First sentence From last rns: Over the last few quarters, CAP-XX has achieved success in securing orders for the supply of supercapacitors to Tier-1 component suppliers to the global automotive industry.

1 SECURED orderS... meaning more than 1 and in the pocket...
2 TIER-1 component supplierS.... meaning the closest they can get in the tree and also more than one.

The only thing missing are the volumes and margins. Tick tick tick...

After reading the link, I think the pacemaker report is typical prior art. This is still far away from a released high volume medical product. But I also think it shows again the potential of energy harvesting and what we can expect in the future. And I still think a component that can charge superfast small amounts of energy (supercaps..) is a key part of these applications. Therefore, thanks for sharing :-)

Hoped for a rns this week... I think I will have to agree with OS that there is a big drive to get II’s more onboard.

My theory behind it is that if you want to play the game with the big boys (like vw, erc) you need to be backed by the big II’s. Gives the big boys more confidence in the company they are doing business with. AIMHO.

But the good news is, this situation can’t go on forever...

Marketmover, well said and fully agree. Meeting AK with PC01 was a good first step, but this should be more formalised, even if it is mentioning a small part of the total orders. The outside world generic view on cap-xx is this: they had one order (spire) and the follow up order didnt happen (yet)....

Would be nice to have a rns before end of the week. There must be something of which pc01 learned last week presentable in some way ?

Abb, avx, mclaren, all in formula-e. ABB Could be the tier I automotive supplier. Let's hope on a rns in comong to weeks to give us clarity. Stocktwits interview is also ok... :-)

Hopefully we will get some RNS's in the coming weeks supporting PC01 excellent summary. Would be good to have some of them formally mentioned instead of a f2f interview where for sure some will doubt the honesty of PC01 (btw, I dont doubt them since it all makes sense to me). For the rest happy that I topped up and still going for 1 gbp in two years and after that potential to 10 gbp by organic growth.

And if AK is reading this board: thanks a lot for taking the pi's serious and taking the time to meet up with PC01.

I hope we learn something about

- the order size of the tier 1 costumers. Are we talking A,B or C samples or is it already regular production. Would be good to know.

- Murata, which activities are still running.

- What is his confidence level about the ip lawsuit. Whre are the challenges/risks ?

- When domthey expect a follow up order on Spire ?

- When is the european office in use and how many fulltiers will be on the payrole ?

Cliff, what about automotive orders from multiple tier 1 suppliers ? Are these fake then ? Would be good to have some data behind it but orders are orders and we all do not know the size...

About Spire, looks to me a valid explanation and nothing to do with the supercap as provided by cap-xx.

Brings me to few suppliers since The new office is in Germany...Continental or ABB would be my first guess... o wait ABB isnt that also in Formula-e ? 3v wasnt that initiated for automotive ?

First a big thanks to the BOD for this transparant update. Really appreciated and I topped up. The update is very positive for the lth. Wearables product a small drawback but not due to supercap tech. This is very important to understand. Automotive, great news ! Also office in Germany is a very good move. Murata license still mentioned. Also good news. Ip lawsuits, nice to learn that there is some rational in the approach. PC, maybe you can ask Kongats about 3V. I think it is linked with the automotive order, but might be good to check.

Sorry but the interview is by me categorized as “the elevator pitch of a second hand car salesman”

If This is considered as being worth to publish on the official cap-xx website, I think PC will have a very short meeting on Wednesday.

After reading the proposed questions to AK, I do not have anything to add.

But maybe an idea to send the questions in advance to Allenby with the question to provide them on fotehand to AK, so he has time to digest and he can prepare himself a bit ?

Hi Dtm, a pitty you stepped out. Your message made me thinking.. I actually think it is good if more institutional investers step in: 1 they will be able to steer a " r&d bbq club" into the direction of scaling up and making business. 2 big potential costumers (think automotive) might want to work only with cap-xx in case they are "backed" by some big names which they can influence. Only my thoughts...We simply need an update.

Dear Tom, if you manage to talk with AK, pls ask him about their current relationship with Murata, is it cold or warm ? Btw, The message that Murata stopped accepting orders is not months old and is simply not nice icw Cap-xx brandname mentioned.

Hi Phil, This is an extract from the email I received from Murata on 5th dec 2018 after I requested for an alternative. We regret to inform that this product will be discontinued currently, we do not have any alternatives. We have no plan to develop new version of supercapacitor. Thank you very much for your understanding Murata Team So it looks it has nothing to do with supply chain issues. Sorry, but I also would like to have better news.

Claretjay, Thanks for the reply. Of course this is mentioned already longer there but suppose I'm an electrical designer and looking for supercaps. I end up @ Murata site and learn that they had a long term license with Cap-xx but apparently discontinued the product line...Simply not nice to be mentioned in one breath with a discontinued product. Especially since there is now succesor or alterbative mentioned and no reasoning.
