In the meantime this board has been converted to the dialog about when is an expert not an expert, or by its subtitle,
why the congregation are too scared of sausage to think for themselves.

hopefully we can get an RNS soon and we can finally have a final update to the timeline from his lordship and where he can claim how his expertise allowed him to ordain this 100% accurate timeline from atop his donkey.

I think Avacta is having to cope with rapid growth. Operational challenges to go from being essentially a tech provider is a very small market to bring a supplier of end product to a huge national and global market are huge. I comment with quite a hard line regarding info flow but to be fair the company is having to learn fast, good luck to the employees.

No pr... no effort spent....will that result in less revenue or value creation, I doubt it. Good there is some focus for limited resources.

Lobbying powers that be is important, best tech doesn’t always win.

That said don’t get the impression that production of multiple diagnostic tests is anything that interests the board. Therapies on the other hand are long term.

Nah it’s not us, but shock horror the UK market and the UK government are not the only buyers of spit tests. I know it’s a weird thought to some but Avacta could sell its tests to other buyers, maybe at a higher profit. Oh Lordy Lordy what to do? I know let’s wait on every mumble from Boris, cos the other 99% of market isn’t so important :-)

There have been other timelines put together by self declared “experts”. You would have a better timeline using a dart board and blind gold. The holes in the timeline were pointed out. Let’s leave that story for another day.

Look beyond the UK. Who gives a toss, it’s a small market. Would like for avacta to cover bases and not be so reliant on Uk.Do you think the market in 3 months will require an Avacta solution and be willing to pay for it. Day to day is noise, and twitchy holders. I’m twitchy too, but head says relax.

self tests have proven very unreliable to date.

currently using throat swab through mouth and then swill swab in solution.

now changing to three methods, throat, nose and saliva (self test)

Interesting to see saliva is rated as a good method. Sweden healthcare is not subject to the influencing that others might be, so all good news.

This wont be Avacta test, I don't which it is.

It’s a nice post. 99% ramp/ guesses, ignores that Avacta have almost 0 operational ability and that the 120 million number is Inthink Als number. It’s a guess at what he thinks is needed to control the virus not an official target. Avacta won’t get 100%, PCR will still be used and other tests coming online.

But nice post if you are wanting to see price move up quickly, seen better analysis from others thou, just not dressed up in a”we are predicting “ type phrasing.

Here’s my analysis. If/when tests gets produced, Avacta will make so much money it will makes today’s valuation look silly. They will sell every test they can make over next 12 months.Getting production up will take time. Avacta will be a take over target, north of 3 billion just for diagnostics if test ships abs is certified.

Most importantly it will provide a proactive method of tackling rising infections and give me a chance to give mum and dad a hug . Go team Avacta !
