Great post thanks bluerill. Things seem to be moving along nicely on several fronts both internationally and at Dulles. I'm hoping for some sort of update say at the end of January with a preliminary annual report. Should be really interesting. Onwards and upwards I reckon.

This is comparative peanuts. The actual start date could be years and years away. Compare to SRT.

We have signed and started relatively high margin contracts to deliver £300 Mill in two years plus a further £100 Mil contract over two years to be signed any minute nowish. Our MC is only £100 Mill in spite of the bulk of the contracts actually starting!

If this is the level that the AIM values growing UK companies at then what price is UK- PLC? Will we need to list in New York to reflect true value of SRT. So frustrating.

Hi Black-Knight7. I think it's more than a slight switch in design. Their not self-contained and there seems to be a lot of clear plastic/glass which is not that strong or radiation resistant if they are going to be above ground? There's little storage space for food and water and conversely no waste disposal facilities. An independent electricity supply would probably also be needed including fuel if a generator is to be added. You could well finish up with something twice the size! I do agree though that it's a start but not to sure of the market.

Hi caesar, looks good and a good find. Suitable for a max of 2 people probably. You'd need to adapt your lifestyle quite a bit. Entertaining would be tricky. I didn't see a washing machine or tumble dryer for example. Space for personal items such as clothes, bedding and towels obviously at a premium. The unknown is of course the cost of your plot. I live on my own in a one bedroom flat but I have over twice the footprint and on a permanent basis would not want less. I'm sure it would be attractive to quite a lot of people though.

OK caesar, Can you detail just what a $6000 dollar Musk house is? If it's a single design and build project that's one thing, but if it's capable of a range of finishes then it's going to be difficult to compare.

Hi caesar, on the basis that you're mischief making rather than in search of actual info I would point out that a bowl of custard seems rather solid when you look at it - until you dip your spoon in!

Unless we get some really positive news tomorrow I expect the price will start to decrease if only from profit taking. Just shows the potential of this stock though.

When we get the initial 2024 report for me as always the bit I look to will be the current state of the company. I have no idea of the lead time of a new production line is or the cost of it. As I've said before we need at least one in Dulles now and another one PDQ to satisfy the current contracts plus the newer orders. The DR will need three to build 2000 houses per year as well which seems there intention.

We are now at the end of 2024 and I've just re-read the comprehensive full year RNS of the 28th of June '24 referring to the full year 2023. There is a whole whack of info including the innovative sales approach that was instrumental in gaining the 2 large contracts that we have now started to fill in central Europe.

ECOB have recently made several announcements that refer to important positives that have not been trailed previously. One such is the vast improvement on the production line following refurbishment and automation and another the fact that we have shipped three flat-pack houses to Chilli for evaluation. Also the fact that two different foreign government minister delegations have visited the Dulles site with an intention to further relations with ECOB if it is mutually beneficial. We've waited for the visit to happen before announcing any of the intentions. Both visits have in fact resulted in progress towards future sales. Many a slip twixt cup and lip of course, and I accept the risk, but a very business-like approach from ECOB.

We urgently need a second production line in Dulles pronto. I would actively support a cash call if a combination of revenue and borrowings were insufficient to achieve this. This is not the time to take ones foot off the gas.

My confidence is encouraged by the facts that (a) our product is cheap, quick and demonstrably superior as certified by the University of Chilli and (b) both the DR and Chilli have come to us - we didn't need marketing to attract them!

Hi John, there are some facts to consider.

You are correct in that the first no win no fee compensation case resulted in the victims receiving little money. I haven't seen the drama but I do follow the case on the news and also the enquiry. Consequentially I am aware of a new claim that was set up to correct this. Dramas, by their very nature, do not always truly reflect everything but are sometimes selective.

As for Dentons it's not the whole of the world-wide company but the European division and mainly involving the principal office in Kosovo and consequentially is much more focussed. The result sure as hell matters to them. Plus of course you have Samuel Wordsworth KC. He is a legal heavywheight and also on a no win no fee deal. He's worth looking up.

Finally - the whole point of the Court of Arbitration is that it's legally binding! We assert that the Kosovo government broke their own Kosovo laws. If they did so they will have to pay compensation - it's as simple as that. There's more info in the RNS of the 28th June 2024.

I think It's a little early to be looking to far ahead. Most of our contracts are for two years and we still have no start date for the Indonesian contract signed some 20 months ago which is one of the largest we've ever signed. It may start this year or it could be next. Nexus could transform the transponder business but again it won't go into full sales and production for some six months or more.

There may be a drag on the SP due to market concerns that we may not be able to manage such a huge leap. However Simon did say that recruiting and training has been put into place because of the imminence of the Indonesian contract. Little did he know! Conversely this may now work in our favour. The headcount figures in the yearend report will be interesting.

In my view the next half year report will be key. Significant milestone payments coming through on a consistent basis may reassure any doubters and the MK will reflect this. This is a good time to be an SRT shareholder. For me I believe that we are on the verge of a massive re-rate. We know the approximate figures for '23/24. The figures for 24/25 will be multiplies of them.

Radika, nobody knows. But the decision, when it comes, is legally binding. Both sides have a good reason to complete the process. Unfortunately the reverse is true from the Kosovo side of things. I've said before because of the no win no fee contract Dentons must have confidence in their approach. We await in hope!

Hi blueril, I wouldn't bother to much with magna or his little mate nobby10. I green boxed them many months ago one reason was the total lack of anything positive. Another reason was the personal derogatory tone of their comments.

They both totally failed to give any recognition to the progress Ecob has made. Ecob negotiated a contract in Albania while the production equip was in the middle east. They successfully moved the production equipment many thousands of miles and also added automation which significantly improved it's performance. Not only are they now delivering to at least one of the contracts but have started picking up new business from several new customers in Albania .

Getting the product successfully stress tested in Chilli was a master stroke because of the kudos this achieved internationally. They are talking at government level to both Chilli and the Dominican Republic. Government ministers have visited the production facilities. They have sent a sample three houses to Chilli for evaluation. They are in advanced talks to build facilities in the DR possibly with three lines. Both of these countries have a need for high quality affordable housing and are willing participants and see Ecob as a way forward.

It's only 18 months since the Admission of the new company on AIM - I can't quite see how they could have done much better. Their may be a cash call to expand facilities in Albania but my guess is that the DR will be some sort of partnership where we provide the technical knowledge and knowhow and the DR provide the cash. There could even be some sort of licencing agreement as well. This could even be a model for Chilli and future ventures.

This really really exiting times - no place for naysayers.

I think it was in September that we first heard of the million euro target for this year. Good to see Ecob over delivering. Not out of the woods yet and not for widows and orphans but in the last few months every RNS has been good news.

When your talking to government ministers about important issues for them such as affordable housing then you must be doing something right! Both the Chilean and Dominican Republic initiatives added to the Kosovo and Albanian contracts show very diverse marketing opportunities. Onwards and upwards and more good news RNSs.

My sums make £178 Mill of contracts this year so far. From the RNSs, 19th of November $9 Mill, 30th October $213 Mill and the 2nd of September $4.6 Mill.

I'm surmising that until we get the first milestone payment from the contract just signed (Kuwait?) we haven't got the cash to initiate the Indonesian one any way. I reckon that's some 6-8 weeks away - all guess work on my part.

It's the initial milestone payment on that one that will put cash in bank and start to clear down debt. Hopefully by then the transceiver business will be improved by Nexus. I remember Simon saying a couple of years or so ago that he would like that part of the business to generate enough revenue to run the whole business. Neat idea if that actually comes off. bbe
