Just took mine from the shelf (bought them but not having an iphone..) and tested the one activated on my ipad. Battery is still going strong..

On linked in I noticed there are 3 vacancies opened in the last 2 weeks. Marketing and communication and business development related.

Looks that hey are really focussing on the professional market and stopped the consumer market.

I was looking for updates on the spire health tag and I learned that the Apple store isnt selling them anymore.

How many court cases did cap-xx loose/settled ? Isnt that a convincing clue ?

Happy new year to all, I looked in my glass bowl and saw these predictions for 2020:

The Murata line will be up and running faster than planned with 90% utilization.
Maxwell will become licensee
A big automotive costumer will be sourcing from cap-xx.
Q4 2020 will be closed with black figures
Openspaces is still amongst us and became one of the biggest promotors ;-)

Let’s see end 2020 if this came out.

The shareprice is simply the average on ask and bid price. Due the the low amount of trades this ask and bid can be Manipulated.

In case a trade is above this average, its a buy, in case below its a sell.

OS, I did not do a deepdive in the lawsuits and I didn’t buy the documents since I’m not a lawyer and think I do not understand them therefore good enough.

Would be good if someone with more knowledge could help out.

Personally, I have written some IP myself regarding electronics (and even some are granted) and having done some reversed engineering on Ip by using tools like triz, I’m Almost 100% sure that it will be very dark grey:

I think cap-xx ip is very strong and written down in such generic terms that it covers almost every supercapacitor. The fact is that the older companies (like tdk,murata and avx) who have their own ip departments decided to work with cap-xx. I think they did their homework before signing.

The young and fast companies are mostly ignorant to IP ( they all think “open source”) and are more focussed by going Fast to market and earning money on short notice. After scaling up, they learn that ip and manufacuring IP is costing a lot of effort and money and they all get more carefull... This story is also valid for Musk.

And as stated a few months ago, if Musk paid >200 mln$ for a company under the assumption he bought the ip, he will not be happy.

OS, do not under estimate the size of Murata, TDK and AVX, they are not so visible as Tesla since they make components. Fact is that they decided to license.

This can really go in both directions.

Looks like Cap-xx storyline isnt convincing enough. Would have been good if they announced a RNS that the BOD is buying shares from private money so they show their own confidence towards the near future. I sent them a mail before the weekend about this.... of course no response... lets hope they read the mail or hopefully this board....

When will the claims be executed ? Closure to apply is tomorrow, so it should be “soon” :-)

I was wondering, who will be using (partly) the claim rights ? I subscribed to them since I would like to support Cap-XX directly and help them to be sucessfull. But I have to admit that his feels a bit strange with a similar pricing in the open market.

I was hoping on some kind of RNS to pimp the market price but nothing happened yet.

Would be good to learn opinions of others.

Not as convincing elevator pitch as last year. Anyway, he is at least reaching out for potential new investors which can step in for a very low price.

I read the Allenby report several times and also took recent financial year report next to it. I have to say that combining those two gives a good total overview and brought me some new insights. Patience is simply needed here (this is my personal opinion and everyone is free to think differently)

BTW, recomissioning a production line in 3 months in which manpower and environment are changed are highly likely no automotive applications.

Pp1, are you sure ? Since then my question would be: why would both parties agree on this ? I’m sure cap-XX will only do in case there is sight on a settlement.
