Ok nick, seeing as you won’t back up your comment, I will back up mine.
SkinBioTherapeutics uses lysates (extracts) of probiotic bacteria.
(We extract probiotic bacteria)
Under the terms of the agreement, SkinBioTherapeutics' proprietary SkinBiotix(TM) platform will be paired with Croda's expertise in the development and commercialisation of unique, sustainable, cosmetic ingredients, focusing specifically on the growing skincare actives market.
(Croda (Sederma) develop ingredients)
U.S. patent application number 17/496358 was filed with the patent office on 2022-03-03 for topical cosmetic treatment of skin and scalp and corresponding active ingredient based on an extract of apium graveolens. This patent application is currently assigned to Sederma. The applicant listed for this patent is Sederma. Invention is credited to Nicolas Barriere, Olga Gracioso, Thibault Marchand, Philippe Mondon, Caroline Ringenbach.
(extract of apium graveolens.)
So in summary:
1. Sbtx technology extracts probiotic bacteria.
2. The patent is for the extraction of apium graveolens.
3. apium graveolens is celery, which is a probiotic.
So Sederma has filed a patent for the extraction of a probiotic which is exactly what our technology does.
So I ask again, why does the evidence suggest it isn’t us?
