Clio, agree, apart from your short term price rise to 3 to 5 years quote. We have had a slip in hitting the £1.2m by maybe 3-6 months, I understand your caution but I believe we will be in a much better place before year end, not 3-5 years.

Watcher, I think the downward trend is down to two things:

1. Investors are focusing on the £22k revenues for Nov/Dec.
2. The fact the company took the £1.2m off the table but didn’t replace it with anything.

The sooner the company say where they are up to the better, until then we will drift. But you are correct, nothing has changed, the product works, sales are increasing daily and retention is circa 70%, sales now look nothing like Nov/Dec.

Aquae, I think what we need to remember is when this started it was a study for psoriasis, with a team of four people. They start getting feedback saying it helps with arthritis, it helps with eczema, it helps with dandruff, I'm sure they have had a load more feedback as well. I dont think anybody expected it to help with all these other ailments and I believe it will open many doors in the future. I would have a good bet with anybody that Stuart is already on this, but I think anything arthritis will be firmly in the pharma pillar. We need to take it one step at a time and walk before we run.

Aquae, Stuart is aware of it, and I am sure he will be looking into it through the Inflammation program. If you check the AxisBiotix twitter and instagram account yesterday, they posted a review from trust pilot about a user who got relief from arthritis symptoms.

Odys, I agree with Mad and other posters, you need to move on. Regarding your very crude effort to post Stuarts remuneration, which is in very bad taste. That figure will include share options that will have had conditions attached that he has met. The guy has done phenomenally well and deserves every penny and some!

Clio, there was a little sarcasm in my post, anybody who had read the rns would know that is why she was brought in, and yes I agree she needs time. The good thing is she is starting with pretty much a blank canvas.

Odysseus, Stuart isn’t going to go out and employ a load of people when he doesn’t know what the uptake is, hence the soft launch, that was the launch plan! He is also on a steep learning curve as Sbtx was never set up as a B2C company, so what would be the point of asking SOH when Opti is a B2B. Seriously if you are going to try and bash you must put more effort in because you are making yourself look silly.

Aquae, I am extremely confident and I firmly believe AxisBiotix will be a great success, will there be bumps along the way, yes of course. Stuart’s balancing growth with spend, it really boils down to two points, do you believe the product works and do you trust Stuart to deliver, I do. It will obviously take a little longer than first thought but I’m ok with that. We all make our own decision and this is just my view. We should also remember we have so many other products coming, so this is in no way a binary bet.

oleric, we have no idea what the number is because the 335% is from mid Feb we only have sales figures up to end of Dec. Now we know it is from a low base, but what is low? We also know at mid Feb both Stuart and the nomad believed £1.2m was achievable, so the question to you is, what is the small number?

oleric, Stuart decided to get it out there through a study which I think was the right thing to do, it is relieving symptoms of psoriasis now, we can always do a full blown trial later if the need arises. When you say it is not based on scientific evidence that's a very loose statement, and I think Cath would argue that point after all her hours in the lab and the fact that it actually works. Regarding writing "it works" on the box, because it is being sold as a food supplement the company are not allowed to make specific claims like that. Regarding the 335%, we dont know what the starting figure is so I dont know how you can say its a small number.

I've been taking this since November, and my scalp psoriasis has 95% cleared. Even better, a daily dose is fighting my arthritic inflammation as well, to the point that I'm not needing daily painkillers while on waiting list for total hip replacement. And walking 15,000 steps a day on busy days!

oleric, you may well be right about many things, you are also correct in your statement that I am not a scientist. But what I can say with 100% certainty is this product works, for me. So on balance, I am willing to take a punt that it works for others, now I dont know if long term that will be 70%, 60%, 50%, but the fact is, it does work. You have legitimate queries and as an investor you are right to ask and we all see thing differently. If you look at the market, there are 120million sufferers world wide, I think from memory 80million are mild/moderate which is our area. (This following eg is completely hypothetical and in no way am I saying it will happen!!!!!!) If you took 1% of that market (800,000) and we retained just 10%, (80,000) that would be an unbelievable achievement. So 70%, 50%, 30%, only time will tell.

Odysseus, I think investors need to take a step back and breath.

Firstly any investor is allowed an opinion good or bad, many got it wrong including me. The fact is if Stuart cant even hit his own target with all the information he has what chance have any of us got. We are all just making a calculated guess with the information we have. I believe 100% Stuart runs an airtight ship.

1. Nobody knows what the miss is. What we do know is, Stuart has said he will hit it, and i'm sure if he chucked a load of marketing spend he could do it by the end of June, but that obviously isn't his plan.
2. The retention rate is 70% and sales are growing daily.
3. Stuart has openly admitted it's a steep learning curve and the company wasn't set up as a B2C.
4. No comment.
5. We dont need to re-launch, sales are slower than Stuart expected, but they are growing everyday and we have momentum. This will not be another opti because our first product generating income is B2C and we control that, we dont rely on partners sales.

In summary, very disappointing but what has changed, the timescale. The product has launched, it works, and 70% of customers reorder. Stuart has made a mistake but he has owned it, faced the music and has vowed to put it right. Where he has got this company over the past two years with the size of team is nothing short of astonishing, I think need to look at what has been achieved rather than all the focus being on one slip. For me in 12 months this will be a minor blip, we have lots of great ip and products coming in the future and I wouldn't want anybody other than Stuart in charge.

Thanks thechief. I think we have to look at this differently, I would suggest this isn't a normal churn situation because we have a product that if it works for you, you have to keep taking it. At the moment the retention is 70% but it is early days. I would be ecstatic with anything north of 50%, time will tell.
