So our SAVP man has been implicated in tax avoidance in the past but nothing illegal. From the resignations of directorships and setting up of other business ventures it’s just what these folk do to get there. From what’s in the public domain he seems to be a hardworking person. Hopefully ‘back for good!’

A friend of mine who has a successful business was advised to set it up as a company and take dividends from it to reduce their tax bill. They followed that advice. Some years after, you may remember, the chancellor changed the rules on dividend income. Doesn’t make my friend bad, he is too busy to ‘do’ tax and pays someone else to manage that for him. What isn’t fair is when the govt close the little people loopholes and ignore the google size ones. Probable coz it suits our political elite. But they ‘rule the world’!

This is useful. It names all people involved in the LLP. Means nowt to me but the company has a suspension notice which is suspended pending objection. Their auditors also resigned but did say nothing to do with and breaches.

It’s a bit fiddly but you find your way around it. Suggest you work through the names to tie into anything you know with FRR.

Happysparrow I have posted on FRR, 1922 and 1942 today. It looks like a company with property assets. It’s all in public domain and declared to savp. I guess it’s the way of successful business men that they can achieve with many ventures. Golden Eagle Petroleum is a sole Director private company and not listed on any markets. Trek

Imo, Still a way to go on this rerate, just valuing us at 50% of VRS means we more than double. I know for some it’s an apples and oranges comparison but it’s closer than that as we just have a different type of disruptive technology but similar business model with numerous patents and Dcta has revenue and a massive US investor.
