Just looked up the Nasdaq rules on delisting. Looks like they get 15 days from the date of appeal. They could drag it out for another 45 days if they appeal a decision vs but they have to have good reason.

Glad you guys are in. You know a lot more than me about Nasdaq. I wonder how long the appeals process is. And annoyed that they left it so late. But it does make sense that as the August 1st deadline approaches with the bid revealed they will see the bid reached and probably more coming in. And then this could be the only place that it's sensible to buy for the US whether or not they delist whilst the appeal process is ongoing, due to the uncertainty.

I'm not selling either Buddha. Wish I had waited longer for recent top ups. I think the intrinsic value is very good. They should have enacted the reverse stock split before now. And told the UK market. I will report them for this. They have to up their game and play by FCA rules. Disappointed but not out.

I guess I am hoping the same Mammac. Probably just experiencing denial. Can't believe that a company that has obviously achieved a lot in just 5 years as far as development and accreditation of a test that could change the trajectory of kidney disease would then be lying with impunity about their business affairs. Even if you bid is just 50p and they say it doesn't reflect true value the sp would hit the Nasdaq requirements for a dollar because there are 2 UK stocks for every US share. If they've made it all up it could be a prison sentence for the lot of them so I think they must have a bid.

And if they delist from Nasdaq they could still tell us what the bid is and rescue the company now. They don't have to accept the bid if it's crap.

Yes. I agree with SB the RNS is misleading. The lcd refers to the scope of the Medicare provider which is the National Government Services. Covers 20 states now not 52. Including New York. It says it covers 27 million people. Lots of Americans don't have Medicare coverage but will still access medical support and pay privately.

Anyway 8% of 14 million is still over a billion pounds at 950 dollars a test. The RNS assumes a very forward looking situation where this is just the beginning of other LCD coverage. I think they'll get more sales once the lcd coverage goes live on August 1st. Suspect the sp will pick up as that date approaches. Results before that are sort of irrelevant. They couldn't sell much in the US without lcd coverage.

I don't think it would take them that long to sell 250,000 tests now that they have lcd nationwide coverage in the US. I think they'll get bought out for a good price before they get there though.

Price has fallen because of the Supreme Court ruling on Surrey County Council's failure to consider downstream impact of burning fossil fuels on climate change on oil fields they had approved, without such consideration. Labour have said this morning that licences that have been awarded will continue. Should recover when the NSTA gives ORCA and Ping the FDA and they appoint their team.

They've continued to emphasise the option of going it alone. And obvs CVC selling down will hit the sp. They only have 1.5% left now. Next 10 days they'll be out. As we close in on August 1st when the lcd goes live I expect it to start moving fast. Probably by the end of the month. I don't want to play chicken with this. Better to be in. Sales won't be poor on next trading results. They will be picking up by now.

Mozax, it's all in the RNS really. The sp fell when they announced they were going it alone for now. Plus CVC were selling down because they have bought bonds in the fundraise recently.

The broker says they'll get £2.00. In the presentation they said they could go it alone or they could sell. Several big pharma have treatments for chronic kidney disease. Those drugs can manage the disease and prevent deterioration. Severe kidney disease means dialysis or an organ transplant. Dialysis is pretty much the end of a working life isn't it. Awful, and costly for an individual and with the at risk numbers the way they are, it's a hit for the US economy twice over, lost earnings and the very expensive cost of trying to extend life through dialysis or transplant. This test will save lives, save money and sell more kidney treatments for big pharma. A few big firms will be interested. I expect they will be very motivated once the orders start coming through. When the draft guidance came out this went to 79p. The US market took it there once the Nasdaq opened where Renx is also listed. I don't think UK retail investors get the significance of this. But yes. Looks like some decent buys coming in. One of them was mine.

Just bought some more. Delighted with the news. US market of 14 million. 950 dollars per test. Full LCD coverage. Superb.

heard my name mentioned a bit. i hadn't shared the link because i was commenting on the telegraph article that had been shared a couple of posts before mine. so you could all read it. i don't like the telegraph but they often seem to get leaks that my preferred papers the ft and the guardian don't get. the ft has also put out a bit of a warning at the same time as the times of course.

for bc's/tdf's benefit i lost £3400 on that sell though i am up £500 so far on the new investment. very ****ed off about it. been in for over a year. hope it works out for you guys. but for me, there's far too much risk attached to this atm. will be back if the telegraph coverage turns out to be wrong.

Bubble, read the Telegraph article. H&W have said it's at risk without the UKEF guarantee. They will have to close the site at Methill if they don't get it. Government lawyers have said that they mustn't fall foul of laws on state aid because the ferry service compromises them.

Labour won't revoke the licences. They won't issue new ones which will make ORCA more valuable.

What a poor decision. The small venture with the ferry business is jeopardising the core business. This will hurt H&W badly, risking the Falkland contract and any possibility of jettisoning Riverfort and ruining the possibility of meeting their forecast for profitability in 2025. I am not coming back unless they win the appeal for gas caverns. As usual retail investors are the last to know.

It was FDA approved last July. I am referring to the recommendation from the US insurance authorities for national coverage in the US. It will be the catalyst for a massive rerate. CVI are selling stocks because they have bought warrants. I will buy some more in my SIPP and ISA this Summer before the end of July if I can. LCD coverage is now expected by the company 'by or before the end of September '. Knowing my luck it will happen early July before I have any new funds😅
