Very pleased with results. Plenty of info on the rising costs and the rising revenue with the growth of the later growing faster than the costs. I am frustrated that when HDD use the phrase "Market Expectations will be met" when you look at the forecast the prediction is a loss for this year. However reading the detailed report it seems impossible for the 2nd half not to be in profit. There is also positive comments on the aerospace position which does seem more definite than on previous occasions. I've said before that providing the oil price holds up for the next year or two then the diversification will ensure our future. Good optimistic interims with plenty of detail.

Hi MaxMargoliss, thanks for your comments, my thoughts were that If we do one big deal then while geography and vibrations may be part of the equation it will not, in my opinion, be a deal-breaker. We will have to buy where the deal is. My point is that if we spend the cash in the next couple of months or so then one big acquisition is simpler to assimilate than several smaller companies with a myriad of different requirements.

Last year the Revenue was 1.51 Mill so this year we should have just broken over the 2 Mill barrier. (40% uplift) hopefully just in profit?

Not to bad. Progress and expertise gained in both the quarries and the factory. Sales and distribution channels expanded. Revenue a little slow but this fox! Stone Alliance is the biggy. July '17 Roger - the good old days! Might just break into 2p but if it's to stay there I think it will depend on good results showing us in profits and an upbeat trading update with a bit of future certainty. We've made profits (small I grant you) in the past when the oil price is high and it is going up at the moment. However once it starts to drop so do our profits and the sp. Oh Aerospace Oh Aerospace wherefore art though.

Further thoughts. As we've spent the best part of a year not buying anything ( in spite of last years 20 plus company shopping list) I'm wondering if we're actually going for just one biggy. I'm pretty certain that the market is awaiting this and that whatever actually happens the SP will jump anyway. If it is just one biggy then that may well open the gates for a continuous stream of future acquisitions. Interesting times ahead.

Can we please return to a closer comment about the Company. I do appreciate that people can be distracted into personal opinions, this is fine in the wider scheme of some social media sights but surely this is a business board.

Hi dactions, many thanks for the info re CG. For me the turning point was the December RNS announcement about the Non-Exec Harrison lending cash to purchase extraction equipment for the March re opening. For me that was the vote of confidence. Coupled with the factory delivering winter revenue I believe the tide has turned.

Hi dactions. Perhaps constraints is to strong a word but if you look at last July's RNS re the placing it was certainly an aspiration. Regarding share sales I have no idea but I think we are underpriced at the moment which is perhaps supporting us. Bear in mind half of the MK is cash in the bank! We were allegedly looking at some 20 companies last year so something should happen soon.

Even if Illumina win the longer the case goes on and the more we open up foreign markets the more we will prosper anyway. My glass is half full!

Hi MaxM, Regarding last years placing. I thought that the shares the financiers bought were just that. Are you saying that there are also loan notes outstanding? Regarding the "Call-off" as it's some 12 Mill over some 8 years it will average out at about 1.5 Mill per year. This is division. I would say this is well within our current capabilities as the MoD would have looked at this before signing off. We have less than 3 months to spend the cash if we intend to stay within the constraints that were part of last years placing. And to be frank we've waited a long time as presumably the placing investors would have had notice of our targets well before the actual announcement anyway. It may well be that we are going to spend it on one big acquisition rather than a string of smaller ones. Yours TT

Hi MaxM. To assess the MK value you need to multiply the 759 Mill shares by the price, say 7.13p, and you arrive at �54.1 Mill. That's it really. In my view the MK is low because the market is waiting to see how good the BoD is at spending the �20/25 Mill we hold in cash.

To set a scene. I first bought in at 11p a pop some 11 years ago. Because the product is unique and I believed in Dr Yuri Zhuk and the way the company is managed I have also bought in at shares at 1/3 of a penny on a couple of occasions. I am in profit but the unique nature of our production means that we need time to scale up. So to LionelGreen I will say I think the BoD is on the ball and to RichieRichie I will say he is correct in our position. As forever in our past - it's a matter of time.

Probably launched to late to effect Junes figures but should positively effect Decembers figures and with the range increasing should have a positive effect for years to come. This is a high profile breakthrough with global significance. Hopefully the first of many.

I've just realised the last webcast was the 1st of February so we're due one. Although they were designed to focus on technical and product matters they do touch on financials. One of my concerns has been that for the last 4 years or so we've had abysmal 1st half figures ( between 2 and 4 Mill ) and it would be a real boost to know if this year is going to be different. I know we're only 2 months in but if we've been able to invoice an MDM contract then things could be looking up.

The RNS on the 23rd of March said results due in early May. So no date and no push-back.

Can't help with the names I'm afraid but I've just very briefly had a look at CDS's website and they seem to employ a lot of ex-military personnel with a large portion of their business with the MoD. I'm a little curious as to who is the contract lead here and are the figures for the whole of the contract or just for our part? Whichever way it is it certainly seems to be a new area of business and embeds us further with the MoD. All good stuff.

The profit last year was some 10% of revenue of 11 Mill which is pretty good. If we do have an odd MDM contract or two this year then the margin should feed straight into the bottom line. If the VSP does ever come good then we'll all be counting lots of profits! Ye Hah!
