Jason Drummond left a couple of years ago and is not on the Board according to the website. What recent allegations are we talking about because if they are in the last couple of years or so, since he left, as long as they don't concern FairFX does it matter?

I like this - they will have the 1st half figures to hand. Positive Trading Statement to come I guess.

The reason for my cautiousness if we exit is I'm not to certain where Gib is actually getting the money from. It's not exactly small change for a small population. Does anybody know?

There are around 30k of people peeing and pooing in Gib plus some 10k of Spanish day workers. The 30k may drop down a bit on a brexit and Spain has threatened to close the borders BUT at some point there will be a need for the project. So if we remain it's on fairly quickly but if we leave it will go on a back burner. This may have an effect on shareholders voting decisions.

Normally in this size of contract there are stage payments. In many of them there is an upfront fee anyway. We can put in at least £1 mill to start and so probably can Northumberland. Add another £1 mill of bank loans and I guess we comfortably get to the 1st stage payment. In the interims of September 2015 the new Chairman says he's pleased to be here but makes no mention of Gibraltar - let alone it might not happen. However on page 4 the CEO says that we are awaiting ratification and on page 5 under "'Outlook" he says that in the next 12 months we should include starting the project. Re the Gibraltar deal - In the above's Wednesday post at 11.54 he said, and I quote "Chairman said it might not happen, It's in the last set of account. I read that , good idea to take a close look". So I did and he didn't. I asked him to clarify his remarks and he has not done so. Little bits of cooked pork wrapped in pastry come to mind. Take no notice of him.

I know what whacked it down - but what's whacked it up? Or is it just a correction as there's only 2 Mill trade volume?

At $30 Mill the smallest MDM in the validated sales pipeline is worth 150% of last years Revenue. I think the limit is beyond the sky!!

I've been here for the last four years or so and I'm just in profit in spite of my first purchase at 0.88.p. SP/MK is a third of the annual revenue in an expanding profitable company with no real debt. Have we become the Millwall of the stock market - "Nobody loves us" ? I just want a result - pretty much like Millwall supporters I suppose! Just to declare an interest-I have actually been to the Dell, but as a Spurs fan. This was quite interesting but not to be repeated!

Perhaps a little harsh. If you look at the 2015 full year report you will see the company has been restructured, is debt free, and has new irons in the fire. is the CEO out of his depth because of all the water we're making!!?

It may be that the lack of interest in CSSG is that it could be seen as a possible one trick pony. I came in via the amalgamation with Vigilante bur have topped up since. It is Vigilante that is the revenue driver. Fast Vein seems to be stalling and other recognition systems such as voice/face/eyes are being touted by competitors. The Dubai office will hopefully deliver new revenue but not yet it seems. It still remains to be seen whether the recent acquisition can expand Access significantly. However it is a well run company and I have great expectations that there will be significant upward share price in say a cou[le of years. e

I've just done another 3k on the strength of a BBC article called "Poisoned River" which show the horrendous pollution of the Ganges and also reports on the reducing water table in surrounding areas that agriculture depends on. MWG have recently announced an Indian venture with Advent Envirocare to combine both companies technologies to produce plant efficiencies and lower costs Advent have completed projects all over India over the last couple of decades and they also have investment from USA In the perfect world this would allow MWG to get serious Indian revenues and produce Profits in a year or two and Dividends in say two/three years. In addition the American connection with Advent could give a piggy-back connection to expand in the USA. What could posssssssibly go wrong!

I recently complained on the Modern Water Group (MWG) discussion board about this exact same thing - my 3K buy registered as a sale. That in itself won't change the world but for a small private trader like me I need to know whether I'm going down the tubes or in fact rocketing away. BUT If you don't like the system what would you do to provide a cheap alternative?

Thanks for the post Thomas. I've recently bought some at 2.39p to bring down my average and I now only need 5.25p to break even!! To see the research suggest a value of some 7p is heartening. I'm in for the long term as I like the way the company is now being run but I note deafening silence re the Spirax - Serco deal which is really the only disappointment. Onwards and Upwards.

Like Megabux and Bearraider plus a few others I also got in on the DGC prospects and I've managed to turn 7.k into 4.5k. However the report has some good vibes and in the last two years we have transformed into a diverse company with an overarching approach plus a dynamic board. A hold for me and hopefully a profit in 2017. May have to wait a bit for dividends in the 18/19 year. A big decision will be what they do with the 7 Mill cash, if it's spent in the right acquisition/development it could be game changing. Is it just me or is the Spirax Serco thing a bit of a damp squib? If It's not then this could be a real money spinner.

I do agree that having 500 units for 3 years does seem excessive - hopefully we have the patent protection as ST has emphasised.
