Aquae, no problem at all. Thank you for your view point, it’s all good information and keeps the grey matter active. Your post was very informative and well thought out, what these boards are for.

Aquae, that’s one hell of a post which I think would be difficult to reply to in depth by text. But I will initially explain my position re operational mistake.

In reality nobody knows if it’s a mistake or not at this point.

At the time the inventory was ordered the plan was probably different than what it is today. When it was ordered there were no distribution deals on the table and definitely no multinationals at the table so the only option was to build sales by themselves, hence all the inventory and hires. The landscape has changed in a short space of time. Focus has turned from b2c back to b2b because we have got the attention of b2c specialist companies.

My latest batch has a bbe 08/2023 so we have plenty of time. As regards shipping and storage, if you ship you ship and as for storage, I could store £400k in my garage so in the grand scheme of things, a nonevent.

At this point in time this is in no way an operational mistake.

Phat, you're looking in the rear view mirror, we are at 17p because of what has gone on, i.e. the £75k. You talk about no deal which we have discussed before, he didn't do the distribution deals for valid reasons and he explained this in detail with Elric, we could have hit £1.2m and still could, they are on his desk. We are generating cash which is growing each month through the sales of AxisBiotix which he got to market during a pandemic, we have Croda which will be contributing shortly. If he could have signed 2 or 3 distribution deals for just Axisbiotix which equated to £1.2m but chose not to, do you really think one of the multinational isn't going to be multiples of that for the whole pillar?

Of course there are still risks but at 17p they are very limited to the downside, in my opinion this is when the dumb and emotional get parted from their shares. SA has achieved a lot, has he made mistakes, yes, but they were communication not operational and he has stated this will be improved going forward, hardly a sackable offence. He is doing what he thinks is in the best interests of shareholders, you obviously dont, that’s fine. For whatever reason you obviously have a disdain for SA and as such I agree, you are better off out.

I dont think it's us but we haven't missed the boat. The extra beneficial actions are in relation to the lysate for the skin.

There are plenty of probiotic surface cleaners on the market, they are very common. What we have, for example, is a probiotic that stops Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) from sticking to surfaces, whole different ball game. These are focused products not general purpose.

I agree totally with the £75k being an absolute disaster, I also agree the "when not if" was also not the best choice of words because of the way the revenue was being collected, i.e. a combination of sales and distribution agreements.

Now let's deal with the emotion:

"Not sure how a CEO deserves his package after this disaster, oh deals are floating around in space. Nice way to destroy a company that had so much potential."

SA has distribution deals on his desk which would take us over the £1.2m tomorrow, not floating around in space as you put it. The nomad and the board would have to see the contracts to sign off the £1.2m rns. As for destroying the company, on the contrary imo, he believes doing a deal with one of the multinational is in the best "longterm" interest of the company and shareholders and secures the Axis pillar, not just psoriasis.

There are several reasons why SA could have taken the distribution deals and looked like a hero:

1. Share price would have roofed it.
2. SA would have got options and financially it would have been most beneficial to him.
3. He wouldn't have been getting threatened and abused by some investors.
4. He would have looked like a genius.

It comes down to one simple question, do you trust the ceo to deliver?

Phat, that is unacceptable, you can't call someone a liar on a public forum and then say you wont go into detail. What excuses, what failures, what waste of money? Please enlighten me on all points.

Phat, I agree the £1.2m / £75k debacle was very disappointing, it should have been made crystal clear that it was going to be made up of different streams i.e. own sales, distribution deals etc, and when it was taken off the table it should have been explained why. SA has admitted this was a mistake and said he will endeavour to make future communication less vague. The distribution deals are still on the table but he wants to go with a multinational, which he has made perfectly clear. I don’t know when he has lied, if you could explain when this happened I would appreciate it.

What I would say, is if you feel that strongly about his renumeration, performance or integrity you can always utilise the sell button.

No distribution deals were signed because SA didn’t believe it was in the best interest of the company/shareholders long term. We could have hit £1.2m with the distribution deals but SA doesn’t think that’s the right way to go, so he is going multinational. Should he have rns’d change of course, yes, failure, no.

Was the psoriasis launch a fail, I suppose it depends on which way you look at it. If you look at the £75k, possibly yes. If you look at it another way, we have distribution deals on the table and we also have multinationals at the table because SA got it in the shop window ahead of schedule during a pandemic. Fail, absolute positively no.

Has SA made mistakes, yes, has he failed, no. He has decided to forgo £1.2m today for potential multiples of that in the future. That’s his job!

thomas, because I was answering a question that started with “£75k in sales???? jesus.” so it seemed like a good place to start. Does the product work, yes. Are retention levels at 85%, yes. Are sales doubling every month, we don’t know, growing yes, doubling, I don’t know. For you to say £75k is past history is just plain stupid, that past history is the reason we are were we are.

Ody, the £75k was horrific, I’m not going to sit here and try to sugar coat it. But the nomad should never have let SA lump “potential” distribution deals with sales, that is a no, no. The “potential” distribution deals should have been totally separate. Now we know why the distribution deals weren’t signed makes sense, but nonetheless, £75k is still not good. SA is going for a multinational because he believes it is in the best interest of shareholders. You either believe him or you don’t.

Croda was always a three year plan and is on track, so you have no argument there.
