Its starting to look a little better now pilgrims, deadline of end of Q1 fast approaching, so an update is surely pending for us the long suffering.

Feeling sickened and robbed by this, feel sure it will be effectively be a reverse takeover by Mercuria in time, along with it goes our cash and shareholder value. Private investors like myself shafted, heaven knows how the Hardys are feeling? I did write to Anthony Craven with my concerns about the takeover, my reply was a poor edited stock letter that did not address my concerns additionally I have heard my reply echoed on here by others in their replies. All that remains for me here is to find my most beneficial exit point.

Many LTH are reducing and exiting hence the SP continues to slide, I think this trend will continue the TW deal is very poor and leaves shareholders feeling vulnerable.

SP appears to be rising on no volume......

Thanks for the advice regarding outsourcing the H&S, we have a company called "Peninsula" on board that assist with all personnel issues and H&S, they are OK and I follow their advice and guidance however painful that seems at times.

I did reduce my SQZ holding significantly when they went above £4.00 but foolishly purchased most of it back at around £3.00 however the company has been good to me as I loaded up when the share was just below £1.20, I know many LTH here had the foresight to buy in when it was pennies a few years earlier pre BKR. I am hoping that this will be a good dividend play going forward, however that plan will in all likelihood be ruined by HMG and its politicians in the quest for the holy grail and carbon neutrality.

I am 56 and have been running a small business for 25 years currently employing 30 good people. The last 3 years have been the most difficult and I am increasingly despairing at our government, everything is being constantly squeezed, whether it be the minimum wage increases, corporation tax, interest rates, raw material prices, utility prices, I accept these are not all HM Governments fault exactly. However on top of this we have increased legislation whether it be for Packaging Waste regulations (which ATM is becoming a minefield), employment law, health and safety etc etc. Keeping up with the changes and full compliance is near impossible for a small business. I feel that the the Corporation tax is going to be irrelevant because we will not be making any money so the tax rate will be somewhat irrelevant, this will be the case for many small businesses, they can raise to 80% for all I care as it will not raise much more revenue. Certainly do not feel like investing and growing my business any further, where is the motivation for me, there is none. This conservative government has ground it out of me and I see no other political party with any sensible solutions to the countries problems. Sorry to say that this now woke country is doomed, our level of debt is simply unsustainable. Again apologise to all for off topic and the whinge, I accept this is not the right forum. ATB

Now I like to invest and back my judgement about the future of things. In normal circumstance I would be hoovering up some KIST, JOG and SQZ shares given the current weakness. My share ISA allowance is long since exhausted so would have to trade in my Barclays marketmaster account. Given the capital allowance is being reduced to £6K where is movitation for me, high risk investments and should there be a profit a large portion will be pocketed by HMRC. This is not a conservative government rather socialist and is sucking the life blood from our country. Sorry to go off topic but feeling hacked off this morning! I feel that any motive for me to invest has been removed.

Are we looking too hard to find something to hang our hats on or is it just a dog of a deal? Time will tell, think I will hang around until the years bumper result are out and then review.

Trying to vote through Barclays this morning. I was asked for a resolution number of the motion at the EGM, can't find this on the website nor within the RNS, can anybody please assist?

Has anybody voted here on the Barclays platform as my accounts show no pending Corporate actions?

As your keeping score I am a NO with 125,000 shares. Emailed the chaiman yesterday expressing my concerns regarding the deal, principally the share dilution and likely loss of control at some point in the future. Not able to vote yet on the Barclays platform. ATB
