What catched my eye in this article:

I didnt take this into account, but of course valid remarks.

I did a short dive in the Allenby report and learned following:
Murata had about 6.7 mln GBP revenue, CAP-xx is now projected on 5.2 mln in 2021 and 8.5 mln in 2022.
With assumed 400 mln outstanding shares, 52%-55% margin, Profit over equity ratio of 15, this results in:
Projected shareprice of 0.10 GPB in 2021, 0.18 GPB in 2022, whereas Murata´s proven revenue gives 0.13 GPB (And this is excluded any 3V FOB´s or whatsoever..)

What I also like is that they are going to produce themselves, this is for sure the better way forward.

What I do not understand why this is done in Australia (From cost point of view, I would do this in Malaysia, even if it is a high automated line)

I missed the timing for voting. I hope the moneymakers will vote against resolution 2. The company should first some improvent on the current shareprice. Only from 8p onwards (close to previous dillution price) they should be allowed to bring out new shares.

While reading your post, I started to wonder: 5% on the volume of sales of supercapacitors. Which price should then be the basis : this could be a wide range: the bare bill of materials of a supercap, the ex works price, the nfsp (net factory selling price) or the sales price ?

Does anyone happen to know this or what the normal practise is in these kind of arrangements ? I can imagine that this would be the sales price (where I also hope for...) since this is the only “public” price whilst the others give a lot of company insights like margins etc..

Just for my curiousity: which part of these 11% sales are battery related ?

I notice a lot of activities around supercapacitors compared to 1 or 2 years ago. Cde and avx are actively promoting design in support. This means that the are mass production ready and now starting to support costumers to design them in products. After that, the real volumes will start and this could be a real hockeystick. So... patience..

Battery life is a problem in many designs looking for a large energy storage ability for backup.

Summarized, we are doing business with VW, ABB, Honeywell, Thales, Yamaha... All global companies which are famous about being inventive (even VW diesel solution was in some way inventive ;-) ), high quality standards and technology leading.

About cylindrical supercaps, do we have an eductated guess about sales figures in 2018/2019 ? Multiple this @least with 4 for FY 2020.
