,a race between HDD and the cemetery! As you rightly say once we get approval the barriers to a new competitive process will be immense.

Hi niky. thanks (again) for the heads up. Our range of products seems to be head and shoulders above any other process. Which for me is greatly frustrating as we spend years and years in 'testing' with multiple suppliers. Surely this is the time for us to be acknowledged as a superior product to HCP. After all the ban was supposed to happen in September 2017. Amazing the power of big business!!!

Hi Dibs, Dividend are obviously a matter of opinion and has pro's and cons. I hold Ideagen a software company. The BoD of this company has stated that growth will come both organically and from acquisitions Year end 2014 they broke into profit of I Mill on 9 Mill revenue and paid a maiden divi of (drum roll) 0.4% yield. In the last 3 years they have built the revenue to 27 Mill and the profit from those four years total some 3.5 Mill and the divi yield last year was less than 0.2%. They have made some 8 acquisitions in this time the latest being this month in the states. However the share price has trebled in the last 3 years and the MK is over 220 Mill which is some 8 times revenue. It may be that paying a token dividend does not hinder growth or impinge on cash flow but raises the company profile. It puts the company on the radar of those investors who only focus on dividend paying companies. I'm not saying that this is the way to go but I believe it's a way of raising awareness of a company. However I believe TPG will succeed anyway. Cheers.

The original contract 2 years ago was with the contractors. Their end customer was possibly the Coast Guard. However it was the government that had the budget control and had to supply the cash to the contactor. A year ago we were told that although everything was on hold it was still a possibility. My guess is that the project has been broken down into a series of smaller sections that are more financially manageable and able to be paid by instalments. If so, then rock on Tommy!

Thanks for the info bakky. If ST's remarks on the 11th regarding updating us on an Asian actually refers to the biggy announced 2 years ago and the info you've highlighted comes off then this company could become a giant within the next few years.

Welcome aboard ZuluDorn - like your optimism and I hope you're right. But in fact the share has virtually doubled in the last 12 months or so. If we doubled again we would have an MK of over �300 Mill which would be some 10 times the projected revenue of �30 Mill and over 40 times the projected profit of �7 Mill. All this for a non-dividend paying company to boot. Their was no reference to dividend in the accounts (unless I missed it) so my guess would be for a more modest rise, say 50%. Mind you a positive half year report with some clarification of divi intentions and another takeover or two and I could be wrong but I think we will need a dividend to double again even if it's only a token. o

It's obviously a distraction but it does seem a little bit wooly - bet the lawyers love it! Anyway with profits of �16 Mill it shouldn't be a financial problem and I don't think the Ukraine is a major market for us..

Shows a certain confidence for the future and that they have a positive story to tell. Perhaps exiledins can visit the stand and support his assertions of his Monday 12.26 post. If he dares that is!

Hi sam7, The group has made over 20 Mill in losses over the last few years so it would be difficult to be liable for Corporation Tax any time soon. I'm not to certain what are the tax reasons that we have been sacrificed for? The Accounts seem to show consideration for their workforce so it would seem strange to leave the shareholders to rot - particularly as some of the BoD are shareholders.

Hi exiled, a possibility you've been a bit harsh there. The factory opened a couple of years ago but in a limited way. It was in fact delayed by a range of issues and was a couple of years late but in the last 12/18 months things have started to move forward very positively. Now it's complete in it's production range it's just a matter of scaling up to meet future demand. As a positive this winter was the first one that the company didn't have to close down completely because of the factory capability.

Hi Yorkshire, Quite right, there's a massive range of companies on AIM and if you're a good stock picker then you can do well. The problem arises when you make the wrong buying decision and the company disappears with no warning. But choose luckily and the returns can be multiples of your original stake.

with your rather sweeping statement "all AIM shares" is that it ignores a couple of the companies that I hold. Have a look at IDEA, AVAP, FXX and SYM and you will see some solid long term growth growth. I've had my share of duds, to numerous to mention - as Sinatra would say, but if you accept the AIM gamble with It's volatility it can be a bit of fun. My horse likes this course. Perhaps you need something more settled?

Hi PJA. I've been buying AIM shares for 15 years - Logic, Logic, what are you on - there is none. But AIM shares keep the juices flowing!! But as they say " When the fun stops - stop" or was it " I bet responsibly " At the very least you do have occasionally the opportunity to sell out and take a loss which the Bookies don't give you. To be fair I have made a few bob on a couple of shares but you just never know.
