I couldn't agree more, Zante.
I emailed J2 customer services early last month with a few issues I had experienced with them on my recent holiday with them, which I won't go into on here, but I finally got an email back from them yesterday after waiting a good 3 week wait. I was quite shocked that I had waited the best part of 3 weeks for at best, generic corporate b.s. To be fair, we had a better customer service experience with the lady that cleaned our room at the hotel than I did with the airline. Quite shocking really. Can't honestly see us using them again.
