The usual PI nominee accounts down by 40m since the last update and the 13m exercised warrant shares are all now in the "Others" total. The "Others" total has increased by 80m shares since the 04/01/2022 update. Whoever they are they're still accumulating IMO.

The current month will be particularly telling.

Either they join NATO and come under its umbrella or they'd consider acquiring their on nuclear weapons is what was said so not quite the same as agreeing to nuclear weapons being stationed on their soil if they were to join NATO.

When Ukraine was a part of the Soviet Union they had the third largest nuclear arsenal in the world on their soil.

As for nuclear weapons being based in Ukraine, if NATO were really that intent on positioning nuclear weapons close to Russia they'd put them in Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia all of whom are members of NATO none of whom host nuclear weapons. This is not about the expansion of NATO. It's more to do with preventing Ukraine joining the EU and the freedoms, rules based system, democracy, freedom of movement and prosperity that comes with that. That's what Putin fears most because that's what's going to see an end to him and his kind and the kleptocracy they represent.

The vast concentration of military hardware assembling to the north-east of Kyiv at the moment has the potential to inflict untold carnage. In an era of hypersonic missiles and space based weapons the idea that Putin has invaded Ukraine to prevent them from joining NATO which would automatically result in nuclear weapons being based there is a nonsense. Poland is a member of NATO and the USA hasn't based any nuclear weapons there. Putin needs to surround Russia with states like his own. It's the creeping to the east of civilised, democratic nations that represents the biggest existential threat to Putin not NATO.

Ukraine joining the EU, now that would be a threat.
