Mol, since SA has got here lots has been achieved. He signed a manufacturing agreement with Winclove to produce Axis-Ps, he got a study underway for Axis during covid instead of just sitting on his hands, he oversaw the successful launch of the product in the UK and US and now in Europe, he turned down a deal for Axis-Ps in favour of a multinational taking the whole pillar, which are at the table negotiating now because he launched the product as quickly as he did.

Croda use words like “groundbreaking” to describe our tech, this is a company that know what they are talking about, do you think they are going to rush this, after already investing £5m, plus more on a trial?

We have “groundbreaking” & “sector blurring” technology and we are dealing with multinational corporations, we are not selling bags of crisps in a corner shop! These things take time and if you dont like it, this isn’t the share for you. You also have no idea when material revenues will land, what happens if he signs a multinational for the Axis pillar next month that includes an upfront? You dont know and neither do I.

As for Croda, the lysate is ready to go, so who is to say that Croda haven’t already received orders from clients and are ready to ship as soon as the study is finished, or even before that?

We would all like things to happen quicker, but that just isn’t the way when you have groundbreaking science.

I thought the rns was mostly brilliant and I’m just focusing on Croda. What the VP said about our technology was fantastic, to say things like "will break new scientific ground” and “additional unexpected technical benefits” and to commit to spending a lot more money on further studies says to me they are very excited and I believe the future is very bright for this partnership. The delay is what it is and out of our control, but as pointed out will be returned with greater royalties in the future. What I was disappointed with, was the fact that our CEO sounded less impressed than the VP of Croda, at the time that was a head scratcher, to get someone like Croda to issue such an upbeat statement is no mean feat. But once the market opened within minutes our house broker was straight at the top of the sell side, whilst at the same time issuing a buy note tells me, SA had his hands tied and our nomad well and truly shafted our CEO.

After 18 months of selling the product we have a greater than 80% retention rate. Enough said.

Study results

The 56 day 'self-managed' consumer study of the food supplement blend, AxisBiotix-Ps(TM), commenced in February 2021. The participants that self-identified as suffering from psoriasis and completed the study reported the following results:

-- 76% reported that their skin felt less itchy;
-- 75% reported that their skin appeared less red;
-- 73% reported that their skin felt less irritable; and
-- 65% reported that they had fewer 'flaky patches' of skin.

So the study was overseen by Prof Cath O'Neill, if not the best, one of the best in her field, in the world. Validated by Prof Cath, the board and the nomad. Yet the great oleric says, no. Do you actually realise what a complete and utter clown you sound like, it's embarrassing.

This is a fantastic company developing products to try and help people, yet you see fit to lie and talk utter rubbish. You are either stupid, sick or bitter, which is it?

Hi Toyin - its a long time since we had you on here plugging Axisbiotix!! As I said before, you need to make it clear that you are a shareholder in this company and so come at it from a different point of view from mere users. I have tried it - I found it very expensive, it did help a little but not enough for me to justify the price. I know you feel differently. Let's keep it peaceful this time!

lizzie, only trying to help. If you actually look at the offer you get £120 of Axisbiotix for £20, so a great opportunity for anyone suffering to give it a go. It’s a far better option than taking or injecting chemicals into your body. You know lizzie, if 100 people decide to go and buy Axisbiotix because of my post, it makes not one jot of difference to me or the company, what I find strange is you feel the need to try and put people off looking at it. What a sad individual you are.

Update on my psoriasis since taking Axisbiotix, it’s completely gone.

Ody, I shall indeed tell you. My focus is the acquisition and Croda, we shall go in that order.

The Acquisition is, accretive, profitable and has a number of synergies, so with that in mind and the fact we would need additional debt and/or equity I would imagine £1m revenues isn’t out of the question. Seven figures number 1.

Croda, we are expecting initial royalties this year, we know our lysate to some degree will take market share from Matrixyl, now Matrixyl is worth £250m per annum (approx) to Croda, lets assume in year one we get just 5% of that market, that equates to £12.5m to Croda, now lets assume our double digit royalty is just 10%, that equates to £1.25m revenues to us. Seven figures number 2.

Now it could be a combination of the those scenarios or just one, I really have no idea but that is my thought process, hope that helps.

I think the problem you have is you are focusing on one product, in one pillar and you cant see the wood for the trees, step back take a breath and focus on the big picture. Your post seems quite angry, so if you think I am talking out my elbow and it aggravates you I think you should put me on filter, because I dont wish to upset anyone. I know some have filtered oleric which I can fully understand, I have chosen not too because he makes me laugh, he reminds me of Frank Spencer from Some Mothers Do Ave Em.

I have been on AxisBiotix for well over 12 months and my psoriasis has completely cleared. They are currently running a promotion, if anyone is interested in a natural way to alleviate psoriasis, I highly recommend it, it worked for me.

Why would you do a clinical trial as it would take years to get to market. The product works and is available now.
What has the NHS got to do with anything, it’s an otc product, that’s like asking should I take strepsils for a sore throat!

You wouldn't win, you stated that the £1.2m was a lie, which suggests you believe all the board and the nomad are in the same boat, which quite frankly is beyond ridiculous. As for myself being rewarded, it's a fair cop. After the study which I took part in I got some free boxes, as did the other participants to see us through to launch, also they didn't have the relevant labelling for commercial sale so they couldn’t be sold anyway, that’s some very good intel you got there, those people were bang on the button, Dont worry, I’m not offended by you accusing me of taking kickbacks! As for money bringing out the worst in people, maybe for some, for me AxisBiotix has cleared my psoriasis, it has alleviated my mothers arthritis and helped massively with my daughters gastroparesis, so it isn't all about the money.

PJ, for me this year is pivotal for the co, I will not be hanging around and making the same mistake I did at Opti. My first destination this year is a simple one, I want to see seven figure revenue. We know the science works, the question is can the ceo deliver, I believe he can, 100%. We shall find out in the next six months or so, the acquisition and Croda is the focus for me, these are the near term goals, at least one has to be delivered, with a bang!

My hanging around comment was based on sweetbiotix and the fact that Stephen O'Hara said commercialisation of the novel products by the end of 2016 or early 2017, it still hasn’t happened. I never said I would be out of sbtx in six months.

For the record my stance has been consistent, I am long, I am confident in the company, our science, the whole team, and its future. I am not happy with where we are currently and I am frustrated, but I understand why this is and am very happy to still be invested, I have not flip flopped once.
