By the way I was aware of the RTO of MMM to GEX well before the event and decided not to buy GEX due to capital structure. Looks like that was a good dodge!

But I did buy HEX right after the IPO and also HE1. As one of the first posters on HE1 I did very well there over several visits.

HE1 will have to go some from where it is mcap now imo; TZ looks expensive and the JV will demand more cash.

With HEX even though many early investors are probably on a free carry now (and some) I still think the best of HEX is yet to come.

As for GEX all things are possible with its low float but it will always be tempered by selling, I mean look at HEX! and GEX have a concert party holding!

MDH… superb farm in and option of cheap wells that can add volume quickly. But I wouldn’t put it as a tip given the Aquis listing but for those that know their helium stocks and perhaps are looking for a play with profits it’s defo worth a look!

Yes you have, MDH.PL…. Now 6 wells, own PSA in operation + owns own tube trucks.

Offtake agreement in place and direct sales metered at the well head from producing wells, but lower conc than HEX. But more drilling acreage all lined up and prod upped with acid stim. Now 3 parties interested in financing growth and IP!

New well Rost 4.1% and now drilling water well. That one will use PSA and trucking which should be on line soon.

They can then sell to existing customers or new ones. Best price rules!

But, but, but…. It’s listed on Aquis and is pending the ongoing RTO due 1Q25. However, any issues and it can be invoked with the call option so it’s really just paperwork while they do the CPR.

Investment barrier is until the RTO is completed the stock won’t see notable trading volumes so the spread is crazy atm!

But I have taken a punt due to the huge disconnect in mcap. It’s the only London listed helium producer lol!

I see MDH at 1.5m more likely to ten bag than HE1 at 54m!

So of course it isn’t supposed to be easy so I am slowly buying small chunks each few weeks with divi income.

Anyways back to HEX, I was pleased to hear Bo say in the interview that they plan to grow organically from here. That ‘daisy chain financing’ is what I mentioned in my post when Ruddy came in.

Rachel from accounts defo hasn’t helped with her budget Sector’ but the UK mindset of modern times folk is that the state should pay for everything and we shouldn’t have to pay for it! So the state that wants to be elected borrows money.

The problem is one of attitude and the conflicts of self interest for politicians and voters alike. Hence there has never been a coherent tax system in this country.

I would like to start a new brand called ‘responsible capitalism’. Do ya think it will catch on….. not on your Nelly!

I am surprise market has only drifted. Last spike sent likes of PHNX down to 440. It’s clinging on to 500 atm. Same for rest of high yield insurers.

Renewables, however, also a bond proxy, continue down with huge NAV discounts now. So much so some are selling assets to pay debt and buy own stock.

Also looks like transit costs gonna hit inflation, especially food. We use land for wilding, solar or just let it flood now! Make me think just cut rates anyway!

Also expect some news at PXC soon, may then flip some then as I have two other buys in mind, SVML and LEX. LEX can wait a while as will need funding but huge project in SA. A sale could lead to a massive rerate. RIO, a 19.9% holder should take out SVML this year so a pretty safe bet that one.

Difficult keeping all the balls in the air as trying to be disciplined with my income plays which should do very well if rates cut. Also want to add TW & LMP to that pot soon.

Looking at the dire mortgage market and the way this govt keep digging they may just push the bank for a cut even though inflation is stubborn and indeed came in high in Germany (2.9%). But I think oil will drop when Trump gets in. Hence I sold my PTAL…now going up! But cheaper oil could signal a 25b-s cut which would be slight ahead of curve for a change!

Gas price is another matter from POO though. Will be global demand there imo so good for DEC and TXP.

I bought back in here at around 158 as I thought that would be around the bottom having sold over 200p.

I also see this as a ‘peace play’. Given it’s a train journey(s) from Ukraine!

Any peace deal should drive the copper/zinc price which in tern should drive yield here. Else though it could be cut again.

Don’t rate the Scottish venture though. Complete waste of money imo! UK has a poor history of supporting mining, thinking SXX, Scotgold investor graveyards. Better later stage deals out there.

But I would sell those lower buys once in profit to reduce my average and then recycle.

Look at the SP vix, there is so often 3-5% up and down days!

Some call it trading, we all trade, it’s just the frequency and time period that varies!

Use that vix and those well timed buys to work your average imo!

I totally agree with the prices and please don’t others take this the wrong way (I know you don’t ). I am at the stage in life now (thanks to trading!) where I would rather pay £5 more to get the same product from Curry’s who also have a high street presence than others!

Every government has promised to fix the tax loopholes but none have. I wonder why!

However, I fully respect those that can’t afford to pay that extra!

I get the feeling that my background is akin to many Tecan’s:…Working class, started with FA…bla bla!

From a humble background I got an apprenticeship, it was brilliant! I then even learnt to drive before my dad as we couldn’t afford a car till I got that job. Then I taught him to drive! Then shortly after that I left home just before 18 and ‘got on with it!’ (Archaic colloquialism for ‘just getting on with it!’)

We started a family; I even held two jobs at times! Then don’t mention Norman Lamont springing 16% base rates! With two rises in one day!…ERM!

There was zero childcare allowance, 100% of my wife’s income was on childcare! …! Two of my siblings lost their houses! …I could go on but I guess…..It’s all relative!!…. Or is it??? ….You ‘just got in with it!’

FFS now it snows for a day and the news has to tell people to draw their curtains, use a hot water bottle and avoid unnecessary travel! How do they manage in Ukraine!

Anyways…. I love Skyr yogurt; Asda I find cheapest and I have always been a Sensodyne bloke! Tesco or Superdrug is where I bulk buy my toothpaste usually when there’s a BOGOF offer!

To keep my spending down; when I left work early with ‘the fk it’s’, I used to cycle down to Lidl and just buy what we needed and then I cooked it!

Now to keep cost down I do a weekly shop, but when we are in-between shops Mrs Trek happily strolls down to the coop to buy their own brand ‘high protein yogurt’ which is very thick and delicious but a few pence more!

She also picks up any other ‘bits’ to put off the next weekly shop!…Can’t help it!

Incidentally cooking fresh ingredients is still cheaper than microwave dinners and healthier!

Carrots 62p a KG or less! but you gotta peel em! …..wtf! Wherever you can…‘Just get on with it!
