Ody, I am focused on the acquisition and Croda, nothing else. If the acquisition comes off I believe it will be transformational. Croda is on track and we know, the feedback from Croda has been very good and there has been significant interest in the enhancement claims, plus they have spent three years and €5m, you don't say those things and spend that money if it's a dog.

Those two are the near term game changers. That’s my concrete.

No, the launch will not generate thousands of clients, that isn't the point, we are not a b2c, we dont have the funding. We are rolling out in Europe to make us more attractive to the multinationals. I do wish some would have a refresher course, most questions would be answered. Unless of course, one has an ulterior motive.

bel, I dont understand what you're saying. They have sold shares and repurchased in an ISA, the only reason you do that is to protect yourself against capital gains tax. That isn’t pure speculation that is a fact, please enlighten me to your point.

Thanks Leapfroggy. I think I am very conservative but I just wanted to keep it straight forward. Nobody knows what royalties we will get, or what percentage of the Matrixyl market we will ultimatly achive. But like SA said the lysate isn't the be all and end all. It also wont just be an alternative for Matrixyl. Read MD of Sederma comments below, I believe the lysate will be used in many formulations that Croda will sell.

He can only relay what Croda tell him, good or bad. Like I have said before, I believe the enhancements/additional activities have thrown Croda a curveball, in a good way, unfortunately we are at their mercy. They aren’t interested in our frustrations, remember SA mentioned in December’s Q&A, "It is potentially a material uplift in royalties." Obviously things needed to be reevaluated and agreements changed. These things take time.

Aquae, we dont, but SA has mentioned we get double digit royalties, so I just used 10% to keep it simple and low ball.

No, the pot, the shop, the marketing, advertising, margin etc is irrelevent to us. Croda sells its ingredient (the lysate) to their client, that's us out. What that client puts it in, how much they put in, sells it for, spends on marketing, advertising etc, is irrelevent to us.

Hypothetical Eg, Coca Cola buy sugar (the ingredient) from Tate & lyle, Tate & lyle are out, it doesn't matter what Coca Cola do with the sugar after that, it has no effect on Tate & Lyle.

Croda commission is easily worked out. We get a double digit royalty based on their sales. So for example, lets say our commission is 10%, if a Croda customer places an order for £1m of product we would receive £100k. So hypothetically, if we replaced 10% of the Matrixyl market in year one which is worth approx £25m to Croda, that would equate to £2.5m in royalties to SBTX.

Farris, the large partner deal it's miles away, they want a portfolio of products. Now on the other hand, if this aqusition gets across the line that will speed the timeline up significantly.

Clio, that’s very fair and I appreciate your candour.

I’m all for different views, but they have to be based on fact and be rational. I have a lot invested in Sbtx and when things are posted that are completely baseless and just plain wrong, I will call it out, this isn’t a game too me. If you claim the £1.2m is pure fantasy implying the board were lying in an rns I will call it out, if that is classed as an attack, so be it, I will keep attacking.
