I try and call it as I see it. That may or may not be right and I do change my mind if data changes. I have no axe to grind with anyone. I hate to see PI’s loose as everything is stacked against us.

I have posted loads of research on ONC recently, I’m not saying buy but what I will say is it’s a very quiet BB and if a newbie wants to look back through posts there you can see pretty quickly just how much research goes into a scratch investment. I have tried to call out a few risks there as well and have been in contact with the CEO before committing more funds.

The point I am making is DYOR, literally. Do swot charts, check balance sheets, look at market, read the science don’t just (not saying you do) piggy back BB trends or the highest riser of the day.

Meant with genuine humility. We still then go on to be caught out! Or let down by directors!

After all said there is no substitute for a bit of luck!

Indeed I went through the ppt earlier. It’s actually not the Blautix results that are a problem it’s the placebo results and the delta. That differentiation is not statistically significant. Hence more work to break down the sub groups. Age, gender, types of IBS = smaller sub group. Some individual results are better, so need a bigger study but imo it’s the results across cohorts that have spooked the market. That spook = more time, another trial, don’t know for sure..yet.

It has the potential for amazing things...

So you can stick around or take profits and come back. Even if one pays more than 109 the ‘surety’ of what’s next may be worth it. In the meantime one could make good money from elsewhere, AVCT, ONC or others. It’s just the realities of AIM

Like I said I think there will be a bounce tomorrow, small UT trade and NO price monitoring extensions which is remarkable!

That said I do think the 20dma will touch the 100dma before recovery. That’s on technicals. It’s gonna be a bumpy ride. The black cloud is ‘potential’ and ‘funding’.

I am happy to sit on sidelines for now. No need for peeps to ramp or deramp. Just have a rationale view either or. This is still a great co and progress is good but it hasn’t blown the doors off...yet.

Just needs dust to settle and next steps to be made clear. They are funded to Q1. However, there other shots on goal before going back to market.

Aim is brutal, you can sit through it or trade through it. Both have pro’s and cons. I will pick my re-entry again later but no need like sum to knock this great biotech. Just DYOR and make your own minds up.

Yes some decent volume come through via delayed trades. There is no way of knowing for sure if anything at 152 or 153 is a buy or a sell. Note how the SP closed up.

I suspect Zeus have picked up anything that is going today given the liquidity. Whilst we don’t know if 152/3 is buy or sell I hope it was sells,. There were lots of big buys back at 120. They may now be selling.

If it was sells then these will be marked higher tomorrow as the broker now has stock. It’s how it can work. If they then mark that stock up buyers will arrive. They then mark it higher and get profit.

I have put in ‘another final’ buy order as golfing tomorrow. If it gets filled all well and good. If not I will review.

The PDMR options not kicking in until 200p are a great indicator for PI’s buying now. And of course the newsflow. There’s loads going on with EarlyCDT lung in Russia and China and whilst you can never be sure it has already been derisked by the biggest P3 lung trial in the world! That followed with independently verified substantial savings over standard of care.

There’s much much more but for balance be aware the risks are. We don’t know for sure the cash position and how much of the RCF is used. We don’t know the ‘substantial revs’ we don’t know the impact of a 2nd wave on ops/treatments. However, the covid RNS has now mitigated some of that.

Also factor in I am a big fan here! In a BB fan club of about 5! Lol!

The only time it was NT on the buyside was from the off today when I sold my first lot. I tried to buy em back out of curiosity just to check the spread and had NT until about 815 (ii).

As for zengah, he’s been in a green box for a long time. Ever since I saw him arriving late and crowding the BB with hourly SP commentary and over optimistic ramps with absolutely no downside risk recognition.

Hope everyone is ok here. I survived at MTFB and IMM as biotech disappointments and learnt the hard way. Anyone down I hope you can get it back. It can be done but don’t chase it.

Depends on your view. There was a really strong result from the placebo. I mean I couldn’t believe it, the difference between blautix and placebo over cohorts was minimal.

The old adage again wins through ‘never underestimate the power of the placebo!’

All said there is plenty to play for. With a bigger group and more differentiation it may give a better result. Efficacy was awesome!

My view is great things will come to those prepared to wait here. However, it needs more money and more time or a JV to light it up!

My highest buy was 58p and best was 38p with several below 44p.

I have had a look at the TA now news is out the way and it’s looking like the 20dma is heading for the 100dma to fill the 78-80p gap. Sure there will be opportunities on the way up and down but I have decided to wait on the side lines now.

Put my money in AVCT and ONC. Whilst therapeutics can yield amazing results so can testers, if proven and can upscale. I believe AVCT and ONC offer better upside now v 4D from their current levels. Have to follow my own DYOR and adjust my views as I see the data unfold.

Been a great ride here and had these result been slightly better I have no doubt it would have gone through £5. But another win’ish for the placebo!

I thought the RNS was generally good. I need more time to absorb though. As usual all positives are covered. The local labour being one factor not to underestimate. It enables good relationships with govt = timely permitting.

However, I thought AISC was probably optimistic, I need to work through and using $1900 didn’t factor in enough of a cushion irrespective of how bullish one is on pog.

I have not added or sold will be doing homework later.

I sold some 4D today was 260% up and already on free carry. Put it in here, shows as sell, but that’s the spread and lse mid point algorithm.

Investing in therapeutics is massive risk, investing in testers and data for therapeutics is less risk and can still have significant upside.

Watch your SNG, imo no deal and then they will need cash. I hold a free carry there. Won’t sell that but be aware.

Also cash is still a question here as we don’t know revs yet but following the words from Adam about significant volumes that =‘s money. Even if they did raise it wouldn’t imo be too deep a discount and the stock needs liquidity. There will be plenty of buyers and if dips I will defo sell elsewhere and buy more here as we know what’s ahead in Q121. When the news gets out I will offload a few. Just gotta DYOR and be patient.

Yes covid next, these results and previous cancer results tell an amazing story of efficacy and that they do make a difference in treatment. The overall trajectory for LBT’s which as a novel therapy, still in infancy is compelling. All this data feeds into the MicroRX platform and that builds significant value. There is still more to learn from this data set but it’s much more positive than negative imo. It’s just some folks expected naively a ‘we cured IBS’ statement!

All said while I remain positive I just took a few off now. As a trade nothing more nothing less. Got to protect profits, so many targets atm will add back in here when dust settles.

There will be lots of reviews on this news to read and it’s gonna be a bit of a rollercoaster so need options going forward.
