Thanks for the links Lionel. I do wonder how they arrive at these figures as in August '14 the placing was at 1.6p and since then the price halved although recovered a little in the last month or so since the BOD cash subscription. I can only hope their right based on Airbus suppliers signing contracts and placing orders. One optimistic hope is that HDD has said years ago that it was in contact with other airplane builders and you would think that the airbus suppliers would also supply to these firms as well so we could build a network - one can but dream!!

Don't forget the 7Mill of cash which is some 30% of the MC even at the new level. Some may be needed to implement the 2(hopefully) navel contracts but once they start this will quickly be replaced. The proposed capital reduction plus the cash make new acquisitions, which is a stated company aim, fairly simple. Providing both contracts start next year then we should be in for clear and growing profits. The only downside is the notorious delays that navel contracts have but put that aside and the only way is forward.

Many thanks You_Having, I had totally missed this. It builds on the January MWG RNS. I think this is important as it shows that MWG are (at long last) starting to do some business. If GIB and the Indian/Avanti thing also come off then this company will really build. The good thing is that at long last we seem to be having two or three strings to out bow. Again thanks.

The only real reason for a placing will be for an acquisition. Probably the best forward revenues in the world. (sorry Carlsberg) However there may be a price drop - but not that much!

Can find nothing about any Aug 9th news or Mirfa contract or 3 plant 4.6m euro contract. Are you having a laugh or a breakdown?

Hi Team83, I now feel quite sanguine as my 2.3m is now in profit. but I also take heart that while HDD is my biggest bet (by a long chalk) You, me and Tim Simpkin are still in it!!

I think It's exactly because of the subscription. The Board putting in half a mill must mean something!!

To add a perspective. The BOD has just put in a cool half million of their own money at .8 of a penny. In addition the new options granted represent 2.5% of the issued share capita - hardly a massive dilution one would think.. To exercise the options the share price has to rise to 2.5p. Yes they will make 3 times the cost of the options but so will I as my average is .837 of a penny. I first bought at 10.99p some 10 years ago but some 6 years ago bought twice at 3 shares a penny in addition to some 16 other buys. You pays your money and you makes your bets. In the last 2 years We nave increased the large reactors from 2 to 5. 1 in Bicester and 2 in Virginia. The only fly in the ointment is the lack of orders but the BOD must be confident ( or delusional) !!

A 60K MV is some 5/6 times current revenue (leaving aside the Asian contract) 12K of annual revenue is achievable from the existing sales channels. This level of revenue is sufficient to generate a small working profit. This leaves any MDM contract to generate clear profit at some 40% ish. The current Asian contract will deliver around 30k ish profit. We only need one every two years to do very well - yes I would love the conveyer belt but it's not the be all and end all at the moment. As ST has said he just doesn't know when the next MDM contract will be signed as it's up to the customer. Just think, one MDM contract a year and we are all in clover!!

September '17 is the (possible) HCP ban so we have a further year to sweat. I just wonder if a further cash call will be needed, and, if so, where will it come from. Squeaky bum time ahead.

Thanks megabux. I bought in some three years ago at 13P on the DG project. However I followed the declining SP and bought in at odd times since, I am (just a little bit ) in profit. This has become a well run company with a clear view of It's future. I intend to be part of that. Again thanks.

I value your posts baccy but consistency from ST has been one of this companies strengths. Yes it is exactly the same old same old. But the alternative is what?

Please excuse my ignorance, I'm uncertain how the above effects the Gib contract. I hope your right but I believe it is the Gib government that is funding the project and they are still in the EU. Or have I missed something?

Possibly 2 contracts. But to be fair to comeonvog, contrary to megobux's comment about validity, he did not actually make a factual statement. It is a little unclear but if it's two contracts then whoo-hoo.

Very big new gains in the last two months or so. A correction is allowed. The basics appear unchanged.
