The IPO investors are subject to a 12 month lock-in. I suspect you find those selling now have made a good profit from buying in after the IPO given the SP rise. Good luck to them but imo there is much more to come. You may find smart money buying now and derisking ahead of TD. It’s how some invest. It makes a market.

20. LOCK-IN AND ORDERLY MARKET ARRANGEMENTS

Immediately following Admission, the Locked-in Shareholders, being the Directors, Proposed Director and PDMR’s, will be interested in an aggregate of 17,574,318 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 3.52 per cent. of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital of the Company. The Locked-in Shareholders have entered into lock-in agreements pursuant to which (subject to certain limited exceptions) they have undertaken not to dispose of any interest they hold in Ordinary Shares for 12 months following Admission (save in certain limited circumstances) and thereafter, for a further period of 12 months, only to effect disposals of their Ordinary Shares through Peterhouse or Pello (or the brokers for the time being of the Company) to assist in the maintenance of an orderly market in the Ordinary Shares.

In addition, certain Shareholders holding a total of 93,209,582 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 18.76 per cent. of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital of the Company have entered into orderly market arrangements with the Company, Beaumont Cornish, Peterhouse and Pello whereby they have agreed only to effect disposals of their Ordinary Shares through Peterhouse or Pello (or the brokers for the time being of the Company) for a period of 12 months from Admission to assist in the maintenance of an orderly market in the Ordinary Shares.

Go read the IPO, discounted placing and then read the RNS’s top of this page. There you will see what has operationally changed from our CEO on site, with a new geo, to seismics underway and an absolute stonking drill contract with one of the best in the world! That’s what’s changed.

Now just decide whether you want to place your £50 or £50k bet or whatever. It really isn’t that difficult.

4 drills x 20% cos. + drill is ours for duration so can sidetrack etc fine tune. For perspective frontier drilling can be 5% cos.

These are good odds with more than one shot but, of course as with any investment manage your own risks. Here though the upside is potentially many many multiples.

Hence it’s a good bet as part of a managed pf wether its £100 or £100000, it’s all relative to the individual.

But if your not in it you won’t win on what could be up to a 50x return over a couple of years with a massive initial return on that drill.

The date ‘is’ before Easter hols. It’s a question of has Sir Al learnt from other delayed promises. I think he has. We will hear before next Maundy Thursday. Imagine a blockbuster RNS on a half day trading followed by a weekend govt recovery plan based on British innovative tech!

The politicians will milk it for all its worth!

For now though the SP is behaving akin to a drill hitting TD. Some are selling having made their money beforehand, others are half and half and a few are outright buying for the cos!

Forget the cash situation and the oncology this is being traded now on the single event!

As far as we know everything is in place, we hope he has surety on the timescales and we will hear before Easter but the SP won’t have time to reach its full potential!!

Now that will be some weekend!

As my earlier post I think they have done more work on Creswick to get it ready. CB always said the offers weren’t good enough.

Likewise I wouldn’t be surprised if he is holding Bailieston results as they are market sensitive while a JV is haggled as they are interested in and/or both Creswick and Bailieston.

Just because news is delayed doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

The rig is staying on HR3, there’s lots to do here.....

Imo, Creswick has been lined up for a JV drill.

So they have completed additional ground work on Creswick as well as the outstanding full bag 80g/t samples...

Given how much is going on at HR3 there’s more than enough for several drills. Creswick has been prepped for max value from a JV. We await those terms.

Lots been going on and good to see results are audited. Now the finals have been ratified by what is a small team onwards with our 4m cash!

I am inclined to agree. The summer ‘travel ban abroad’ presents a window of opportunity to get passports, airport lateral flow or turnstile testing and a structured POC PCR type test back up’sin place. Also a traffic light system for countries, quarantine hotels, track and trace registration etc etc...

There is an opportunity to fix all this infrastructure and training to build in resilience ahead of a autumn/winter opening.

Oops that’s just me thinking logistically. They probably need to c*ck it up a few times first but there’s a place for all this on our blockchain!

Volume is key and it looks like the news Is getting noticed. The tweet, the proactive interview, our stonking RNS which shows a improvement in ops and a reduction in time and costs!

Another good volume today. We obviously still have some profit taking from the IPO but there’s been quite a few times of NT yesterday and today. The selling will soon end. I suspect most will likely be holding at least into the drill with more buyers arriving the closer we get.

41m mcap, 500m shares, drilling for 13TCF of gas equivalent (DM interview), 20% cos. Proven helium seeps. Drilling mid May, logs will be available through drill.

Surely all partisan rhetoric aside this has to be THE punt of the year!

More than any covid stock, biotech or gold miner. You are looking at an immediate astronomical rerate IF any one from four drills come in. How this isn’t min 20p already I don’t know!

Yes it’s the same as a normal gas appraiser well. We are targeting the equivalent of 13TCF of gas. That’s what DM said in an interview. That is huge! 0.5 TCF is a company maker. Look at TXP for a comparison. Coho-1 well came in and they are now appraising cascadura discovery. SP has gone from 11p to 140p. They are just under 1TCF apprised but have oil as well. It’s the closest abstract I can think of, I hold TXP from 17.7p average.

There are no Helium charts in the sense of POO or POG. It is not a traded commodity on the usual terms. I posted data earlier.

I am just under 600k shares atm.

And look at the size of Tambo North – EL007484 and Tambo South – EL007486. Huge acreage and our Geo knows there’s gold. The licence application covers Gold and base metals, copper, Lead, zinc, silver and lithium.

You virtually zero from the new magnetic MRI scanners. The older ones loose up to 4% on a sealed unit. I would hazard a GUESS at loosing 5% purely based on us not being as airtight as an old MRI scanner.

The first three drills ARE fully funded. They just have additional options now.

I picked up 3 x 50k buys today. Was a nightmare at one point NT all the time, I could sell 300k no problem. Had to wait half an hour to get the second two tranches.

Looks like the MM got some stock from somewhere. Tight spread and a bit more liquidity this should go up today.

This SP makes no sense. 2 x 11p drops in two days.

Either there is a placing that someone has wind of but Adam has stated categorically that the company doesn’t need to raise cash and we have seen the evidence in the books.

There is an insti offloading, yet we really haven’t had much volume and no TR1’s

Operationally things have been sound. We know there is a new test in town, Genomics, from today’s Times article. However, I don’t see that as a competitor, it just shows the appetite. Our PR could certainly do more!

This is a massive tree shake to free up stock.

I am sitting on my hands for now but will pick up more if it goes to 160, price of my last buy as I am overweight here.

We have £6m, for illustration say £2m opex 4 drills £1m each. If successful we need £50m to develop. If Mitchell’s take equity our drill costs £2m not £4m and we raise £48m.

So think of it as an earlier equity raise at a lower cost. It also gives us huge savings on appraisals and time. So we have more working capital.

The market revolves around finance. It will like this deal. It’s also arrived earlier than expected. Seems to be a thing with our CEO over delivering!
