Is this another trick to drop the shareprice from mm’s to grab some cheap shares from weak hands ? Just sell a few shares so rns is needed and then fully load again ? I really think dirty games are played here.

With about for weeks to go untill next earnings and knowing things like
Spire products
Licences of AVX, Murata, TDK
Ip lawsuits of which one is already settled as licensee
3 Volt solution for small batteries (car fob’s etc)

There is simply too much going on and therefore I think we are bottomed out and we should go up from now on.

Only my opinion of course..

In the link I found two interesting items:

1 Its SCC Series supercapacitors and SCM Series supercapacitor modules combine very high capacitance with very low ESR and long-lifetime performance of 50,000+ cycles to achieve excellent pulse power-handling characteristics and can be used alone or in conjunction with primary or secondary batteries in the hold-up, energy harvesting, and pulse power circuits of various industrial, consumer, and telecom applications.

2 ab elektronik is also an avx company. They focus on automotive applications. Interesting company to keep on the watchlist.

I guess in about 4-5 weeks we know who was right or wrong...

At least we see again some trading volume today... I assume we are getting close to the final game...

The exit strategy is a good one, we should monitor closely if things are happening pointing in this direction.

Keeping his sheeps together is also a good one. I didnt see any key person leaving yet or did I missed someone ?

I would be so happy to visit their factory with a line tour to breath and feel the atmosphere... That would give so much insights.. utilization equipment, different half products, stock levels, operational maturity (automotive quality), etc.

Just thinking outloud..

My insights:

1 I would do a lot on fairs and other stuff to become visible to the market. I really would exposure the company to the public in the hope to get more orders.

2 I do not need to go to the shareholders because Im confident about the outcome and focus on execution.

Suppose you are CEO of a public company and possesing a serious amoint of shares. How would you act in case the shareprice is very low ?

1 in case the business indeed going bad.
2 in case the business is going wel.

In case the court cases are settled, I'm a bit struggling on how to make a projection of the royalties.

Someone any clues ?

How many supercaps do they yearly sell ? What is the yearly turnover from their sales ? How much will be the royalties % ?

Any input is welcome.

Rampers are patiently waiting till october. They did their homework and it doesnt make sense to repeat every day the same just waiting for the facts and figures.

Kencarv, totally agree, also wrt the rns of 6th june:

continuing improvement in gross margin from sales of CAP-XX's own manufactured supercapacitors and the continuing strong growth in sales by our licencee Murata.

If the factory is fully loaded, they have the hands full with daily operations and ramping up.

In case the demand is higher than your capacity, you do not need to do a lot of marketing. Thats the positive approach in case you have trust in the company as shareholder.

If not it might be time to to consider to step out and look for something which you gives more trust and less worries/stress.

In about 6-8 weeks we know who was right or wrong. Have a good weekend all !

$4160000 sales with 35% margin (I thought they mentioned 40%+ lately) means $1456000. P/E ratio of 15 gives 2184000 divided by 320mln outstanding shares means 0.0685 $ per share.

Of course assuming that OS weekly figure is still valid (which could be lower but also higher.. we simply do not know)

And then we still have 3V, Spire, Murata/tdk/avx/... licenses...

Murata has acquired Sony battery division and has the focus on batteries. 3volt with supercap fits in this strategy. Solely supercaps not...

I think it is an excellent move from cap-xx. You only improve in case you bake the bread yourself.

Unclear for me is where to order these products since Murata themselves took them of the menu...

The good thing is that in case of one of the big 5 sends AK an email about the lack of info, this will have another effect that one of the pi’s does....it wil be answerred, guaranteed.... with the exempt of PC01 who was fair enough to share it with us...
