Likely that some of those sells are also buys. ALGO has 15 min delay so by the time it’s run the mid point has gone up so the buy looks like a sell.

Opposite happens on a rapid SP fall, sells look like buys.

Buy/sell is a good indication during normal trading conditions.

Poly was the catalyst. This will likely go back above £2 now.

I was lucky and got out at 48p ish which was about evens. We knew they needed cash. I hung on hoping the deal would be done before the raise but sold on the last spike up.

At least here you could work out that they were running on fumes.

Don’t worry I put my money into PUR, where they said they had cash having taken an extra 7m on top of the 10m at the last raise!! It was ramped by the BoD!

You need a few of these type of ‘hot stocks’. It only takes one outright winner to be completely transformational! Luckily I have done very well overall.

The bookbuild is a done deal. It will be announced as complete tonight or tomorrow. I wouldn’t buy in now though. I would wait and see how the offer is supported.

These stocks have a tendency to visit the offer price at some point. SNG is a recent example.

Also I think if they had sales news then surely that would have been released before the offer not after. If sales news comes out soon then that really will smell! I wouldn’t be surprised though!

Not so sure.

I posted before that we’d see a rise in September ahead of anticipated newsflow. It’s not rocket science.

Once this moves it moves quickly and any buying attracts more buying as peeps know about this stock.

Many left, like I did, but kept a core, to trade elsewhere as news was some way off.

Imo a little rise like this will see a lot of interest returning sub £2.

You are of course correct. Just thinking about it atm.

I have had an extensive dialogue with the MAR once regarding Acacia’s blatant delayed TR1 notifications on 3 stocks that I held.

They were selling and did not advise the market until sometime after as they were still offloading. I sent them the screenshots RNS numbers, trade data etc. Took ages and guess what.

The said it was a training issue. Acacia then did the same on SNG after I told the MAR!

The regulator is a waste of space!

Adrian hasn’t even replied to my email. Says it all really!

PI’s are on risk and on their own. It’s part of deal.

Another example was with Netflix. They cut the quality of their HD on popular series’s during lockdown due to demand. I was paying for HD and wasn’t getting it. Their customer service agreed but wouldn’t offer a partial refund only to revert me back to the basic package!

I wrote to the regulator and guess what. They don’t regulate Netflix broadcasting as its offshore internet based and not a media channel they monitor! What a waste of time!

So yes I do act but I don’t know wether I’m getting wiser or more despondent! Lol!

Ps. why is there only one monopolies and mergers commission! Lol!

Just read the finncap note on email. Very conservative imo £2.40.

Expecting some crypto re-rates the w/e on the back of Cardano upgrade and ECB/Fed taper dallying as growth slows.

Doesn’t take much of a shift to feed right into ARB’s bottom line and the y are increasing leverage with scale. Texas will be huge! It’s similar to a gold miners with a new find.

My target is still £4.

I am surprised the SP held up so well today I was hoping for a bigger dip!

I appreciate the honesty in the RNS clearly setting expectations. Q4 is not that far off. If anything the RNS is understated in terms of achieving the regulatory approvals and supply chain.

Add to that the installation of imaging software at 2 more US cancer institutes. That is a remarkable achievement for an £11m Co.

The closest AI, autonomous treatment platform that I am aware of in this sector is POLX. Obviously further advanced but valued at £180m!

Something that is overlooked is the networking capacity within the platform. It means you can look for paradigms from other patients treatments in other cancer centres easily.

That sort of standardisation will have recurring revenue, growth, and benefit pts.

IQAI is a slow burn but imo one to tuck away at pretty much any price as one RNS could transform this mcap in a blink and that day is now closer!

I looked at my trading history here. After 20 mths I am 8% down! Not bad one might say but my highest buy was at 1.53 and I have made 78 trades some with new money!! (I pay 3.99/trade)

I bought into the companies PR. Their RNS’s, the grades, the productivity, their deliverables, even bought the +7m at the previous placing as being the 8 zone’s final finance! I accepted the ops teething problems as being resolved. Bla, Bla!

The only frigging ramp that’s been financed here is their own ramping !!! Just look at the title of each RNS and the subsequent SP response! Or just look at the SP chart. Explain that DL and your bonus and options! You are a disgrace!!!

There’s an absolute lack of focus here so how can I believe the ESG claims? Miss after miss! All ramped up but the market sees through it hence the drop!

Anyone can build a mine at any cost! That’s what I have missed. My bad! FFS I do finance! My numbers were blurred by trust, believing what the BoD said!!

I got especially suckered on that last ops update. Excuses for poor head grades? Jam tomorrow but I retrospectively realised data doesn’t lie! That RNS was a blatant ramp to +70p (I added 10k!!). Then followed a ‘bought build’ RNS in Toronto & the twts didn’t even consider UK investors when publishing the RNS!!

Disgusting!!! Completely explains what they think of PI’s.

The pretty vids & proactive interviews are lip service!!

For LTH’s you will be quids in if they convince ‘Big Bird’ to replace DL!! The gold is there. It will come good eventually. I am taking my learning elsewhere!

It matters not one way or another but there is no way of knowing if the 5m trade was a buy or sell.

It’s just too close to the trades around it in terms of decimals to call!

Brokers work a trade like that.

The London Stock Exchange don’t post buy or sell they just post the trade which is the aggressors trade. I.e. the one placing the trade not the taker.

So 5mil is pretty cool either way, buy or sell! Means there is an appetite. Means someone ain’t stuck with stock either way even if they have to break it down! That’s liquidity! Liquidity is key, as is volume!

And FWIW now the nuances are briefly explained it was likely a buy as there wasn’t 5m of sell liquidity at that time! I know that! Fact!

Hi Guys,

I have posted before but go on your App Store and download ‘Brave’. It’s a free search engine with add blocker. It runs this site a lot quicker. I know there are other issues atm with RNS feeds etc.

I’v been using ‘Brave’ now for +1yr! Works a treat! you can keep your other stuff on safari etc.

Re SP. Still sat on my hands, well kind off.

I said before I like to park cash elsewhere to ‘grow’ while waiting.

My last buy here at 1.58 followed a sell at 1.8ish, 500k shares.

I know it’s boring but I parked the cash in PHNX (I also grabbed some TGA on dip at 2.99 with a split pot) .

Been following PHNX for a while. It’s an easy chart & when you place an orderif it hits, it gets filled. Managed to pip ‘the directors’ with a buy at 625!

That’s a few bob extra for here! I will sell it in a blink if PHNX looks like pulling back!

I was tempted to add my 500k back when we sat at 1.9’s. I thought that was it. 2’s were gonna break but there wasn’t the volume. My dummy trades, too easy to buy, seller about?

All said big FOMO atm for me! We could get news tomorrow!

That’s why it helps to hold a core. My objective is to lower my average, not knock the company. They haven’t needed my help! Lol! You know what I mean!.

I have made this post to give others a different perspective on Warrens hold and hug ‘moat’! That doesn’t always play out. My 3p av is now 2.07 for the same money! But if we get to 20p who cares!

Imo normal metrics don’t apply to AIM/Micro, it’s not unusual to be undervalued based on every ’bean’ or valuation metric under the sun. Or overvalued!

Stock is often valued on buy/sell pressure not with a baseline, even NAV -20% irrelevant! I learnt at ARB & TXP 2 of my best where suddenly the market switched on and now TXP has gone the opp way again, (soon to rerate imo)! That disconnect is what I look for, like ONC from 85p but it can take time.

Anyways...

Gone overweight here now. Been so quiet which imo is a good sign.

Finalising the Big One, more funds for Arya. It was always my preference to use one to fund the other. This is an innovative plan.

There would have been substance for that huge 2.3p raise. Volumes have been low so no mass offloading.

Hoping for a bit of a run. DMOR but with small/micro caps you still need a little luck. Even just one big winner from 5 can be completely transformational!!

Have sliced some winnings elsewhere now to add here!

I think many here agree Royston is not in the 90p but if it doesn’t go well, this is drilling, what does the market do. I just can’t see it taking money off the SP as is when you consider how discounted we already are. Nope...

A massive ramp up in SP ahead of TD and if it’s dust a pull back to these levels. Hopefully underpinned by Casca and Coho by then.

I expect the drill junkies to drive this much higher now on some decent volumes.

Nope nothing on the London site. I get it’s Canada only but still material!

I bought back 3 x 10k all under 60p.

I didn’t expect it to go below 60 immediately. Average on those is 59.9999999! Lol!

Will hold back now in case it drips. But I am hoping it will sit at 60p. At least the funding that was fixed is fixed!

I’ve been had though by the pump to 70’s and then the dump!! Grrr!

I just sold the lot, 10k, 20k then 30k in three transactions.

The offer is a tad over 60p which typically the SP on AIM usually visits the placing price. The warrants are at 78p which is well below the last placing at 88p.

They have burnt the other 7m they took on top of the 10m at the last placing.

As I said the head grades are also disappointing. There will likely be an upgrade but I doubt to anywhere near the 8-9gpt the market hoped for at least just yet.

I have never rated this BoD but thought now it was impossible to make a hash of it from this position!

I still believe in the asset and think it will now be a takeover target.

Decided to sit on the sidelines incase TSX hammers it!

I can always average back in but won’t buy now above 60p.

I worked my socks off here escaping with a 10% loss from an average of well over £1!

If my average was in the 50’s, like some here, I would ride it out.

Just my personal view, cash is king, if it goes lower ok I may have a few and if it takes off; well. Wish you all the best!
