I have posted before that I have been trading this down a while now. My average is just over 2p. I have cash ready to buy again having sold 500k at a tad over 1.8. I thought I had missed the boat but will be putting in soon. Just waiting for Japan/China to return from holidays.

Started buying blue chip divi payers again today.

There won’t be any tapering. Mr Market has just given the fed a taste of what could happen! So could get a bounce as soon as end of week!

I added here today, 7.6% divi, 1.2 x cover, share buy back and transformation underway.

Such a boring company but looks like a reliable income payer!

Also added significantly at GLO and PHNX on the dip and will hopefully grab more of all three again later.

Too early to call who is right or wrong atm...

Lucky’s well timed sell at around 330p was it...

Or my top up at 300p + 30% divi of course.

But then to be fair as I posted before the sell before or after the divi or indeed hold will be the big challenge.

But for now I reckon the 300p buy will beat the 330p sell. Unless of course FOMO kicks in and a buy follows. If not it’s the rear view mirror imo! Lol!

Well done to those that sold and buying back. I just saw I had a buy order filled. Unusual as they normally they get ignored with high volatility!

For me the beg sell decision will be ahead of the divi. Will the SP be hit disproportionately thereafter or will it rerate ex-divi. That could be a tough call. For now I am happy to buy the dips until I reach my target holding.

I get mine from the London Stock Exchange via email. It’s a free service. Also has its glitches but was useful during LSE lockout. There was only one update today.

Whilst this news is very encouraging as it’s further recurring revenues it’s the pending uS sales news & NHS deals that should really move the dial.

Some time ago I mentioned how the ADR listing could take different forms. An IPO was one of them. If there isn’t much appetite for the ADR’s then PXC could go the IPO route. I note that ARB have done this and the market reaction has been favourable.

I have a different view. The selling has been orderly. 2% has been absorbed by the market in a few days. Had we not had a seller then the SP could well be over or close to £4.

The SA govt may only be selling because the mcap is too small so doesn’t fit in with their high risk investments. Their holding could have been as a result of a strategic stake in AAL. TGA no longer fits their MO. So selling is not necessarily a sleight on TGA. Just strategic.

Up until now selling has been met with a rising SP so it has provided liquidity.

Selling comes to an end. Some of my best investments have been buying against a seller. There is usually a relief rally. A changing of the guard and if fundamentals are right new highs follow.

Here not only do you have a seller discount but possibly a 30% divi discount as well!

That’s what logic dictates but often a stock will rise in anticipation and drop on reality!

That’s what I see happening with the AI wave when it catches on a little more. Similar to dot com bubble.

That aside, here numbers will be NDA’d and imo they do t matter at this juncture. Peeling it back it comes down to a few simple things....

1. Can the BoD deliver.
2. Can the BoD fund the venture, have right team etc.

Then you ask....

3. Does the product meet a market requirement.
4. USP, Costs, scalability, etc

You can jiggle around but you get the point. 1 and 2 get a big tick and now so do 3 and 4 defacto, by virtue of the fact that the product is out there and being used...

So now we are talking sales, annual recurring revenues (ARR), upgrades etc and the market hasn’t even got past point 1!

That’s how I read the RNS.

Slightly OT but a read across from Shell’s challenge shows liquidity issues. Another string to AK’s bow regarding our funding options. AK can really squeeze Exxon here!

Hi R00st3R,

Likewise I am expecting a delay on new contracts. I said as much earlier.

It’s been a tough year. ONC did well to raise at 180 which was a premium then. The SP pull back from +220 is probably factoring in delays.

The drive for efficiency should bode well for us as Pharma and health services have to work smarter. Our targeting AI does a lot of the ‘heavy lifting’, streamlines pts and saves cash.

Long covid is a reality for health and we are at the forefront together with our other blood tests.

This lull would have been used for upscaling and doing deals. How much, how many is the question. Our finals are due soon. Not long to find out.

Whilst I am inclined to use the trendspotter indicators in this scenario I am surprised to see that PXC still comes out as a buy short medium and long term . Medium and long I’d say was pretty obvious to read but short term is a buy as well, albeit just!

Anyways stocks like this often drip, the MM accumulates then when/if the right RNS is posted it will gap up significantly. That’s like having a spread of 15% overnight! So you sell to buy back in and you can be locked out. Then who benefits from the spread! The house!

As always the opposite is often true...

There are PI’s with more stock than is traded in a whole day here! It’s one of those nuances where stocks can fall and rise disproportionately on low volumes. E,g. DCTA is doing the opposite atm, it’s rising on low vols, no news!

I am trying to flip some more in here and CCZ which is following PXC. I have eyes on the longer game!

I bought in the high 70’s and some in the 80’s! I have averaged down to 70p now and have over 60k shares.

I have read the company presentations, the last 3 years RNS’s and viewed the proactive vids.

It gives one a temporary reprieve from the SP malaise when you re-absorb the data.

The SP is frustrating. More so because it’s down and the chart looks like it’s going lower!

The thing is though when you have so few shares in issue it works both ways it falls ‘disproportionately’ and it goes up ‘disproportionately’.

I should really have known better re my entry but then I still see huge value here and believe the mine will be built. The poly metallic finds are an immense bonus. If I sell I just know we’ll get an RNS illustrating the huge potential sulphide upside.

It’s one of those things. It happens with lots of stocks. Look at PMG, 55p then 42p in the same period as here and now back to the 50’s. Many would have bought at 55 and sold at their 20% stop loss only to see it now recover. What they researched hadn’t changed in the interim just the SP!

There are many other examples recently. I am sticking with my guns. I can’t buy more but if it pops I MAY sell ‘the odd’ with a view to recycling my average but I intend to hold 50k through to mine development as I see £1 near term.

That could be another reason for shaking the SP. Peeps sell when it’s falling and buy when it’s rising. Few go against the trend which makes it easy for the MM to collect stock!

I looked at PTAL but imo see more capital upside here. For ‘FCF next 3 years >> market cap.’ I opted for TGA. Paying 30% FCF as divi and with current coal price delivering >mcap in 1 year! Astonishing! I bought 20k shares in Mrs Treks ISA so she can have divi. Divi looks safe for at least next 3 years such is demand for coal. It’s still 30% of global energy.

I am expecting similar bonkers metrics here, well more!, based on a £1 SP IF Royston comes on line!

Enjoying it all! IMO It’s just starting. I have had £4 in mind here since buying in in the 40’s.

Probably would have been there by now if not for cv19!
