Hi JRC, Info re margins is often commercially sensitive and the average punter doesn't always focus on them because some companies are suspicious re queries. There is a little background in the recent 37 page Cavendish Note. For me this financial year will be the one that settles SRT down. We should be able to clear all debt and raise stock levels to an appropriate level to support the new business levels. We will also need to raise and pay new headcount costs. Once all that is sorted then the only important margin will be the profit margin!!

Hi John- Yes £69 is not really life changing. However with only 100 Mill of shares issued and only £3.44 MC you could hardly get a cheaper bet. And the new BoD is certainly active.

Agreed Hounddog - not much new but then the situation now is that we deliver our contracts, evaluate new inquiries and upgrade the best ones to the VSP and then convert them to a sale. It's all basic standard stuff that we are good at doing. We are now at long last in a growing profitable business that has a clear path to run on and a visible revenue stream. Not a unique position to be in but not common either!

There are some new transceiver products on the horizon at some point (not to mention Nexus!!) There will be new contract announcements again at some point. But basically we're there. I might even miss the excitement!

HI JRC, I think you may have the wrong end of the stick. For clarification the 2 x 300 Mill contracts, as mentioned in the Cavendish Notes, have not yet been started and todays update gives the cash amount of contracts we are working on as 320 Mill with 1.4 mill in the VSP.

I'm not to sure about your point these results are well short of levels mentioned on several occasions. Simon is pretty careful about forecasting future numbers. I cannot recall any information being released about this in the past. However if you want further details of last years accounts there is a lot of info in the aforesaid Cavendish Notes.

However which ever way you cut it - it's still onwards and upwards for me. Cheers

Hi JRC. The Cavendish Note reported the first milestone payment from Indonesia was received in last years accounts. Simon doesn't normally mention milestone payments. He has however mentioned the amount of contract cash currently being worked on. For me if we are keeping up with the delivery dates then I'm happy. It's really important we can move from sales to production in a timely manner. I think we've got enough experience to hopefully achieve this.

Hi JRC. If you read the comprehensive cavendish Note (37 Pages) and the g captain website you'll be pretty much up to date. Even if we have started selling Nexus it's going on limited sale to start with anyway. The only query I have is are we able to handle and deliver on our 6? current contracts. We've never had this high level of business before and the market may also be wondering. I think we will deliver on time, both Flex and Dell can cope with increased demand easily enough. Looking forward to the webcast anyway as it's going to be one of the most positive we've ever had.

An interesting read with some good background info. I picked up on the partnership looking to develop a solar powered battery pack to be installed at around 2000 Euro. Now that could be a winner!

Hi blue, I've been here some 8 years and I think John was before me. He is a little pessimistic but he still holds a few shares he reckons. I don't think the two numpties actually hold. Considering their views on ECOB it would seem perverse of them if they did!

John, take heart from the fact that the trade press is reporting on ECOB's announcements. That in itself is an endorsement. Puts nobby's and magna's stupid posts n perspective. Do you believe the company's idiotic trolls or the RNS's and the trade press?

As you said extrader - weekend reading sorted. A well researched note that clarified several points for me in the later pages and contained good info. Pleased to see the initial milestone payment re the Indonesian contract recognised in this year.

One of the stand-outs for me is the is the increasing size of the contracts. A couple of years ago 30 Mill was good news now we've got 2 at 300 Mill in the pipeline! Definitely onwards and upwards!

SRT are good at giving a resume of results pretty promptly and we will be due a webcast as well. We've probably got record revenues for the next 2 to 3 years anyway. It may be that the SP is being held back a little by concern about delivery of multiple contracts. It's a nice problem to have but I think we'll be all right. Both Dell and Flex are quite capable of increasing deliveries and the actual installations are done by the customer. Obviously there's an oversight requirement that will need addressing but the basic business model is fairly straight forward. If we don't get any more contracts for the rest of 2025 I don't think it will really matter. Be interesting to see if the Indonesian first milestone payment does fall into this year.

I wonder if somethings up - perhaps a good news RNS. It's now 2 to 3 weeks for the full year report. Obviously the numbers are important but my interest is more often in the update over the year.

We may not get the full 4 Mill as in the April Reach wall sale announcement but half would still be good for say 3 - 4 Mill of revenue. We wont make a profit but when we do we've got some 10 mill of losses over the last few years to offset. More than enough you might think to assist a maiden Divi say in 2 years or so! An update of the Chilian venture would be good and the DR has gone a bit quiet. Could there even be a new venture?

One thing thing does concern me is that the idea cannot be patented as it's been around to long. Because the production line has been dramatically improved and also automated I wonder if there's some design features that can be copy righted or protected in some way. The reason for my thinking is that this would seem to be an ideal licensing opportunity. I don't really know that much about licensing but it occurred to me that if we supplied the production line and then trained the workers we could then charge some sort of square meter fee. It could be a nice little earner and fairly simple to operate. Just a thought.

Yes, the SP is a little low. We are going to have two years of record revenue anyway, plenty of time for more rises and even the launch of Nexus!

I think where we are now if it does show this year then our record profit should be enough to clear most debt (if that is considered appropriate) which means that next years record revenue will make a maiden Divi a distinct possibility. The only thing holding back the SP is perhaps the markets concern about the actual delivery of the contracts.

There is of course the prospect of the sheer amount of work slowing delivery. I'm pretty confident Simon will deliver on time. An increased headcount of course increases costs and we are in recruiting mode but our margins should be good enough to cope. Interesting times - and it's all good news.

Hi Bullwinkle, It's going to be a little difficult re any progress comments because we extended our financial year by 3 months last year in order to hopefully include the first milestone payment from Indonesia in that years accounts. Unfortunately that did not happen but I don't see any change in wanting this to be recognised in the current year.

However we've only got 5 weeks or so - bit of a tall order but it may be possible. Unfortunately even if we succeed it will be a last minute thing. We will have a record year anyway with a meaningful profit but if we can recognise the 1st milestone payment then that will be a meaningful boost and iron out a little bit of lumpiness for next year. And as an aside it may move us closer to a Divi. Simon will probably mention it if only to deny it. Happy Days.

If Cavendish is unsure of when the initial milestone payment of the Indonesian contract will be received then it is indeed an unknown event. Sods law says it's in the next financial year. You wait two years and miss by two weeks! Ah well, better late than never I guess.

I think you're correct JRC. It's extremely frustrating, but at least we should have a consolation of record revenue!

Nobby, What are you on about in your post of the 15th? "todays shambles on the market". One dictionary defines Shambles as a state of total disorder.

The SP and the Placing price mirrored each other. In any placing the SP will move to the placing price or very close to it. Perfectly normal. No shambles. About ten times more shares purchased as sold. Today it's three times more purchased and the share price is blue. Again - no shambles. But a lot of top-ups going on - including mine as I'm taking advantage of the low SP.

I predict the low SP is Temporary. We now have the wherewithal to double Albania's production, or quadruple it if both go on double shifts! So with the Senegal deal we will at the very least treble our production. I don't know the lead time for the manufacture of the lines or the installation time but you would think before the year end.

One more positive fact and food for thought. In spite of three placings and one Share issue since the re-admission of shares in Oct 2023 the Company only has 100 Mill of shares issued. This is quite low by many start-ups standards. Revenue should increase in Albania due to the extra shift. There's a chance that we may not need another cash call - but if so it may be relatively modest at a higher SP.

I hope I don't put the mockers on this! The uptick in the SP seems fairly steady to me. I think the Senegal deal is the main reason here. It seems more 'oven ready' than either Chili or the DR. I thought we would have to report some decent revenue for some recovery to take place but the market seems to be happy with the way things are going anyway. Poor old nobby and Magna - they must be spitting feathers!!!
