That's always a possibility, Londoner7. That would make the place a shrewd investment, especially if it like like they give the appearance of running it as a going concern, as it could drive the price up a bit.
Funny thing is, is the pub over the road from me, a bloke bought it just over a year ago to turn it into flats, but he's had nothing but greif with it getting planning permission as he keeps getting knocked back. I worry that he'll just get frustrated with all the messing about and threaten to turn it into a cat house, or worse.
Ianian good points. To be fair, I only have a small holding here, (1500 shares) so I'm not in too deep. I bought 600 about a year ago just to dip my toe, but then the last trading update read quite well so added another 900. I'm quite bullish here but only have limited funds available, but would add more if I'm able to at some point in the future.
