I'm expecting a loss but hopefully the last quarter was in profit. If so and we get good news in the updates then I'm hoping we eventually steady at 2.25p say some 15% increase or so. As I've said before - because a new reactor takes a year to order, commission and produce revenue then I can't see a blockbuster contract with runaway revenue but we could well see a solid and sustained growth here and once it starts it could continue building for years to come. Any thoughts?

Apologies MyLastQuid - I got that wrong. Once I saw your post I realised my memory was wrong! However I think It's a positive move and shows confidence. I don't think it was particularly done with financial safety in mind and it means no dilution which is a bonus for us.

Hi oldbadger, Well now, Santa and TPG in a race! The way things are going I'm putting up an "I'm here" notice on my chimney pot as that may be my best chance!! PS. I believe you're quite right about no real evidence of any large shareholders selling - we just have to tough it out. Cheers

Query MyLastQuid. If indeed it as stated is an unsecured then, if you're a shareholder (IE an owner) do you not rank above it? It does of course boil down to the exact terms. Would you do an unsecured loan in the circumstances? If indeed it does go pee-tong why would he have first dibs?

This is what you call a supportive Director - he could possibly have got more return by buying shares!!!

Hi dactions, I think your right to refer to lack of action re acquisitions. Judging by both the placement announcement and the placing itself we do not seem to be delivering. The TPG fundamentals are right but we must be Ronseal and do what we said on the Tin when we raised the money.

Gor Blimey oldbadger, If this is your worst buy then you've either gone back to the old Corac days or you must share your investment skills with all of us! Your point about the placement not being underwritten is of course a plus - there is a massive upside potential here - we just wait and hope

Hi Choska. You have a point - the sub programme has already been pushed back and the currently rapidly aging fleet is stretched to the point of actually tying up alongside. Another point - take out the cash of say 25 Mill and at this price we're worth about 15Mill !!!!!!!!

Yes shin, there should be one and from the aerospace industry one presumes but - as it takes 10 months to commission the new large reactor it is probably a year from ordering it to it actually producing an invoice. The new larger reactor is taking over a year to get to the commission stage. The announcement said that the orders were initiated because of anticipated production requirements in the year to come. So any transformational orders will be some way away from revenue unless of course this is what the new larger reactor is aimed at. One just hopes that OPEC and cronies keep the taps constrained until aerospace takes off. (sorry - no pun intended!) What would be really helpful would be the helicopter boys in Somerset placing orders because we would presumably have current capacity to process them. Can't wait to see the updates in the Annual Account due on the 11th Dec.

I assure you I'm not trying to start a war. Look at the posts at the end of September when several people were critical of our performance. Looks OK to me now. GS just needed time and fortunately he got it. I just hope his efforts are appreciated by all shareholders as it is by me.

Hi gvs, Only been here 2 years but am a little in profit. I am so pleased that SaaS is being targeted. This in the long term will be an income bedrock along with OEM and em-track. Very confident - Not often I get it right!

Hi all, I spent a whole �500.00 at 4.74 About 5% of my total spend. This will average me down from the VIA days! If the UK is stripped out of the business and there was no litigation liability then this is a good punt. The longer the delay in paying costs the better our chances of survival. This really does seem in the lap of the gods. I just hope that some of the big time losers are not to sickened by the verdict and not so in despair. It's always the PI's that take the first hit.

As a bit of a bonus the 8 containers for the states should just scrape into this years figures. Just having a revenue will be an achievement!!

Hi gvs. ST is pretty straight forward and I think that the OEM and em-track division will be steady growers and slow burners However the project side is an altogether different kettle of fish. Wishful thinking I know but if the 4 VSP projects valued at �60 Mil over the next 3 years are delivered AND if the �77 Mil Asian order does come back and is completed in say 4 years then that equates to an average of some �35M Mil per year on their own which is treble our usual revenue. Maybe Pie in the Sky, but if they come off it may not be an explosion but it will be a hell of a fast burner!

Hi Dar-, Yes and further the whole fundraising would be spent within 12 months of the fundraising. I had assumed that the initial target or two would be firms we already had dealings with and therefore had some inside knowledge of. This would be the quicker route as outlined by J6DI and thanks to him for the inside perspective. Unfortunately the longer this goes on the less difference it will make to this years figures. Still - Onwards and Upwards!

Bought a few last month @ 7.3 and now realise I'm in profit (only on that purchase!) if it wasn't for Vialogy. Not to certain if I'm long or short - hopefully I'm just hopeful!

Hi twix, you have a good point. I would have thought the Judge would summon the two participating legal reps to the Court/Chambers to give the verdict. They would then inform their clients, who may have reps present at that verdict. They, in turn, would inform the markets.
