What I meant was that I think that there is a company strategy to reach a situation with a handfull II's that have just the majority of the stocks. By doing this the company is still public but has few stakeholders to manage closely. So they keep still in control with desicionmaking and low risk for a take over.

In one of the RNS's a few months ago there was a clue in this direction. The II's were specially thanked if I remember well.

Therefore they try to keep the situation around progress as vague as possible in the hope pi's get shaken out. In October they can't hide things anymore since then the financials will show it.

But I think as soon as the ii's have reached this majority, news will fly in soon. Thats in the interest of the ii's and also for cap-xx. Higher shareprice for the ii's and happy pi's whi will not sell and balance ii/pi is in control...

Thats my theory, I hope I explained this good enough.

48.88% means only 1.3% from a majority. So they only need 4 mln shares from private investors. I think once this is done, the firework will start... this should be long anymore. Well played...

Btw I think they have time till next earnings (october) to get this job done. Then the books must be opened.

I think this is exactly where cap-xx is aiming for: a handfull of big shareholders which cover just not 50% of the outstanding shares.Reasoning: they can easy be managed during votings but will not be able to get in full control or organize a take over. Very very smart and well played. In the end, I think this is good for the remaining small pi’s

In 2020 models, means ppap passed (major milestone in apqp). Ramping up is close to start or already started. Car models run typically 5 years. Once we get insights in the royalty income flow the company income will become more predictable for a longer period. Another step in risk reduction after the ip settlement a few weeks ago. Patiently waiting...

I really think that AK doesnt need us anymore and is focussing on execution. I also think he wants less dillution of the share and trying to shake us out (not happening btw...)

I think October will show if I’m right or wrong...the figures cant stay hidden forever...

The Maxwell remark in one of the previous posts made me thinking: I think truckstart isn’t the most interesting application for cap-xx.

Reasoning cap-xx isnt ready for price competition (too small) and I think supercaps for truckstart are mainly choosen based on $/Farad.

Cap-xx should focus on applications where weight/farad and volume/farad are weighted also high. For trucks, I think that weight and volume are not weighted that high.

For mobile/wearable/medical applications and even luxury cars, this situation is different. So they should focus on applications which are space and/or volume restricted...

Patiently waiting untill the news and figures come across, but I have to admit that it is quite boring.... AK could help us a bit to give us some small input untill October...

In about 3 months the year 2019 will be presented. Thats the time that we will formally learn what is happening. The impact of the license extensions and insights in the product sales. Hopefully we get some strategic timed rns’es untill then. Not long anymore untill we hopefully get insights inside the real company value. With all the a brand licenses, I’m quite convinced already but I learned with this stock that many investors are actually acting based on financial results which are lagging indicators afterwards. This gives an opportunity to visionairs.... so patiently waiting...

I expect Locus will also settle
Reasoning: 1 potential costs for loosing a court case 2 the learnings that most competitors (even big ones like tdk, murata, avx) thought that this was the wiser decision based on their lawyers insights. 3 since the competition is having the license uplift, this means this can be better accepted to have in in their own costprice embedded too.
