Hats of to the BoD - they seem to have achieved the above that grows the business internationally with little cost to ECOB. Senegal, Canada and now Sudan are all on board with potentially Chile and the DR to come. There's many slip but the main costs for ECOB will be the training of operatives and managerial time.

The site in Albania is now achieving an increasing revenue. One other point of note for shareholders is the low number, comparably, of shares at 116 Mill. In my view we should be able to expand without recourse to issuing new shares but if we did need some cash the SP is now much more favourable to us anyway. Plus of course we may get a bit of compo - now that would be the icing on the cake!

All in all I'm well impressed. I was a Fox holder many moons ago but sold out over the failure of the Kosovo authorities to act over the quarry snatch back.

Fortunately I got back in when a more favourable government was elected. Rather pleased now! GLA>

Hi blueril, In my reply to radikas post of the 12th at 18:32 he said he held SINCE the ringfenced date. This did not tell me he held any Preference Shares as he would have to be holding at the time the Preference Shares were issued and I didn't know what he meant by ringfenced date. I said that if he had no Preference shares he would not receive any arbitration compensation. It was the past he was talking about.

In your post today at 06:22 you said you were confident this was NOT true. As far as I know it is true. They were issued to protect ex Fox Holders once the RTO was acheived. benefit from.

If you have Preference Shares you will receive arbitration winnings based on the number of your holdings- i.e. the more you own the more you get. If and when this happens is an unknown. If you have no Preference Shares you will not participate.

My average purchase price is 7.8p because I've done a series of top-ups - There's still time to average down at around 4 to 5p but I am of course not recommending that but DYOR and see where it takes you.

The Senegal venture appears to be progressing well and at little cost to ECOB - a truly remarkable achievement. My guess is that the Canadian deal may well follow along similar lines. This is a pattern that you would think would be repeatable all over the world. As far as I can see if you've got bore water with the right PH, as in Albania, then all is well. I can't see a downside except for Nobby10 and Magna carta who will both be very disappointed.

I challenge you to describe the business and operational similarities between the two companies.

The litigation is for 195 Mill. But it is likely to be less than that if we win and rock all tommy if we don't. When we made the claim our revenue was less than 2 Mill a year - I'm not to sure how the 195 was arrived at. There are at least three instances of money put in to finance the no win no fee claim. We know not the cost but it won't be cheap! Preference shares for ex Fox holders are in line as is ECOB itself. Perhaps a decent wedge all round but claiming it to be a game changer may be a bridge to far - lets hope it is though!!

I think the Canadian project is a cracking deal for ECOB. I am expecting that the approval process as outlined in the 2nd Para of the RNS will take most of next year particularly as the house is not yet on site. However in the meantime revenue will be expected from Albania and Senegal. I don't know the cost of a production line but it looks as if Senegal is funded by the Joint Venture and you would think that we have enough cash to install a second one in Albania. By the time approval is granted in Canada our cash flow should be able to cope with an expansion there.

The project is a clear path to an expansion to a high volume operation. Chile and the DR still to come!!!

It's not random at all bunsen. Senegal wants houses built quickly and has chosen the ECOB route. Simples!

Just raising a couple of queries. After reading the various RNS's over the last 18 months or so . My impression was that there was a maximum height for the walls of 3.4 metres. However lesser heights could be made to whatever height was required. A similar situation was the length. There is a maximum but lesser lengths were flexible. This avoids a lot of waste.

I see that IThink used the proportions of his Pre -Fab to work out the metreage. I remember the war time Pre-fabs from my childhood some of my school friends lived in them. It is testament to their design that many are still in service. However ECOB builds to the requirement of the customer so I'm not to certain of the relevance. As regards the number of houses - ECOB banked just over 3 Mill euros in the last last 18 months or so therefore IThink it's more than 3!

Hi Ithink, Don't know is the short answer. However the Santiago certification appears good for South America in general so that might be some comfort.

Presumably there are damp regions in South America. As an example of a chemical reaction - if you mix egg white and castor sugar together it can set so hard, as Royal Icing, you need a chisel to shift it. This is an example that when you mix different ingredients together they can form a chemical reaction that transforms them. Not that I'm suggesting you try Royal Icing as a building material mind !!!

You're living in the past Nobby - 55p is old history . It has nothing to do with where we are now. In the last two to three years we have become a totally transformed company. You should try to get up to date and see the real progress. I doubt you have the ability though. Your hatred for ECOB blinds you.

Quite right 27001, The price on the 1st of the month was 2.75p. Today it's just over 4. Unless you're looking to sell or buy daily movements are not indicative of long term importance. Nobby is just behaving in his usual foolish fashion and is a first class idiot.

18 months ago we were still setting things up. We'd just produced our first wall in Albania. Not only did we transport the production unit some 3/4000 miles to support 2 contracts but we'd taken the opportunity to totally refurbish the unit and at the same time automate it. The 2 contracts are apparently still around but no real reports have been forth coming which is a bit of a mystery.

The lack of any detail on the 2 contracts may well have contributed to the share drop. However a whole raft of other opportunities have arisen and for me the ordering of new production units will be the trigger to fulfil increasing revenues.

If it's any help. The above is what you should have received when Fox shares ceased to trade. Mine appeared in the same Share Dealing Account I have with iweb (Soon to be Scottish Widows) that I held Fox in but not in an ISA.

Hi Bluerill, many thanks for the links - really excellent background. It's a terrific order and with more to follow. The fact we've been able to start quickly will not be lost on prospective customers.

I have noticed that our resident dumbo's, Magna and Nobby are rather quiet, this is of course a good thing - they never did like good news! I've said before that the RNS's coming from ECOB in the last 18-24 months have all been positive.

If the current price holds, and it may not of course, It puts my last 6 top-ups in a small profit. Hopefully other punters will also be benefiting. This is a unique product who's time may well have come. Thanks again

Yes It's a nice little earner and in a new luxury market sector. So good news all round. Pity we didn't get an update on the Senegal partnership situation. The announcement was 24th of April with an update on the 6th of May but since then nothing. Hopefully it's still good.
