I sold out here at 1590-1550. Have been buying all back and more now in tranches sub 1500. Been using the TA as much as poss to help. I just don’t see it though going below 14 even though a year double bottom is indicated as possible.

If it does go to low 13 I think it will be short lived and the divi will help cover losses. The cable rate is holding it down at the moment but last time that happened it suddenly got used to it and shot back up so trying to grab a few more pence could mean missing the bounce!

Last buy tomorrow hopefully at the usual 08:30 dip then I’m switching off to this one!

UK Government COVID-19 alliance
The award of funding to Oncimmune by the ‘UK Research and Innovation Ideas to Address COVID-19’ project, leverages its proprietary ImmunoINSIGHTS technology to help in predicting disease severity and treatment response, in collaboration with the Government’s research hub, Medicines Discovery Catapult (MDC). It is hugely impressive to see Oncimmune invited to participate in a high profile collaboration, motivated by its ‘pioneering technology’ as cited by UK Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Oncimmune is working towards developing valuable, differentiated and wholly owned assets that can be subsequently commercialised to global biopharma, and anticipates that the panel will be ready for commercial roll out in around six months, and has generated significant interest already. With over 1,000 therapies and vaccines in development, once validated, a COVID-19 NavigAIDTM panel can potentially help selective and tailored deployment of R&D resources and can be hugely valuable tool, likely to attract new revenue streams for Oncimmune.

I think folks can see how the UK Plc Covid response jigsaw is coming together. It’s being co-ordinated with controlled testing where the output is monitored and then further testing with a treatment pathway from poc to long term patient care. Treatments will be gauged from an autoimmune response and the dataset will grow so the best care can be given to the patient and better care to the next patients.

The best of British biotech and innovation is involved in this. UK plc seem to have at long last clicked that you need a cohesive logistical response, in house, Brexit proof, built on data to control the virus.

IMO by thinking laterally you will find lots of future investment opportunities, just read the tea leaves and see where it’s going.

I see the likes of 4D, AVCT, ODX etc having a part to play and to get the maximum benefit you will need to be part of the core program. I reckon AVCT are in

It’s been great news today for ONC and their partnership with Catapult project. My call is that if our, 4D, covid treatment is successful the dataset will also be linked into the project at some point in the future. The national objective is to build a database, NavigAID to tailor treatments for patience based on autoimmune profiling. That profiling could = a match to immunomodulator MRx-4DP0004 given its potential for down regulation of hyper-inflammatory response to viral infection.

With the efficacy of the LBT and the dataset, it’s possible expansion to treat influenza IMO it’s likely that 4D will be part of this. It is pulling together the best of biotechs to provide a pathway from poc to long term for covid patients.

You can add 4D to that list recently!

I guess it takes a while for this to sink in. It doesn’t help that it is yet another deal where we don’t have the finances. One has to read between the lines and use one’s own judgement. The Lighthouse Labs project is funded. Collaborations are in place. See vids at end of RNS. Also why would UK plc want to part finance something cognisant of its clinical and patient need for some time to come. There has also been lots in the press around ‘long covid’ not to mention ‘bad press’ of late.

I was fully invested so had to sell some SNG to add here. SNG is now on a 100% free carry for me and that is significantly up! I expect to see the same here soon.

There is a massive news flow for ONC now and into the new year and NavigAID will be up and running in 6months with all the run up news. It’s pretty staggering what’s in the pipeline here!

We’ll it’s great news but I can say I am not totally surprised. Our advisor on the inside knows who to come to for biomarkers and autoantibodies. Onc are the best it makes complete sense. However, the scale of ukplc commitment making onc the go to for the NavigAID platform for Pharma is huge news! We are providing the gateway for treatment. That ensures drug profiling and treatment will be steered from our platform providing standardised data points and shared common knowledge. It builds on exactly the same principles as EarlyCDT lung, liver etc where we ave many big Pharma contracts. Those contracts no doubt made the expansion decision a lot earlier.

I wrote to Adam recently about the link between lung and covid and our platforms and had a great response, nothing sensitive, but very responsive. We have a good BoD here.

Your points are well explained.

1. I take it you mean SNG001. Lung damage is not a condition of application it can be given early in cycle as well as later (that was great news) with comorbidities. More so ACE2 upregulation was the major concern for late stage application. That has been addressed.

2. Hope this is happening.

3. Defo agree, they can pay for taxi home!

4. Defo a future option!

Point of my post was the dichotomy of now. I have a significant holding here, albeit mostly free carry, but I still don’t want to see that wither. We can all lay out options, I have, but the market isn’t fooled!

It’s my opinion that we are at a juncture and RM is weighing up options. He has done the best he can in terms of negotiating from a position of strength. There is absolutely no slight in my view of the company. Like you I think a BB is a good place to debate, esp as my emails have not been replied to! Even then I understand why. Hence TT and others it’s good to talk!

I am fortunate to have a significant cushion but even after magic Monday I like to think that I am still grounded enough to know that things don’t always go to plan. However, my money is on RM, he may be a market agnostic, a little naive in a room full of money people but for sure he is a very smart guy. He recognises the challenges sng would face to go it alone and the value of this tech to big Pharma!

Thank you for your kind words. It wasn’t so long ago when there were just a few posts a day here. It’s absolutely fabulous for the company and it’s prospects to see such a busy BB now with investors taking a stake in this company at lots of different investment levels. Some well respected posters as well!

Regarding the TA. I have to confess I am not an expert. I have called a few of my holdings well but the TA is only one part of one’s DYOR and imo everyone should have a basic understanding.

DDDD is following an Elliot Wave pattern back up. I use investopedia, marketscreener and tradingview to work out my patterns.

I know this is a cross plug but in Pharma I have also called ONC pretty well. It’s taken a slight dip recently and is a quiet share with amazing potential. Anyone here interested knows how to research so I needn’t say anymore. Most of the other Pharma shares I am invested inhave busy BB’s. For a touch of humility ERGO I called wrong. I sold it when I should have held. Now it’s doing v well and posts are emerging. You can see my ridiculous post there saying I give up just before the sp takes off!

I will post a 4D TA update here later.

Fully appreciate £14m will hardly fund global production but surely enough for a phase 3 uk trial?

If the company had been aggressively pursuing manufacturing scale then surely we”d have had more than just the CLIN news.

I was hoping for them to lay out a pathway which would be a sale or JV/royalty deal. Now that has not been forthcoming surely they will have to come back to the market if planning to go alone.

I hoped that the cash position would afford sufficient negotiating strength to do a deal with big Pharma. Our new US investors and being sent to corporate Coventry by UK plc indicated to me that a US deal was pending.

No raise and the CLIN deal is a conflict. The tea leaves here are proving rather difficult to read, and I tend to do ok looking between the lines.

I actually feel that RM is following both paths simultaneously. Holding back on going alone as it will need a the cash raise in the hope that a deal can be done.

A go alone cash raise could be viewed as too big an ask for this team, well it probably is let’s face it. Pharma know that and are squeezing. The CLIN deal is a good move but it means little in the scheme of things. Outsourcing an SNG001 production and distribution empire will take lots of liaisons, legals, regulatory compliance and probably be P3 dependent, dealing with companies with big global footprints that don’t work for nowt.

Imo RM needs to, if he hasn’t already, get two Pharma suitors dancing around his hand bag, the best dancer getting us a taxi out of here!

I tend to trade a little myself and find the biggest spikes are first thing in the morning, either up or down. I bought BPC at the lows following their funding RNS, that trade that is now just in profit. I have also derisked here to a free carry and my free carry is nearly 300% up. So I am in a fortunate position not to worry whatever the read out is. Noix who posts here regularly will remember me calling my trades having waited for the £22m placing before buying in.

At the end of the day it’s biotech, and very few make it. Those that do the results of course can be astronomical! My free carry is already a life changing amount of money for me but I am much more comfortable now having learnt a hard lesson at IMM a while back.

Since Feb we have gone from 31p to 140p. We are now well above the 2017 IPO price. We have conducted the biggest phase three trial ever on lung cancer detection and have a proven test that can detect the disease FROM 4 years in advance and that tech is played across to liver and soon other cancers.

We have a massive pipeline of deals including Russian and China pending. We have access and sales to UK. USA , Europe etc gosh I could go on and we’re even now on an AIM company of the year shortlist!

Even the director options don’t kick in till two quid!

Why oh why is it that punters on AIM can’t dyor and find companies like this and gradually buy in to them. They seem to arrive after the event get and spiked and turn a bb to acrimony!

Well I guess the few of us here just as well enjoys peace while it lasts!
