That's us moving then. I am guessing another week or 10 days before they RNS an agreement for a sensible and reasonable finance package. A few more days of steady rises for the market to appreciate the direction of travel. Any dips and I reckon more of us existing shareholders will be confident enough to get some more in. I'm nice and blue now. GLA
Someone on the PFC board said there's a problem with HL today DSFlatt. Good luck. Sounds like a big decision!
Yeah, bottom- ish. 23.5 seems the lowest. Be lucky to buy much if it gets that low. This is a good price. I'm in at 25p. More interested in where it's going. Think it'll rocket well before results next month. Shorts will bail unless they're nuts.
In the Finsmes coverage which DSFlatt shared last night, Staclica's plans for the $17.2 are set out. The last sentence is:
'Alongside these key developments, Stalicla will further strengthen the package supporting its second precision ASD asset, STP2'. If you check Stalicla's site EVG's licensed partnership is referenced as STP2. So looks like something is happening. Bit nebulous at the moment. We were supposed to be starting the phase 2 trial for autism after data analysis on the phase 1b which was completed last August..
I think we need another RNS to clarify. Not sure that the one they have put out is any more helpful than the coverage of Stalicla's fundraise.
They've just taken 4.4%. Woodland Capital are a private investment firm specialising in small firms which they believe are undervalued. Quite a big investment for them. Not one of the massive hedge funds.
Ah well. Taking it's time. Just bought £5ks worth at 11.91. Not bad. Looks like we may have a few days to load up and get your average down if you bought high.
The licences are coming this month according to the last RNS. No reason to doubt that.
Mms offering mates rates here. Big bounce tomorrow you'd think?
MMAG is a great business proposition for a host of companies. Schroder have 12.4%. They emphasise value investments in their UK portfolio. Which means undervalued stocks which are likely to realise their fair value in the near to mid term. Now that Music Magpie are up for sale I'd say very near term. They'll get snapped up for about 45p is my guess, based on the BT play. MMAG said 42p was undervalued so a serious bidder may need to go a bit higher. Don't think they can be too choosy if they want to sell. But they aren't desperate. The company is doing fine and the trend for buying and renting high quality second hand goods is rising fast amongst gen Z. The rest of us will follow in their wake. The cost of living crisis isn't going away and it's more sustainable and greener to rent a decent phone than keep buying brand new. Looking at the volume today someone could be talking about throwing their hat in the ring now. Always people who seem to get market intelligence before the inevitable leak. GLA.
Phew! Got there in the end. Looking forward to the next few weeks. The JR will be the icing on the cake maybe a couple of weeks after UKEF funding is confirmed? Well done us! 👏
Check out Ciz mate.
ABC, Of course you're shorting you dafty. Obvs we all know that. Just in case you are under any illusion mate- now you know, we all know, you're shorting. Sigh.
Have you read the article you shared ABC? It's saying that businesses are increasingly buying second hand tech and there's huge demand from Gen Z to be more environmentally conscious and that everyone is used to buying second hand due to the growth of eBay etc.
Have you gone long?
Must be a few shorts betting vs PFC until today- all over them until today- who've been badly burnt. Helicon actually increased their short there! Ouch! Hedge funds seem to be taking more and more silly risks.
They have a finance facility agreed. What are you talking about?
Bid was 11.8 at 2.36pm so they must be buys. For exactly the same amount. Someone's just invested £62,360.
They will share today. The deadline was yesterday. They have to make an announcement.
I don't care. As long as the lemmings are rich.
Either it: 1. opens high and goes higher on a good offer tomorrow or 2. it opens at the top of a very good offer which gets recommended by the board or 3. the regulator gives them more time if they've got a late offer or offers and the sp will go up gradually and substantially until the new deadline or 4. no offer comes in and it will dip before recovery. Results were great. It shouldn't collapse. That's why it's attracted a lot of last minute buys today. Risk is low. I suspect it's going to be 1 or more late offers.
Maybe something went down the wrong way?😆
Maybe 14p with no news. 38p with news of takeover whenever it comes. If it does.
Creeping up.
