I personally think this is very good news for supercapacitors. It shows that it is really adding value to batteries and this for sure will also reflect on cap-xx on the short term.

Time for cap-xx to provide the market some serious proof that they offer the best technology because Musk will sell his product very aggresive with some serious branding publicity...

Looks to me a bigger party wants to drop the price to increase their holdings. Any other thoughts ? I do not even think about selling one single share after the rns earlier this week....

But how did they manage to buy this amount of shares ??

Cap-xx is selling technical components and the trick here is to obtain design ins. I have never met a non technical sales person who managed this since he/she is sitting around a table with designers... So for me its in this case very simple that the engineer is an excellent salesperson. Regarding closing license deals which is less technical... I think we cant complain with murata, avx and recently tdk. Managing shareholders... thats another discussion for me... there could be a bit more of Musk herbs present but I still hope there is a very valid reason for it....

After reading the press release several times and digesting the content I'm more and more confident something is brewing. No words about when the products will be available in volume or about performance. Focus on 3 volt and nice and shiny naming with copyright and low price. The quality remark doesnt bring any added value. Looks to me like a press release to respond on things happening in the market and to keep their costumers quiet. Just my opinion.

Parkez, thanks for sharing. Puzzled what the impact will be for cap-xx. Is maxwell using their IP ? Is there a performance difference? Are they targetting same aplications ? Did cap_XX loose the ratrace ? Time to google and find more info or a RNS.
