On your point of its never good to have a delay. Hypothetically, what would you do if Croda came to you and said we will give you £1m today or £2m in six months? That’s an acceptable delay in my book.

Aquae, my failure comment was in relation to the US sales. Regarding Danielle Bekker, I think she has been an unmittigated disaster.

Aquae, the vast majority of US orders where going to come from the US distribution deal, we didn't take it. The board obviously decided to concentrate on UK. Change of strategy yes, failure, I think is harsh.

Aquae, to be honest, the revenue/margin is of no concern to me at this point, I just want the product out there to as many people as possible. Like you say, if we can maintain a good retention rate thereafter, which I can see no reason that wouldn’t happen, it's job done.

Aquae, order # 5578 this morning, so 264 orders in just 10 days which is a massive improvment.

Ria, let me give you my thoughts.

Matrixyl is worth £250m per annum (approx) to Croda, let's assume in year one we get just 5% of that market, that equates to £12.5m to Croda, now let's assume our double digit royalty is just 10%, that equates to £1.25m revenues to us. Now I believe these are low ball numbers and I am not taking into consideration the uplift we can now ask for the enhanced enhancements. These figures alone are worth way more than 30s.

Ria, that doesn't answer the question. It has nothing to do with Axis, and Croda doesn't give us access to any products, but we are getting off point. How do you get to late 20s - mid 30's from the Croda potential?
