cavendish have published a note today on parkmead's site saying they are forecasting a nearterm target of double their current sp too 22p based on the ***** licence alone (which parkmead share 50% with orca). this is the 'risked' projection which assumes a quarter of the estimates for recoverable oil. the 'derisked' assessment is a quadrupled sp for parkmead to 44p.

the ***** oilfield is just one of parkmead assets and just one of 3 recently agreed licences for orca. they say that they now believe that the industry has assumed the discount on inward investments will not be an entire discount but rather a reduction of 12%. have a read for yourselves. front page of the parkmead website. cavendish note, 14th october 2024.

should at least double our sp, based on the 'risked' assessment. if the whole asset is recoverable at 700 million barrels never mind the top end of assumptions, i.e. 1.3 billion barrels orca is worth closer to 40p. still doesn't take the other 2 licences on board. this is priced to fail now. unlikely. labour need oil revenues to pay for the green transition. the polymer flooding technologies will be the only really net zero drilling system in play at this point. if they get the fpso on this basis it will of course be adopted industry wide. but orca and parkmead will have first mover advantage. won't be long before they get a third investor.

The market is mostly retail atm. That's why the sp fell. Retail don't like waiting. Liontown had some delays whilst they were negotiating a massive green investment which they secured. And they were focused on building the site. Also achieved on time and on budget. Already delivered lithium in raw form in a delivery to Singapore worth £9 million bound for China. China are forging ahead with green investment. There will be a race on with the west. Mila has 10% of their lithium find and 100% of their gold and any other minerals. Looks like Liontown are doing the drilling in the gap zone which should include Mila's assets. On a free ride for a while- Liontown doing the early work because they have a stake in Mila and a jv.

Mills has sold some and Unicorn are buying. Hardly game over. Harwood is an investment trust and Unicorn are a V.C.

Liontown Resources sp is also up by 17% today. Looking good. Bit of a guessing game with no RNS yet but Liontown have announced a £9milliin spudomite sale to Singapore and say they're on track with their supply commitments to Ford and Tesla too.

Yes, I noted that too. If they achieve that next leg up in q4 and maintain it in 2025 they have will achieve their expectations. They could easily exceed it as a few here have noted. They're growing their sales and client base. If the 20 Medicare states who have approved this start noticing the public health improvements associated with this product this could expand exponentially. Mount Sinai are solid in their support. The raise is to 9p. Probably forward sold. Be interesting to see how long it takes to get there. The directors are buying. So there's a positive. If we get the other 2 Medicare jurisdictions before the US Election, assuming Harris wins, we should see some more government buys and a more concerted effort from Medicare and industry players to see these tests more aggressively marketed.

Shares are up 7%. Site completed on time. Tonnes of core product mined and sold. Further sales and funding agreements in place with TESLA, Ford and ESA. And MILA have a jv with Liontown. We seem to have had a kicking when the Alberquque merger was blocked by Reinhardt investing even more of her money with them. I don't see the problem. Liontown will go it alone and successfully too. Mila should get bought out in time. In the meantime early assessment costs will be picked up by the major here. What's not to like? Stock of the day on the Oz IG index. All over the industry press.
