I think at this level 31.5p price seems to have settled. Bottom feeders and traders likely circle from here and give us a little lift. 35p easy money imo if there is such a thing as easy!

That’s an example of what the market is prepared to pay to get production of these gases. So folk think big raise on a find ain’t listening to the Bod. I really don’t necessarily see much dilution of shares here. Dilution of assets yes. But the market prepares funding and shared risks to endless placings. That’s the page Bo and battle scared DM are on!

I think it’s just buyers aren’t being taken in and a few like myself have offloaded a lot of shares. Simply because we don’t know how long the cash from the last CLN will last.

It wasn’t much, 300k. So in the absence of any revenues or finance deals, else he wouldn’t have needed to place, that opens the door to the potential of another hugely discounted raise.

So even though the science is good the finances are shyt. So money is better off on the sidelines until there is clarity around financials which unfortunately are also tied to trust.

TB has created this situation himself. Through greed and appalling comms.

The fear of buying only to be shafted the next day has put a cloud over the stock.

stonechecker - it’s on ice. it’s recorded in one of the rns’s that they stopped it to conserve cash but can bring it on when funds provide. there were other projects on hold as well to focus on ib and gam.

it’s just another reason why there should be a proper project management presentation for shareholders. so we can see what is happening by when, how it is going to be funded etc. i could do the ceo’s job for him. he isn’t! other than the clinical nih plan the rest is on *** packet atm!

Looks like they read the BB’s and needed to get something out. TB needs to have a proper costed business plan. A company ppt with milestones and not just a how can I screw shareholders for as many CLN’s as possible plan!

I think that’s the point they miss Paladin,

They think investors are aware of risks so tough on them! In reality we want the company to do well for the greater good and we hope to make some cash for our support. But TB thinks we are a vending machine and just have to get on with it!

It’s that behaviour that will never change. It’s why he hides under a stone and is just interested in what he can make rather than what we all can do!

I am expecting a buyback here. They have not allotted the 300m cost savings from the acquisition. I thought special divi but it may be a buy back now. US investors prefer buy backs.

I prefer a special divi but the market may like to see stock bought at this price. Ut hey we’ll find out soon enough!

Wish the SP would hold until the divi lands next week!

Atm no recs other than the usual’s which I expect to do well like PAF, SEPL and TRR which are slow burn. TXP looking v cheap now but difficult to call the bottom. Likewise DEST, DCTA & ROAD but they are pretty illiquid so it’s difficult to sell.

HEX is like a once in 3 year find. I would just buy more. I see 40p as a realistic TP in a couple months so still a 100% rise from here and then near 100p on any find!

Obviously unless it’s ‘fun’ money one should consider derisking along the way even though it’s a known helium producing fairway and it’s an appraisal drill.

So whilst I am aware of others I wouldn’t tip anything to bag along the same lines as HEX atm.

Also £1500 here is on the charts! lol! And I called it before ZAC!

Hi MT, it’s impossible to say. The DCF model that takes into account debt and equity is a normal valuation method but there are very little revs here. But you can factor in anticipated revs.

The BoD now need to go flat out to generate income. I haven’t done the math but I suggest looking at the equity value v the interest charges and see how long they have before they gotta pay in hard currency. Then match that to offtake timeline.

So much we can’t fathom yet but I am sure the bod will issue a ppt/do a roadshow etc to explain to investors.

If it helps, I have no axe either way, I wouldn’t buy this spike but I would sell a percentage into it and use the cash to pick up more stock probably cheaper further out. Run some dummy sells tomorrow and see how it looks. If you get +50p I’d take it for a % and then have some cover.

Once this euphoria subsides folk get their calculators out and that’s what matters.

But of course I could be wrong.

Rest assured though the journey is truly underway now after all the years!

I think they have done well. I said all along it would come with an equity rise. Well this is sort of. 56m shares is not a bad result in terms of dilution as it accretes the assets.

I think the market will react more favourably to that method of dilution than an equity for cash placing as stock is being used to cover the fees directly. This was in the agm as an addendum, to issue shares.

We still don’t know what covenants are on the bonds in terms of how to use cash. If any. So Riverfort needs to be closed out.

I may buy back in but no hurry for me atm. Fortunately I used my proceeds form here to buy HEX.

Anyways wishing investors here the best. I genuinely think we PI’s need to help each other and hope there is a good rise tomorrow even though I am on the sidelines. This has been a good BB for two way discussion.

There’s an old saying. ‘Sell your losers and ride your winners.’

Sometimes investing can be as simple as that but some folk can’t bring themselves to crystallise losses.

I sold a couple of stocks that were down and a a few more that were up to pile into here!

Imo the opportunity is still here at this price.

I wanted to add more today but was NT where I wanted to sell but will be trying again tomorrow!

This is such an opportunity ahead of the main newsflow and it’s just dependent on time. Not cash, getting a drill, licenses or any of that. Just gotta wait!

And that’s not even thinking of potentially the big one. The flow test!

It’s just the expected baking into the sp of operational progress as each step is completed.

There’s been a few hits today at CHAR, BRH, VAST, PET, VAL etc all had a run of bad luck, need finance/income. Just shows how difficult it is. Also shows how rare it is to have a Bod with an upfront plan and funding in place. One that don’t need to raise again to get to first base!

Makes a pretty unique opportunity this at this operational juncture, no matter how you decide to play it.

Gotta laugh though Monday it was looking slow. Friday will probably see a rush for what next week brings!

I added again today having picked up a few last week as well. I think this has been oversold now following the xd. I don’t rate the broker notes other than one or two poor ones can offer an opportunity to buy. if one thinks the balance sheet is in tact that is. And this is very good.

I do have minor concerns with super dry and Thames water but it’s insignificant compared to their pf or indeed any changes to rates.

Makes for an opportunity here imo.

Or BRH holders selling. Problem is this stock is pretty illiquid so once the MM’s have taken the stock they can the sp could be marked significantly down and even NT for other sells unless a buyer comes through . And who is gonna buy this shower now?

It’s over to TB to face investors but he hasn’t before so very unlikely he will in the future.

That affects price though not necessarily volumes, as lower prices can mean higher volumes but obviously there are many other factors. DEC, however, are shifting gas at higher than market prices still!

So gotta be brave to short this. Well as one can see. Most of shorts are well out of the money. So let them keep chucking more cash at it. It creates opportunities for others especially divi reinvestments.

Look at the spread on BRH +40% atm and it was +50% earlier. MM’s basically don’t want any of the stock!

I won’t be surprised to see something similar here before things get ‘better’. That last CLN didn’t raise that much cash. Atm we have absolutely no idea what income we are generating. Only that TB has promised to fill any void with CLN’s.

If that’s the case it means a lower price but he can only go to 30%. He may flip more stock over to FAB to make space for CLN’s as before.

If they get market approval for IB-003 then they may get the voucher. That is a very good change but it’s still some way off as it’s still in preclinical trials.

Failure to announce any meaningful financial progress with the imaging side and the recent small raise has cast a further shadow. The situation at BRH has also just added to the lack of trust by the market in TB.

Atm fortunately there is still some liquidity in the stock but it won’t take many sells for the shutters to close here.

It’s all well and good for TB to keep the cards close to his chest and the market think he has a winning hand. But BRH just turned out to be a pair and for all I know now this could just be a king high!

TB needs to get an interview up, a company ppt or investor live call. You know proper engagement as stated in the AR instead of for all I know bluffing his way through this. Even the flipping AGM is as good as behind closed doors!

This investment is turning into a leap of faith!
