They're throwing darts at the dart board it seems to me. Their long term fluorspar projects have been jettisoned and they're now trying their luck in jurisdictions that have been trenched, sampled, assayed and virtually drilled to death. Whatever might be left to discover, if anything, they're a long way off finding.

A punt if you're a gambler with patience otherwise avoid.

It's a jurisdiction issue. Being a Cyprus registered company its offshore. From the Cyprus registry:-

It's difficult to think of a reason why they would but it's not beyond the realms of possibility. They may have accumulated starting in July knowing that the approaching publication of the TEO would spike the share price. It doesn't explain the rumoured offer though or the RNS.

My money is still on Euroclear accumulating but we shall see soon enough.

That's the sort of vague wording you'd use to try and flush a potential bidder out is it not?

The next shareholder update will be interesting because I have a feeling that what we have seen these past few days has been triggered by the Euroclear Nominee account. If it is one entity accumulating in this account then they're not abiding by the requirements set down in the Mem & Arts to report crossing the 3% threshold and subsequent 1% thresholds after that. The only other explanation is its more than one entity accumulating in the account.

Tesla's margins are in the region of 25% to 30%. Add that onto the increased material costs. Its still not a show stopper.

I've been saying precisely that for months. At the last count they had 4.2% which should be closer to 6% by now. There's also nothing to stop them from accumulating in other accounts under different names. Even if they've only got 6% of the company at an average of 2.5p per share that's a 4.5p saving on an offer price of 7p on approximately 85m shares. That's £3.8m.
