The warrants at the last update before the recent flurry of cash-ins was 32,732,226 so subtract 13m from that figure to get the outstanding number. The figure you are quoting appeared once in the update on the web site and I think it included warrants that Amur subsequently cancelled.

Agreed. If it was Sbilov accumulating in the Euroclear Nominee account I can't see him giving up and selling simply because he got rumbled. Given his pervious MO it seems more likely to me that he's accumulating via several accounts to keep below the 3% threshold. That's as close to the way he has worked in the past so it seem perfectly reasonable to me to assume that.

Problem is we simply don't know and no amount of share holding analysis can answer that for definite. It's all guesswork which could be completely wide of the mark.

Really. There's a whole variety of reasons why a share price can sink way below what a novice investor in the stock market thinks it should trade at. Junior explorers are routinely priced at these levels until they reach the stage where their project can be shown to be viable.

I've mentioned them before and I'll mention them again, go look at Horizonte Minerals. Two, possibly three, tier 1 nickel laterite projects. Combined nickel reserves 4 to 5 times larger than Amur, in a safe jurisdiction, Brazil, with road, rail and hydro power within spittong distance. Orion Mine Finance, Glencore, Tech Resources on their share register, amongst others, permits to commence the mine build all in place and bank finance confirmed. When you take the cash they have in the bank off their current MC its about £90m to £95m. Amur's current MC minus cash is about £40m

Horizonte, 3 to 4 times the size, a share register with well known names, ready to go, equity and bank finance in place, safe jurisdiction, infrastructre on their doorstep and their MC is just over twice Amur's.

Do some basic research.

"The Company has voluntarily adopted similar provisions to the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers in its Articles of Association. Such provisions are set out in Clauses 143 to 149 (inclusive) of the Articles of Association."

Well WG you can blame them for keeping skin in the game when you consider that over 95% of Amur's deposit is in the Russian B and C1 categories which roughly equates to a western reserve. That level of certainty makes all the difference don't you think?
