My view on your points, fwiw are.

1. When Croda scaled up and found these additional "potential" claims they may have had to change direction slightly as it was out of left field. Personally not worried about it, if there was anything negative it would have been rns'd.

2. The distribution deals will have affected this, but SA has clearly stated Spain before year end.

3. Missed this one but will look into it.

Just my view and I am waiting until an update which I hope will come with the results. I am relaxed about it, but I can understand how some focus on the negatives.

Croda - progressing well to create a bioactive for cosmetics skincare

Croda and its active ingredient arm Sederma, continue to progress the development of SkinBiotix (R) as the foundation for an active skincare ingredient. The project is progressing through the increasing levels of manufacturing scale-up which is now at 600 litres and will then move to 20 cubic metres (final step for the worldwide market) in September 2021 and in line with the agreed project plan.

The 20,000l vessel takes approximately 12 months to get up and running, fabrication, manufacture & installation, so that would take us to Sept 22. As we haven’t been told of any delays I would suggest everything is on track. SA has confirmed this every time he has been asked. We also know the 600l vessel is more than enough to supply the VIP’s. As we know SA has got two meetings with Croda one in December (scientific) and one in January (commercial).

Regarding Axis and the NPF, this was tied into the distribution deals which SA decided to decline and focus on MN’s to take the whole Axis pillar, not just psoriasis. SA explains this to Elric in his September interview @ 25m 59s

But you cant explore both sides of a discussion if there aren't two sides! The CEO has stated that the reason for the delay is because we have a new CFO and we are accounting for revenues for the first time, that's the only side and the end of it. Why does it have to be, "the accounts are late," "we are paying a fine," "the last guy made it difficult." It's just nonsense.

bel, the accounts are not late and there is no fine to pay. SA has said the accounts will be out as per aim regulations, he has also explained why they are later than last year. Stop with the scaremongering.

I suppose you could look at Axis Ps as the beta version. We know the science works so we can now evolve, like you say into different delivery methods. Anyone for a suppository?

Clio, I agree that there could me more enjoyable ways of taking it but its no big deal and its early days. I'm sure when a MN takes it they will change that.

Comparing it to opti's diet products isn't like for like in my eyes. The fact is, the vast majority of people that are over weight choose to be overweight, they choose to eat too much and choose not to exercise. Psoriasis is different, you don't get a choice, the motivation is different.

Agreed Mad, can we stop looking behind us. I'm far more interested in looking forward especially Croda at the moment. Croda have already invested €5m into sbtx, and you certainly don't build a 20,000l vessel or send it to 12 of your best clients if the scale up was a failure, which we know it wasn’t. Plus Sederma continues to identify additional potential scientific and marketing claims for the end ingredient, which can only be a bonus that isn’t factored in yet.

Phat, you are like a broken record. These big deals do take time, you say they are a pipe dream, that implies the board and the nomad have both lied in rns's, I hope you have proof of this. Like I have said in response to you before regarding the £1.2m, we all know why it was pulled.

Disco, it is very difficult to answer that question. What we do know is our upfront was in the form of a dedicated €5m pressurised vessel and we get double digit royalty on ingredients sold. We don’t know if that is 10%, 20%, 30% etc. we also know our tech can go into multiple different products so isn’t a one trick pony. We don’t know if Croda will mix our lysate tech with matrixyl, have a standalone ingredient or a mixture of both. From my understanding it will just be a percentage of ingredient sold, but we have no clue how much that will be.

Phat, we all know the £1.2m was taken off the table, and we all know why it was taken off. We all so know what revenues will be. You state you don’t believe in SA or the company but still want to discuss, I would suggest a new hobby is in order.

I managed to grab a quick chat with Stuart today reference release of accounts. They will be released in December as per AIM regulations. He explained that the reason they are taking a little longer is because it's the first time we have generated revenues so is a slightly different process. Also having a new CFO, Manprit has a slightly different process than the last CFO.

Why is it that just because you question the covid 19 vaccine you are anti vax, what an idiotic statement. I am invested in hvo because it helps speed up vaccine discovery in a proper controlled manner.

Scinv, you have no proof that the vaccines worked, in fact their is data suggesting that the highest vaccinated countries now have the highest excess deaths.

Elrics interviews are indeed brill, but there is nothing in them that isn’t in an rns otherwise the nomad would shut it down, but they are excellent for context.. Regarding reach, Elrics interviews are there for any investor who wish to see them. Stuart has always said he won’t issue rns’s just for the sake of it, we would all like more news and to be kept in the loop more often but that isn’t Stuart’s way. It is up to the individual investors to decide if they are happy with that approach.
I agree the lack of news is the reason for the share price decline, but that’s how it is.
