At a Guess Radica, maybe the website. The suspension probably means no RNS ?
If we got one before the interims and say two in the second half of the year that will be all we would need to make really good profits. It really is hard now to see how SRT can actually fail!

The broad thrust of the results will be as the RNS at the time. SRT's webcasts often give the SP a boost because he tells it as it is. All we need is the current trading period to report a significant revenue increase over the same period last year and the SP will rise.
Hi FoxyM, I wouldn't bother to much with Nobby10. He's high on rhetoric but low on facts. His posts contain a wealth of unsubstantiated opinion but If you analyse them there's precious little actual facts.
He's stated that I work for Fox. This is a lie. His reasoning was that I knew to much. When I asked him what I knew he failed to answer. Oh, he also stated we were the same person. Another lie.
He's what green boxes were made for.
Probably the end of the week. My thinking is that the SP is low because there is perhaps some doubt about our ability to deliver the new contracts and increase revenue.
The important part of the Report, for me, will be this trading period and business done in it! The later the publication the more accurate this will be.
Pray tell Nobby10 - just what is it i know?
You really are a thicko Nobby10. If I worked for Fox I wouldn't have queried the number of preference shares as in my 5th of July post!
Hi John, while you're right to be a little pessimistic regarding Denton's involvement it is from their point of view a calculated risk. My guess is that it is one or several of their Baltic State offices who have taken this on. They required an upfront substantial sum, supplied by three 'investors', to assess the merits of the claim.
Don't forget that the Dentons offices in the region would have a lot of local information and background anyway. The upshot was they took it on.
Sir Mark Lyall-Grant joined the board of Fox some three years ago after the action was started. According to the RNS at the time it was because he was a heavy-weight diplomat and a qualified Barrister. To me this was an endorsement as he had no need to be involved in any failures.
The 190 Mill may be a little ambitious, I'll grant you that, and it could be a negotiation point that actually contributes to the delay. One further point. If the action has no merit, then by now, after some four years, that would have come to light and Dentons would have withdrawn.
As an aside the tragic situation in both Turkey and in Ukraine unfortunately shows that a company like ecobuild could have a lot of business fairly close to home.
Correction - 26,956 preference shares!!
Thanks FoxyM - good info about the Preference shares.
Does anybody know about the allocation of the preference shares? I have 26,1956 preference shares in my share dealing account but my total shares are 2441 in my share dealing account and 30,762 in my ISA which is a total of 33,203. Does anybody know if this reduction in preference shares is a common thing or have I been a little short changed as it were? Thanks in advance for any information.
Got them at the end of July last year so hopefully only three or four weeks away. For me the most interesting part is the current trading update. Should be pretty positive This year. Hopefully this will help the share price to to increase Which will be very welcome!

Just an observation. You seemed to refer to the liquidation as a bad thing. I liquified a company that had myself and one other as directors. This was because we were running the company down as he had emigrated. But as soon as you mention liquidation some people thought it had gone bust.
The fact that we carried out a "Members Voluntary liquidation" in order to close the company down did not seem to register. It's a word with bad connotations. When a word like that is used it's a good idea to offer some sort of clarification. Maybe clarify what type and why?
As an aside and judging by his CV he actually doesn't seem to me to be much of a thumb twiddler.
Nobby10,
What was the reason for the liquidation?
Yes. Seems a high calibre appointment. Exactly what is needed. Not the CV of a man joining a sinking ship. Roll on the reinstatement and a recovery of the SP.
I use iweb. There showing in my share dealing account but not in my ISA
Thanks SoleBoy I did check and she said it hasn't been released yet it was the 20th Sept. I phoned The Centurion Best Western and they only had two rooms left for the 19th! So thanks again.
Hi Nobby, You need to read the 15th of June RNS. The factory is built and the operational team from Dubai is fitting it out.
Hi Soleboy,
I too want to attend but living in Cornwall I need to make travel arrangements. Can you confirm the date. The reason I didn't attend last year was because I got the date to late to make arrangements.
Yes, milestone payments are lumpy and can distort annual figures but we now have some 4ish contracts with fixed dates and one ongoing. This means that with a bit of luck they will even out a little.
In addition the transponder business, much steadier, is growing at a significant rate and with the new distributers and new products will be more important addition to the annual revenue. In addition to that the ongoing data sales, which come into play at the end of the contract, will also have a steading income effect.
