Aquae, I didn't say it was slipping, I said some investors have been complaining that Croda is slipping, at this point I dont think has. SA has a meeting with Croda in January, we should find out more after that, everything else is just opinions and speculation. I shall await the rns before deciding if it has slipped and the reasons why , then I will make a judgment on those facts.

No, I don’t agree thomas. Hindsight is a terrible thing, it’s always easy to criticise after the event. I don’t have all the facts so I am not willing to make a judgment, I like to keep an open mind. For e.g. some investors have been complaining that Croda is slipping, maybe it is, the question is why? They found enhancements, as I have said before, maybe they have had to change direction because of these enhancements, I don’t know, but it’s a plausible possibility. SA has a meeting this month, we shall know more soon enough, I’m not the kind of person to automatically say, we are all going to hell in a hand cart.

Re the placing, I firmly believe this is for the acquisition and not a keep the lights on. We may have needed £1m until Croda comes in but not £2.5m. The acquisition opportunity presented itself when we are at 16p, what do you do, turn it down, or go for it? Let’s not forget, he raised £2.5m in a market that is basically ****ed, at very little discount, I suggest that’s a miracle.

Does SA have to prove himself, yes, on a daily basis, but that’s his job and it goes with the territory.

Bel, let's keep it simple re the Stock rotting.

The stock is stamped BBE 08/2023, so it is not rotting. We also have European launches to deal with and slowly growing UK and US sales. Now I agree it could be a situation where stock is left over and that wouldn't be good, but at the moment we dont know and i'm not about to start running around like corporal Jones just yet.

Bel, let's get something straight.

I have never received any reward from the company past or present, and there wont be anything in the future either. You have allegedly received indications to the contrary, either you are lying or the person who informed you is lying, you decide.

When I discuss the company, I discuss it from a position of being an investor, a part owner of the company. I am not here to try and manipulate the share price for my own benefit. I discuss the company in a positive manner because I am a holder, to be negative would be illogical. I have openly said I am not happy with the share price, or the Axis sales, or the £1.2m being removed, but I like to look at the whole picture. Has everything gone to plan, no, but it never does. If I was that upset I would sell up and move on, not come on here complaining like a child.

What I find offensive is when you get people posting who just keep regurgitating the same old complaints, there are four reasons for this.

1. They are stupid.
2. They come on here thinking its research.
3. They are trying to manipulate the share price for their/friends own selfish benefit.
4. They are bitter.

I am more than willing to discuss anything regarding the company good or bad, but it has to be with intelligent people. I even broke it down to one step at a time, for e.g. with Phat. But he couldn't even manage that, he didn't want the answer, he wanted to moan, and if I or anybody else go and mess it up and answer his question he cant keep coming on moaning.

Now bel, if you have anything sensible to discuss apart from gardening, onions or how many friends you have, i'm all ears.

Aquae, we have plenty of money to launch in Spain, the app was updated about 3 months ago and the packaging already has 4 languages, guess which one this is.

There is also no shipping & returns info for Portugal but the delivery was better than to the U.K. when we we had no U.K. distribution. I got tracking all the way from Netherlands to when it was delivered to my parents. Delivery was also free and as it was all within the EU it ran a lot smoother.

Plus when I have needed to use Axis customer service it has been excellent.

Oleric, have you read the Q&A that Elric did with SA recently? All the answers are there.

1. The company said Spain launch by year end.
2. Spain has just been listed on the website as a destination
3. Portugal is also listed as a destination and it’s only there because the company was good enough to ship to my parents and Portugal was put in the destination box because it had to be before the website would let me ship there.
4. Italy isn’t there which is the next launch but obviously hasn’t had clearance yet.
