Without doubt a takeover target, lots of predators would want this bloating cash cow. Experienced directors toward the tail of their careers, why would they not sell anything above £2.36 should trigger the SP clause within their incentive plan announced in May21. Happy Retirement, perhaps for many of the LTH here too! ATB

Interesting hypothesis around AA I hope that Kist is just one of the interested parties. From our point of view if a takeover or merger is on the cards then economics should dictate that it is the one who wants us the most as they will inevitably have the deepest pockets.

In the questions and answers at the AGM Mitch response to the question regarding a move to the main market I thought intriguing. He stated that a move away from AIM to the main market would involve much work/administration/cost and would only be entertained as part of a potential future merger/acquisition. Post 01/01/2022 when this would become feasible who are the likely suitors that would also want to facilitate the move? Perhaps AA, with his city connections?

With our commodity prices so high and futures looking so strong I am just delighted to be invested here. I am sitting back and will enjoy what will be played out over whichever time frame.

Upomega - Who are you referring to as "they" BOD, market makers or somebody else? If anybody feels that the SP is being manipulated south then surely that gives you the opportunity to buy more at bargain prices and rinse the opportunity. That is where I am finding myself as I believe economic fundamentals will eventually prevail.

Have been accumulating these for the past 18 months now by far my largest holding. Surely with R3, Columbus, Eigg development and full BKR revenue from 2022 these have to re-rate very soon especially as our commodity prices are strong. The execs too have lined all their ducks with the incentive plan so surely it is now only a short wait? Patience is not easy!
