bigpunt, it was always the plan to ship from the Netherlands as it is right next to Winclove which made it perfect for distribution to U.K. & U.S. what did you want him to do, set up two, one in the U.K. & one in the U.S., or maybe just one in the U.K. and then ship to the U.S. from the U.K.? Please explain how you would have approached it?

You two have got problems!

I think each individual needs to be in their own camp but also be open to different views and be respectful, at the end of the day we all want the same thing. FWIW I believe we are doing great things now, and we will be rewarded before Christmas, I also believe this is just the beginning and we will move on too much greater things in the years to come.

Trader, you are bang on the money. In SA’s last interview with Elric, he said, pin your ears back, nothing is wrong, everything is on track. We are getting lumped in with the Opti debacle and it is ridiculous. Like Elric say’s we have the oral results and other news flow shortly. Utter madness.

Clio, I agree, I think the retention rates are better than even the company thought and yes anything >50% is very good.

belgrano, I would argue that point. Only 8 of the 100 reviews so far said it didn't work, the rest were mostly down to shipping and some subscription issues. If you look at the Excellent and Great reviews this totals 87%, so I would argue the reviews so far are considerably better than the study results at just under 90%. As we are shortly going to be shipping direct from the U.K. this figure should increase. We also know retention rates are now >80%.

On Trustpilot. Sales must be at a point were this is now viable.

bigpunt, it's a stupid discussion, SA has said "we are blowing air into the balloon at a rate we can afford."

Not to go over old ground, if you watch the video links I posted you would have all your questions answered directly from the ceo. Im not saying you will be happy with all the answers, but you cant have everything!
